"The hotel is right by the old Zhexi Street in Tiantai. After arriving at Tiantai Mountain Station by high-speed rail, the hotel thoughtfully provides a free shuttle service. The moment I arrived in Tiantai, I had a great feeling. The distant mountains stretched endlessly, and the water was a vibrant green. The old street seems to be a retro district built along the banks of the original stream, but with its pavilions, waterside structures, ocher stones, and the winding, cascading stream, the giant stepping stones spanning both banks, and the ocher-colored rock slopes peeking out of the water, it's a very well-designed area. Xi Ye (the hotel) is located right on the bank in the core area. Just a few steps to the right is Rong Xiaoguan, to the left is Starbucks, and diagonally opposite is BaWangChaJi. As soon as you enter the hotel, the whole world seems to quiet down. A huge floor-to-ceiling window overlooks a lush green view. There's a pond with koi fish swimming, and two or three clusters of azaleas blooming. The design of this hotel immediately captivated me. Entering the room, it was a spacious 50-60 square meters, with welcome snacks, a minibar, afternoon tea, turndown service with a late-night snack, Le Labo 33 toiletries, custom boat-shaped slippers, a black hotel-branded canvas bag, and even a small wooden prayer bead bracelet. All these details spoke volumes about the hotel's thoughtfulness. I will definitely come back. After informing the front desk, they helped us search for it twice, totaling nearly an hour. I want to thank the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and Manager Xu and his team from engineering. The engineering department even dismantled the bed the second time they searched but couldn't find it. Eventually, it was found in the drainpipe under the bathroom sink. The staff refused a 200 RMB red packet I offered, so I later ordered six bubble teas for everyone who helped us, and I'd like to express my gratitude again here! **Facilities:** Next, the hotel's design details truly surprised me. The room card is made of wood, giving it an antique charm and a warm feel – a stylish first impression of the hotel. The hotel lighting is fully smart; the curtains automatically open when you enter, which feels very ceremonial. At night, you simply press a button for various lighting levels instead of fumbling through multiple switches. The engineering details are also very thoughtful: the showerhead is encased to prevent it from falling on your feet, and toiletries have anti-backflow designs to prevent **(presumably 'spillage/contamination')**. "Coming to this hot spring hotel in winter was truly wonderful. It's right next to Guoqing Temple. The hotel itself is built like a palace, with the owner's collection of calligraphy and paintings adorning the walls.
