The room was great, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. It's a serviced apartment, so you can rent it for short or long stays. Downstairs, there's a shared kitchen where you can use the microwave to heat up food. Overall, it's excellent value for money. Considering the area, proximity to the subway, and the room environment, I highly recommend it.

Recommended by a friend for my business trip to Shanghai, the Marriott Marquis on the Bund truly delivered. The overall environment and service were excellent, consistent with the high standards of the Marriott brand. Check-in was very efficient, and the front desk staff thoughtfully provided directions to nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was fantastic, easily one of the best among Marriott hotels I've stayed at. The bedding was also super comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

I usually stay in five-star hotels, and this was my first time at Atour. You can walk from Yangpu Riverside to North Bund, and this Atour hotel offers the best value for money along the river. It's a 5-minute walk to the riverside, and you can also ride shared bikes along this stretch. The walking and cycling paths are very clean, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Huangpu River and the bustling Lujiazui all the way. We arrived at the hotel around 2 PM. Shanghai was hot, humid, and sunny. As soon as we entered, the front desk staff immediately offered us two bottles of ice-cold mineral water, providing service with a constant smile. They were very professional, comparable to five-star hotels, and it felt wonderful. The lobby is very cozy and fully equipped with a laundry room, gym, study, and lounge area. There's also a 'Late Night Porridge' reminder poster next to the elevator. To our pleasant surprise, they upgraded our room type from an executive twin to a deluxe twin, and the room windows could be opened for ventilation. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-thought-out design and many clever details, making it very convenient. It also came with a mini-fridge containing 1 can of Coke, 1 can of Sprite, 2 bottles of mineral water, and 2 bottles of Atour's own tea drinks. We instinctively looked for a price list but couldn't find one. We nervously called the front desk (because the room rate was very affordable) only to find out everything was complimentary! Additionally, the toiletries, slippers, and other amenities were of excellent quality, exceeding the standard for a four-diamond hotel. All in all, I highly recommend it; the value for money is exceptional! 👍

The room was great, very clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. It's even better than some Hyatt hotels. The weekday room rates offer excellent value for money. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's about a 12-minute walk to Wujiaochang. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel and had a great stay here. Although location is pretty far from city center (min 35min train ride), but it's a quiet stay away from the buzzling city. And a short walk to train station, approx 2-3min. I was offered to upgrade my room type to room with window + daily breakfast for 99rmb which I thought is a good deal, so I did the upgrade. It was a right decision made as the room is more spacious with a round dining table to get ready in the morning and eat wai mai. Room interior looks newly renovated, well maintained and clean. Sound proofing between the rooms was pretty good but you can hear the vibration of the train underground (it was my daily alarm clock - not complaining). Oh, and apparently this is a business hotel, so no noisy kids which is a bonus. Overall a good stay at this hotel.

My child wanted to visit Fudan University, but we couldn't get a reservation online. Thankfully, the hotel staff kindly helped us book it during our holiday stay – I'm so grateful! Overall, our experience after checking in was excellent, and the service was very attentive. We received executive lounge access on the day of check-in. Compared to other hotels, the executive lounge was a bit basic, with not many options.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for its price and location. While the room was a bit small and the building a bit old, everything else was great. There's 24-hour security in the lobby, so safety is not an issue. The lobby is on the 6th floor, and the cleanliness is excellent. Laundry facilities are convenient, but it gets very crowded in the evenings. I woke up at 6 AM to do laundry and then discovered they also offer a laundry service at the front desk, which is a huge plus! The Line 10 subway makes it easy to get anywhere, and the 18 RMB all-day metro pass is a fantastic value. Across the street, the Wanda Plaza's 3rd and 4th floors offer delicious and affordable food. Highly recommend!

Environment: The hotel has a great location with a beautiful river view from the lobby. It's very convenient, with a shopping mall downstairs and close to the North Bund. Cleanliness: The newly opened hotel is relatively clean. Service: Perhaps due to its recent opening, the service is somewhat lacking. My room wasn't ready by 2 PM when I checked in. I told the front desk they would call me when it was ready, but they never did, and I had to go to the front desk to ask. There were no disposable toiletries in the room, so I had to grab something to take with me. Invoices couldn't be entered with a single click, and many details need improvement. The tissue box was empty when I checked in. Facilities: It's a new hotel, but there are many minor issues, such as the bathroom nightlight flickering at night.

Took my mother to Shanghai for a few days. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it easy to get to the North Bund, museums, art galleries, and more. The overall hygiene was clean and comfortable, and the service was great! 👍👍👍

Facilities: Well-maintained, everything feels brand new. Cleanliness: Spotless throughout, clearly the hotel prioritizes hygiene. Environment: Both the indoor and outdoor environments are excellent. Service: There are multiple washing machines and dryers available, but I'd recommend going early. The hotel breakfast was quite ample, offering all the essentials. The hotel is surrounded by many dining options, providing a wide variety of choices. It's also very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, making it convenient to get anywhere. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.
