Guest UserThe overall environment is clean and refreshing, and the hygiene is well maintained. The staff are attentive and patient, and respond promptly. The room size is just right. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.

Environment: Very good
Service: Very good, the front desk lady is warm and professional, take the initiative to help upgrade the room, and also hand-painted the surrounding food map, there is a feeling of going home
The bedding is soft and clean, the sound insulation effect is good, and I wake up naturally when I sleep. The bathroom has enough water pressure, and the shower gel is a high-end brand, with full details.

Like last year, we chose this hotel for our stay in Shanghai because of its proximity to where our son, his wife and their son, Dominic, our first grandchild live.
This time we booked a larger room facing North Huting Road and it was a good choice, although it did have its consequences in the form of street noise - Shanghai's streets are loud and full of life. However, you get used to it quickly and it was surprisingly quiet at night.
The room had a very large, comfortable bed and you could sleep very well. The bedding was changed very often, we found everything we needed in the bathroom and the nice ladies cleaned the room, changed towels and added bottles of water every day.
The air conditioning worked very well and was very useful because we arrived in Shanghai at the hot beginning of May.
We had an electric kettle and cups at our disposal in the small kitchen bar, we also received tea bags and we could prepare hot drinks and snacks in the morning and evening. It's just a pity that the room didn't have a small fridge to cool drinks - it would have been a great addition to its equipment.
We ate normal meals (lunch, afternoon tea, etc.) on Huting Rd and other places in Shanghai, usually together with our Shanghai family.
We could charge our smartphones and other electronic devices directly from USB and regular sockets without any problems.
Despite the language barrier, the hotel staff always tried to help us as much as possible, and if necessary, we used the language assistance of our son and his wife.
On the day of arrival, and then, on the last day of our stay, we could leave our luggage in the care of the hotel reception without any worries.
In total, we spent 18 days and nights in this hotel and we will remember this stay very fondly,

XiaoyuanjiOn a whim, I decided to take a last-minute weekend trip around Shanghai before school started again. I chose the newly opened Marriott hotel from June, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Everything about the hotel felt brand new, with excellent facilities and even better service – I was delighted. The front desk staff, especially a young man named Xiao Yang who wore glasses, made me feel incredibly welcome; he definitely deserves a shout-out. The food was also fantastic, both in the breakfast restaurant and the Executive Lounge. I purchased a package and was upgraded for free to a Grand Deluxe room on the 19th floor. I absolutely loved the bathtub in the bathroom. If only there was a capsule coffee machine in the room, it would have been absolutely perfect!

I stayed at the hotel in Germany for 7 days. One issue I faced was that the staff didn’t speak English. Another problem was with the breakfast — it seemed to be prepared only for locals. As a foreigner, I couldn’t really eat it because the food didn’t suit my taste. I wasn’t able to have breakfast at the hotel at all.

The hotel (Songjiang Branch) is located in the commercial center of Songjiang New Town, Shanghai, adjacent to Happy Valley and Central Park; the surrounding environment is beautiful, the hotel is surrounded by dining and shopping, close to the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway and the No. 9 subway station, which can lead to Shanghai and Songjiang University Town. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel (Shanghai Songjiang Branch) offers a humanized design with different styles of quality rooms, which reflect comfort and elegance everywhere. Perfect business facilities,

Two small bottles of mineral water in a double room, and an additional charge of 5 yuan per bottle is required. The water is not enough to drink in a hotel, and you have to pay extra to buy water. It is raining outside. If you order takeout, you can go downstairs to pick it up by yourself. It cannot be delivered to the room. It is a bit inconvenient

Guest UserWe chose the perfect place for our romantic getaway! The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot, just a few minutes' walk from the river. A stroll hand-in-hand in the evening, enjoying the breeze, was so relaxing. The room was beautifully decorated with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city lights. Turning on the nightlights at night created an even more ambiance. The bathroom had a huge bathtub; a hot bath with the hotel's complimentary aromatherapy diffuser was the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, and the freshly grilled steak and coffee were amazing. Dining by the window with the sunlight streaming in was incredibly soothing. The service was impeccable; the front desk staff proactively helped with our luggage and even recommended some trendy, off-the-beaten-path local restaurants. We'll definitely be back for our next anniversary!

I rarely write reviews for so many years on business trips. This experience was really bad. Because it rained that afternoon and I didn’t want to run too far, I just saw a hotel on the Internet. It happened to be right next to it. The room WiFi was not available. There was no front desk to buy mineral water. There was no cup for brushing teeth. The paper cups are all taken by the front desk and there is no hair dryer. The most basic thing for a room of more than 100 yuan is to be matched with cockroaches. The attitude of the front desk staff is also poor. The tone of speech feels like he owes him money. The room hygiene is also poor. The bathroom sandals and slippers are not equipped with shower mats. Can you go to your feet? Why don’t you change the dirty mat? Generally speaking, it’s bad, it’s bad.
