This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. I chose it because of its good reviews and proximity to the fireworks display, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! For the price, it exceeded my expectations. They proactively upgraded my room upon check-in and gave two meal vouchers for the kids, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was quiet. The facilities, perhaps because it's an older hotel, weren't super new overall. Unexpectedly, the breakfast was very rich and varied. The mini wontons in the hot food section were delicious, and the bacon was perfectly fried. This stay really opened our eyes to the Holiday Inn Express brand. Great value for money!

Traveling with kids to Legoland and staying at the Windsor Resort Hotel was such a heartwarming experience. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they immediately offered the children exclusive little gifts during check-in, which made my kids so happy. The room was spotless, and the entire place was meticulously cleaned, giving us complete peace of mind. The housekeeping aunties were humble and polite, always greeting us whenever we saw them, and their service was gentle and thoughtful. The hotel also provides a dedicated shuttle bus for transfers to and from nearby attractions, saving us the hassle of finding taxis and navigating. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere, making our family vacation completely stress-free. It's definitely our top choice for family trips with kids.

I booked a one-night stay at the Legoland Hotel last week for this past Tuesday. We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM on the day of check-in, and as soon as we entered, my child was incredibly excited and ran off to build with Legos. After checking in at the front desk, we waited for a text notification that our room was ready. While we waited, we played in the indoor playground and went down the outdoor slides. We also took a look at the splash pad where we'd be going for some water fun later in the afternoon. My child was super excited! ❤️ We received a text that our room was ready just before 3 PM, but we decided to get our swimsuits ready first and take the kids to the pool. The hotel provides a schedule of all the activity zones, and you can also check the official app for specific activities. 📣 There was a foam party at 3 PM and a brick-building water party at 4:30 PM. My child was more interested in playing in the water and spent two hours there, refusing to leave. The hotel's activities are truly abundant! 👍🏻 There's also a treasure hunt in the lobby, suitable for older children, and many other activities to participate in. 😆 The hotel room surprised us! Not only could we do a 'treasure hunt mystery' in the room, but we could also build Legos. With one king bed and one bunk bed, it was perfectly fine for me, my friend, and our two children (2 adults and 2 kids). ✌🏻🤗 The hotel's environment, cleanliness, facilities, service, entertainment activities, and the rich breakfast buffet the next day were all well worth the price. While one night wasn't cheap, the experience was truly superb! My child had a great time and kept exclaiming: 'I never thought this hotel would be so much fun!' Hahahaha~ 🥰🥳

This hotel is really great. It's very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spotless, and the cleaning staff does a very thorough job. The facilities are also excellent; there's a washing machine and dryer on the seventh floor, which is super convenient for longer stays. Plus, it offers great value for money. What truly stands out is the front desk service. The staff member at the front desk is attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to help resolve any issues promptly. Highly recommended!

My stay here was truly amazing! The room was spotlessly clean – the bed linens were pristine white and smelled fresh, and not a speck of dust could be found anywhere, making for a really comfortable and pleasant stay. The front desk staff, particularly the lady (staff member #7), was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She made the check-in process quick and considerate, proactively introduced local amenities, and was extremely helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped gym and other recreational facilities on the 12th floor. It was such a treat to relax in my room after a workout. I'll definitely be back!

Everything was good, except that when I first entered the door, the ground was covered with wet water and I almost fell over. Later, I notified the front desk and asked the waiter to come and take care of it.

Great value for money! The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were all very kind. It's a highly recommended place to stay, especially if you're traveling with kids, as it's close to Jinshan City Beach. The surrounding area is an older residential neighborhood with petrochemical company housing.

Pros: The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. It's close to Wanda Plaza and there are plenty of dining options nearby. There's a small, well-stocked library with a selection of books I genuinely enjoyed. They even provided two alcohol disinfectant wipes for the toilet, a small but thoughtful detail. The hairdryer was great: lightweight and powerful. Cons: The soundproofing is poor. I could clearly hear doors closing, faucets running, and people walking upstairs. The furniture arrangement inside felt a little odd. Despite these minor issues, I'd generally recommend it!

Excellent! This is my kids' favorite hotel. There were so many other children for them to play with. The owner was super helpful, providing rides whenever we needed them. Although breakfast was simple, it was very healthy and well-balanced. This time we stayed in two different rooms; unfortunately, we couldn't book the slide room this time. 😄 But my kids loved both rooms. The bathroom fixtures and water heater were all great quality. The owner even gave us a little gift. Sadly, my child cherished it so much that they accidentally left it on the train during a transfer. 🙁 The hotel is very close to both the station and Legoland, just a few minutes away.
