The location is convenient, right by the North Bund, and Raffles City is next door. The environment is great, and Coco is very helpful.

I booked this hotel to go to Hongkou Football Stadium for a concert. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, and it's only one stop away from the stadium. Even if you don't want to squeeze onto the subway after the concert, you can walk back in about 15 to 20 minutes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Shanghai for a concert!!! The hotel's robot delivery service is really fast! Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

The hotel's location is convenient, not far from the subway station, making it very easy for commuting and getting things done. The overall style of the hotel is simple and elegant, the lobby has a great atmosphere, the hallways are quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be disturbed by outside noise at all. The room layout is well-designed, with clear distinctions between the work and rest areas, and the room size is ample, so it doesn't feel cramped. The room cleanliness is impeccable, and the toiletries have a fresh scent. The bedding is comfortable, allowing for a good rest and relaxation after a busy day. Front desk staff Z handled check-in and extension procedures quickly and even proactively offered recommendations for nearby dining and shopping spots. The hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room, providing complete amenities. Overall, the stay was comfortable and reassuring. Choosing this hotel was a great decision, and I will definitely book it again in the future.

Atour Hotel, as always, everything is great. The hotel is very central, within walking distance to Waibaidu Bridge, the pedestrian street, and the Bund. The transportation is also excellent; if you're driving, it's green lights all the way – no need to wait at Shanghai's traffic lights, just continuous green for over 100 seconds. Highly recommend!

I specifically booked the Grand Hyatt for my parents this time, and they were extremely pleased with their stay. When they left, they even told me to make sure I thanked the hotel. The overall hotel experience was truly outstanding. From the ambiance and views to the breakfast, everything left a great impression. The room had an amazing view, and the scenery was beautiful, allowing us to fully experience Shanghai's cityscapes right from the hotel. The breakfast selection was rich and high-quality, and the overall environment was comfortable and quiet, making it very suitable for guests traveling with elderly parents. I especially want to commend the hotel's service. The staff were all incredibly warm and patient, and not just superficially polite. They genuinely paid attention to guests' needs. They were also very attentive to older guests, making the entire process, from check-in to check-out, feel very reassuring and comfortable. Many details didn't even need to be explicitly requested; the staff would anticipate them in advance. This thoughtful yet perfectly balanced service was what touched my parents the most during this stay. My parents have been talking about how comfortable their stay was since they returned, full of praise for the hotel's views, breakfast, and service. They even said that if they have a chance to visit Shanghai again, they would love to stay here. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'm also very grateful to the hotel staff for their care over the past few days. Definitely worth a five-star recommendation.

This is a new hotel, so all the facilities are brand new and very comfortable. There are also many international guests; checking out, I felt like the foreigner! 😃 The service is excellent and the staff are very attentive. They even help with laundry and drying, so you don't have to wait around. 🤔 This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel 🏨, and I'm quite satisfied. I usually stay at hotels like Hanting or Lavande, which are also good for business and family trips. I stayed one night in a king room and one night in a twin room. The twin beds can be combined, which is more than enough space for two adults and one child. Combining the beds was also very easy.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with our luggage. If you arrive early and a room is available, they even allow early check-in, so you don't have to worry about your bags. Excellent service overall!

Good environment, good service

This is my third time staying at this hotel after two years. I visited twice when it first opened. This time, I stayed here on the last day of my one-week trip to Shanghai. I can honestly say this hotel offers the best value for money and the best service! I highly recommend it if you're traveling; the location is also great. Every staff member is excellent, and I really like the room layout. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Shanghai Hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The beds were huge and comfortable, and we liked having a bathtub and a small living area with a couch. The room had a cozy, rustic charm that made it feel welcoming. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. We also had dinner at the revolving restaurant on the 27th floor, which offered lovely city views. Be sure to make a reservation in advance if you plan to dine there. Note that the breakfast area is on the 1st floor and separate from the revolving restaurant. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. A few minor things could be improved. The shampoo and body wash provided were quite small and not enough for a family of four. Complimentary bottled water was limited, and extra bottles came at an additional cost. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, good food, and helpful staff. We would happily stay here again.
