A great experience! The room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of six. The decor was innovative, and it was fully equipped with daily necessities like a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and even condiments. It's also very close to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Highly recommended!

Jimmy正The service at this hotel is truly top-notch! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, not only assisting with receiving packages but also kindly storing our luggage, which really eased our travel burden.
The laundry service deserves special mention. After washing clothes upstairs, all you need to do is leave a note for the front desk, and the staff will dry them for you and deliver them to your room. It's incredibly thoughtful and considerate!
The room itself was very clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, making getting around super convenient. Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended!

Guest UserOur stay here was incredibly enjoyable, far exceeding my expectations! From the location and facilities to the quality of service, everything left a deep impression on me.
📍 Location:
The hotel's location is impeccable. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. We were only a 20-minute walk from the scenic spots, and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which solved our dining needs.
🏨 Room Facilities:
We stayed in a family room, which was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with a modern and cozy decor. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the hot water came quickly, washing away the day's fatigue. The room's soundproofing was particularly noteworthy, making it very quiet at night. The free Wi-Fi was fast, suitable for both work and entertainment.
💁 Service Quality:
From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt the meticulous attention to service. The front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic during check-in, and even proactively upgraded our room type. They also provided detailed information about the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area. Housekeeping was prompt; extra items we requested were delivered quickly.

Very clean and modern hotel. Unfortunately the network connection is not good for rooms that are window-less. This means it’s difficult to connect to your eSIM telco. But their hotel wifi is quite good. It won’t be a problem if you are a foreigner and have VPN. Location is not in the busy touristy area but good neighbourhood with a convenient store downstairs. There is no robot to send your food up but the staff will help.

Guest UserThe hotel is super convenient, visible right from the subway exit, and there's a Lawson nearby. However, food delivery can only be left at the front desk as the elevators don't go up. There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, so I had to go downstairs myself to get a chair. Other facilities are decent. The price would be a bit steep if it weren't for the excellent location next to the subway.

The apartment matched the photos exactly – bright and spacious with 3 proper bedrooms, a dining-living room, and a kitchen. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and the bedding was clean and nice. There were 2 bathrooms with smart toilets; one had a shower and the other a bathtub. We stayed in March, and it was a bit chilly near the windows, but the air conditioning system worked well for heating, so we were warm.
One downside was the lack of terrycloth towels. The host provided 6 disposable towels (as shown in the photo). It was difficult for a woman to wash her hair and dry it with these, and they were too small for an adult man to dry off properly. We stayed for a week and ended up having to buy regular towels.
Another unpleasant surprise was the lack of dishes: plates, cups, and spoons. All that was available was 1 large frying pan, 1 large pot, 1 knife, 1 ladle, and 6 glass cups. When we asked, the host brought an extra pot, another knife, and a cutting board the same day. However, he suggested we buy disposable plates. So, we immediately went to the store to buy disposable plates, chopsticks, cups for hot tea, and at least one spoon. Perhaps guests usually don't cook and order takeout instead, but we specifically chose an apartment with a kitchen so we could prepare our own meals.
The apartment's location is excellent. It's about a 5-minute walk to Luban Road Metro Station, and there's a supermarket right across the street. We traveled to attractions by taxi or metro, and everything was close by, about 10-15 minutes away. The courtyard area was well-maintained and quiet.

Guest UserAn absolutely fantastic stay! The hostel was spotless and well-maintained, with modern decor. The staff were incredibly welcoming and patient, paying attention to every detail. What truly touched me was how they proactively helped me retrieve and ship a pair of shoes I'd left behind – they're super dependable. I genuinely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Shanghai. It's only a few hundred meters from the Bund and just dozens of meters from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Highly, highly recommend!

First, the good points: The washing machine and dryer were super convenient, allowing us to wash our clothes during our trip – everything felt clean and tidy! It rained the day we arrived, so we were stuck inside, but the kids had a blast playing house on both floors. It's about a six-minute walk to the metro station, which is decent. The Bund is just a ten-minute walk away, perfect for admiring the historic architecture and the Oriental Pearl Tower, and experiencing the two different worlds along the Huangpu River. If you turn left out of the hotel and walk one block, you'll find a breakfast spot selling buns, porridge, and eggs at market prices. Now for the downsides: Don't expect much in the way of room service or friendly smiles from the staff.

Guest UserThe room was reasonably clean, and the price matched the facilities. It's conveniently located near the subway station, which is surrounded by residential areas with plenty of restaurants. Xiao Yang's pan-fried dumplings were quite good; five-star recommendation.
