The room was clean and tidy. Since I have a small child who needs frequent warm water for milk, the cleaning staff thoughtfully left extra bottles of water on the second day when tidying up the room – so considerate! I particularly loved the hotel's laundry service; they offer two free items per day, which really saved me a lot of effort. The front desk service was also excellent; every time we got off the elevator, they'd greet us warmly and were quick to offer help whenever needed. A big thank you to them! The hotel also offers complimentary coffee ☕️, which is a nice touch.

I booked this for a friend, and she said the room was quite clean. The only issue was that the first night she stayed, her room was very close to some shops, and it was a bit noisy in the early hours. She mentioned it to the front desk the next day, and they immediately moved her to the other side, which was very quiet. The front desk service was excellent! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

## Facilities: I booked a twin room, and the bedding was really comfortable. The blackout curtains were fantastic, too. Even though it was a twin, the beds were quite large at 1.35 meters wide, probably the biggest among all the hotels in the area. On the 12th floor, there's a laundry room with self-service washing machines, dryers, and even a steam iron, which is very convenient. There's also a gym, but I didn't use it. The breakfast restaurant is great – plenty of natural light, an open view, and tables and chairs that feel perfect for a holiday. It's nothing like Atour, where staying there feels like you're back at the office. The sofa wasn't very good; the cushions kept sliding off, and there was no mini-fridge. The lighting was a bit dim. ## Cleanliness: Someone cleaned the room daily, and it was quite clean. However, it seems like smoking isn't prohibited indoors, as some people smoked in the elevator lobby and even inside the elevator. ## Environment: The surrounding area is decent. If you exit the hotel and turn left, then left again, Baolong Plaza is on your right at the first intersection. Parking is convenient, and taxis can drop you off right at the hotel entrance. ## Service: Except for a couple of less-than-stellar front desk staff, most of the young ladies at the front desk were very responsible and handled check-in quickly. The staff at the 4th-floor restaurant were enthusiastic and greeted guests proactively. The cleaning aunties were also very diligent. The staff in the ground floor lobby helped carry luggage to the taxi. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station nearby making travel convenient. There are many dining options in the surrounding area. The front desk staff were very warm, attentive, and polite 😊. The room conformed to the consistent Holiday Inn Express style – simple, modern, clean, and free of any odd smells. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hot noodles were heartwarming and satisfying ❤️.

Ideal for business travelers! The location is superb, within walking distance of business venues, saving a significant amount of commuting time and making it highly efficient. The service is meticulous and attentive; check-in and check-out are quick, and the front desk staff proactively helped with luggage and recommended nearby restaurants, making me feel very well taken care of.

The room was luxurious and stunning, and the front desk staff even upgraded us. The service was top-notch, and I'll definitely be returning often. The hotel's surroundings are also beautiful, with convenient access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. However, the hotel's management has significant issues, and many of the staff members clearly aren't on their game. We ordered cake and two coffees at the rooftop cafe, but only one coffee arrived. The dining area featured open-air market-style tables and chairs, which completely clashed with the price and the expected ambiance! I can only conclude that the manager has no idea what 'ambiance' means. It felt like they expected you to just grab a chair and drink your coffee, no fuss! What's worse is the locker room at the swimming pool. The locks were broken and wouldn't secure. When I went to the pool front desk, the female attendant said she couldn't comment on the men's changing room as she's a woman. I spoke to a staff member inside, who said several were broken and that the engineering team hadn't fixed them despite being reported. I then told the front desk staff, who admitted he knew some were broken, but this particular one I reported was 'newly' broken... These are definitely management problems.

This was my first time staying at the new Hanting Hotel, and I chose it over the old Ji Hotel. I'm quite satisfied; the price is very affordable, and the family room is spacious. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic. It was a good experience.

I chose this Vienna Hotel last minute for a business trip and was very pleasantly surprised. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the staff were friendly and easygoing. My room was clean and had no strange odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing at night was excellent, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and all the necessary amenities. It was also convenient to find food and taxis downstairs. The price was very reasonable, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future business trips.

The location is a bit out of the way, and the nearby malls are also 2-3 kilometers away, but the hotel is right next to two very large and excellent restaurants! The parking lot is huge, and there's a sweet, pretty, and gentle lady at the front desk whose service is meticulous and spot on! The hygiene is excellent, with great attention to detail! The room has an openable window, and even though it just opened in 2026, the odor control is still good! There's coffee in the lobby on the first floor, and you can help yourself to drinks. Every evening, the butler proactively asks if you'd like fresh squeezed watermelon juice delivered! Very thoughtful! The breakfast spread is rich, and importantly, it's very clean! Highly recommend, I'll definitely come again next time.
