Staying at such a comfortable hotel during my trip was incredibly therapeutic! ✨ The room decor was simple yet cozy, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was so soft and fluffy that I slept wonderfully. The staff were all very kind and attentive, making me feel genuinely cared for with all the thoughtful details. Plus, it's super convenient with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options nearby. My travel fatigue completely melted away here. I'll definitely stay again on my next visit.

We waited in line for check-in at 4:30 PM on Saturday. The lobby is on the 42nd floor, but there were only two check-in counters and no other staff members to guide guests, aside from the two who were processing check-ins. My family sat on a nearby sofa with our sleeping child, waiting for quite a while. Thankfully, most guests queued orderly and it was relatively quiet. The hotel provided a small birthday cake, and the bathroom had a separate basin, which was very convenient. Food delivery was a bit inconvenient; it could only be brought to the concierge on the first floor. We had to take an elevator to the 42nd floor lobby first, then transfer to a high-speed elevator from the lobby to the first floor to pick up our order. That was a bit much. The hotel is right next to Yuanxiang Lake Park, which is great for walks and exercise. There were even street performers singing at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. The room's air conditioning had a moderate fan speed and a comfortable temperature. Parking was in the underground garage, and we just needed to register our license plate during check-in for easy access. Overall, it was a good stay. For a weekend leisure trip with kids, the Hyatt Jiading is a great choice!

I chose this Vienna Hotel last minute for a business trip and was very pleasantly surprised. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the staff were friendly and easygoing. My room was clean and had no strange odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing at night was excellent, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and all the necessary amenities. It was also convenient to find food and taxis downstairs. The price was very reasonable, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future business trips.

The small single room was clean and tidy, and there was a relatively large underground parking lot. It offers great value for money, with plenty of shops and businesses nearby, plus a park. My room even had a view of the river and lake, which was lovely. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Even though they didn't speak English, they quickly used a translation app to communicate, which I really appreciated. I was able to check in early since my room was ready, and I also got a quiet room as requested. The housekeeping staff were very friendly too. The location is a bit away from the city center, but the metro station is only about an 8-minute walk, so it's still easy to get around.

The facilities are spotless, modern, and high-tech. The room was clean and tidy. Parking right outside the door was very convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

This hotel is really well-equipped! During the summer holidays, the price was comparable to an Atour hotel, but it came with a bathtub and a swimming pool, and even fresh squeezed juice for breakfast. The room was very spacious, and you could see planes flying by just by opening the curtains. Dina at the hotel was also very kind and incredibly responsive to all requests! It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely come back next time!

Voice control technology quietly enhances the convenience of the stay, while the soft mattress effectively blocks out city noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom is meticulously clean, with toiletries featuring a delicate tea scent. Starting the day with a hot cup of tea allows for a slow and unhurried beginning to the journey. A quiet room, utterly comforting – even a short stay feels full of gentle warmth.
