It was a wonderful experience staying at Yunrui Hotel! The hotel is located along a street beautifully lined with trees illuminated by warm yellow lights at night, creating such a festive and cozy atmosphere. There are also many local food stalls and restaurants nearby, and surprisingly, they all tasted amazing despite being very affordable. I especially loved the noodle shop just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai!

Traveling to Shanghai with friends, we stayed at the Hiyatt Hotel Shanghai Beixinjing and were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel environment is simple yet grand, with a clean and fresh lobby and comfortable lounge areas that remain quiet even when crowded. The guest rooms maintain high hygiene standards, with diligent daily cleaning – floors, tables, and bathrooms were spotless. The rooms are well-lit and spacious, feeling open and airy. All facilities are well-maintained, the internet is stable, the bathroom water pressure is good, and all basic amenities are readily available. The hotel's special services were the biggest highlight of our trip. The free city day tour saved us a lot of hassle; we simply followed the bus to visit several iconic Shanghai landmarks, avoiding the trouble of planning our own route. If you plan to go to Disneyland, you can book the hotel's free shuttle, which directly reduces travel costs. The self-service laundry room is free to use, making it easy to wash clothes during multi-day trips. The staff were attentive and consistently friendly. Check-in and shuttle booking processes were simple and clear, and any questions were quickly answered. The hotel is close to the subway, making it very convenient for daily outings and shopping. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Whether you're making a short trip to see city attractions or heading to Disneyland, this hotel is a great base. With its rich amenities, excellent hygiene, and attentive service, I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit Shanghai.

Good hotel with an excellent location The hotel has a great location, right next to Cloud 9 Shopping Mall, with a wide choice of good quality restaurants, shops and other facilities nearby. It is also very convenient for the subway and other transportation, with taxis readily available. As a four star plus international hotel, some services are priced according to international hotel rates, but overall it is still convenient and offers a good standard of service. The Sky Bar is excellent, especially at night, and offers a great view of Shanghai. It is definitely worth visiting in the evening. Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport Terminal 2 is relatively close. Depending on traffic, the journey can take around 45 minutes to an hour, although in the morning it can be as quick as 20 to 30 minutes. The staff are very polite and speak English, which makes communication easy. The rooms are clean and well maintained, although they are a little dated compared with some of the newer hotels in China. The hotel also feels very secure. China has some impressive modern hotels now, including hotels offering extensive AI assisted services, so this hotel may not feel as futuristic as some newer properties. However, for location, cleanliness, service, security and convenience, it is a good hotel overall and a comfortable base for exploring Shanghai.

I was sent to Shanghai on a last-minute business trip by my company and just picked a hotel randomly upon arrival. To my surprise, it turned out to be really good value for money! When I checked in, the lady at the front desk even upgraded my room for free, which made my stay very comfortable. The room was clean, and the hotel environment was excellent. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I also have to commend the lady who was on the night shift yesterday. I didn't bring enough clothes and needed help with laundry. She didn't mind at all, washed them for me, and even brought them back up. I'm really grateful 😊 Next time I come to Shanghai, I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues too! 👍

It's conveniently located at the Jiangsu Road double subway hub, with direct access to the Bund and Nanjing West Road, making it easy to get anywhere. The hostel is well-ventilated, without the stuffy or strange odors often found in youth hostels, which is a big plus. The beds are fully equipped with blackout privacy curtains and large lockers, giving you a sense of personal space even in a shared dorm. The communal bathrooms are continuously cleaned, with dry floors and stable 24-hour hot water. The staff are friendly and respect guests' privacy, and they're quick to respond to any needs. The laundry and drying facilities are a lifesaver for long-term travelers. Right outside, you'll find old Shanghai streets with a variety of snack shops. Great location, solid facilities, and excellent service – a top choice for backpackers!

I'm genuinely impressed by Atour S and the way it's managed. I usually stay at Accor or Marriott hotels, but this was my first time choosing a premium Chinese hotel brand and Atour S has exceeded all expectations. It's spotless, the service is exceptional, the food quality is excellent, and overall it offers some of the best value for money I've experienced in a premium hotel. We were so impressed that we've just extended our stay by another seven nights in the suite. Everything feels state of the art, from the AI-powered services to the outstanding human hospitality. It's a rare combination. We'll definitely be back.

Good value for money. For this price, everything is decent. The room size is quite large, and it's right next to a shopping mall, so dining and entertainment are convenient. Breakfast is okay, but the Executive Lounge's afternoon tea really doesn't offer much; it's better than nothing, I suppose.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on the street and close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and hygienic, providing a very comfortable stay. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my accommodation and would highly recommend it!

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The bed was also very comfortable, so I slept very well. The front desk and staff were warm and professional, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. They were always quick to assist with any needs.

The check-in staff was very cold and uncommunicative, operating like robots with no expression. When checking out, a lady who seemed to be a manager (she was also there during our previous stay, so she seemed very experienced) enthusiastically asked about our stay experience and repeatedly urged us to leave a good review. Due to work, we frequently stay at this hotel. Honestly, there are no issues with the infrastructure here; it's just the service. Our foreign managers always complain about it. Personally, I feel this hotel is only suitable for short business trips where you leave early and come back late, only eating breakfast at the hotel and not using any other services. It's not suitable for family or friend trips, or for leisure travel that requires long-term enjoyment of hotel services.
