We stayed with two children, and they upgraded us to a Little Yellow Duck themed room, which the kids absolutely loved. The complimentary scheduled shuttle service was a thoughtful touch. On our first day, we wanted to go to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Just as we were about to call a taxi, the shuttle driver told us he could take us directly and advised us not to bother with a taxi, which was super convenient. Heartwarming late-night snack: We could enjoy a late-night snack after returning to the hotel. They offered mini wontons and mixed noodles. The mini wontons were delicious, and the kids really enjoyed them. Cleanliness: Overall, it was excellent! Minibar all-you-can-drink: There were sodas, and for the kids, oat milk and cookies. The cookies were incredibly tasty! Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with a robot delivering it directly to the room. Another shout-out to the hotel: I accidentally booked an extra room on another platform but forgot about it. The hotel proactively contacted me, which was very considerate, and they even refunded me in the end. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for family travel.

An unexpected warm sanctuary found during my trip. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for sightseeing and finding food. The room decor is cozy and stylish, and the view from the window is lovely. The interior is clean and odor-free, and the bed has just the right firmness for a great night's sleep. The staff are incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making my stay feel like having a little home away from home in a new city. Highly recommend!

Hotel was in a nice location close to yu gardens, metro and lots of decent food nearby. Could also walk to bund area. The staff there especially Jeorge and Hannie were really helpful and nice to deal with. View from the room was nice and the room was nice, clean and a good size. Was only really upset with the pool being closed but they arranged for us to use the pool at the Westin which was a bit of a walk and inconvenient. Was a bigger pool though but no view. The rooftop area in pics looks to be closed also now. Stay was comfortable here.

I just want to express how amazing my experience at SSAW Boutique was! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The man at the front desk also helped me order food even though it was late at night and found me a restaurant that was open, I really appreciated that. Highly suggest staying here, the views from the rooms are also amazing.

The hotel's location is excellent; Yu Garden is right outside, and it's very close to the Bund. Public transport via the subway is also convenient, and there's a wide variety of food options downstairs. Across the street, there's a shopping area. The xiao long bao and crab roe soup dumplings were a hit with both kids and adults.

Slightly off-peak season before the college entrance exam. They upgraded me to a room with a Glimmering Night View! I absolutely, absolutely loved it! 😘 My stay at the Bund Moxi Apartment was excellent; it definitely deserves a five-star review. The cleanliness and hygiene were a major highlight – the room was tidy and bright, and the public areas were consistently clean and organized, with thorough disinfection. The location is superb, close to major attractions with convenient transportation. The staff were professional and friendly, making the entire check-in and check-out process smooth. The room comfort was high, and the overall value for money was outstanding, making it a great choice for travelers or business visitors to Shanghai.

The common lounge had a cozy, warm glow, and I enjoyed chatting with fellow travelers from all over, sharing interesting stories and even exploring local spots together. The owners were genuinely thoughtful and generous, freely sharing tips on local delicacies and hidden gems. This wasn't just a one-night stay; it was a wonderfully gentle encounter on my journey. Both the value for money and the overall experience were perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend it to solo travelers.

Compared to several other places nearby, this newly opened spot offers the best experience. The machines run smoothly, with stable high-quality graphics and no disconnections. All the peripherals are complete and easy to use. The room is spotless, and the beds are spacious and comfortable. The staff are always available when you need them. The value for money far exceeds other places in the same price range. Definitely a solid long-term spot for gaming sessions.

The hotel’s location is convenient—close to the Bund and the metro, and easy for Didi pickups. There are also convenience stores and eateries nearby. The room was spacious for 3 adults, and breakfast offered a decent selection of both Western and Chinese options. Staff were generally helpful. A good choice for a practical stay.

The friendly atmosphere and proximity to 3 metro lines made it very easy to go anywhere in Shanghai. There's all the fast food and local cuisine you could ask for within 300-400 meters...KFC, MCDONALD'S, TIM HORTONS, etc. rooms are small but very comfortable. There are 3 flights of stairs to climb but the staff was always there to assist. Laundry and kitchen are on the same floor. I highly recommend this quiet convenient hotel.
