The connecting door to the mall was often left open, allowing many external visitors to flood in and occupy the play area meant for hotel guests' children, making the environment chaotic. The duty manager and the short-haired staff member on that day were very proactive in addressing the issue and promptly removed the external visitors. We thought everything was settled, but a little later, we found that a connecting door was still ajar, and external individuals were re-entering the kids' club area, posing a safety risk. The hotel's access control was inadequate, lacking long-term effective management. Overall, the hardware is excellent. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning details, adds delivery robots, and strictly controls access to the kids' club to ensure the exclusive play rights of its guests. Additionally, I'd like to commend the duty manager and the short-haired lady in the black uniform on the first basement floor for their prompt and excellent handling of the situation. I also appreciate the front desk staff who gave a gift to our child.
