The connecting door to the mall was often left open, allowing many external visitors to flood in and occupy the play area meant for hotel guests' children, making the environment chaotic. The duty manager and the short-haired staff member on that day were very proactive in addressing the issue and promptly removed the external visitors. We thought everything was settled, but a little later, we found that a connecting door was still ajar, and external individuals were re-entering the kids' club area, posing a safety risk. The hotel's access control was inadequate, lacking long-term effective management. Overall, the hardware is excellent. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning details, adds delivery robots, and strictly controls access to the kids' club to ensure the exclusive play rights of its guests. Additionally, I'd like to commend the duty manager and the short-haired lady in the black uniform on the first basement floor for their prompt and excellent handling of the situation. I also appreciate the front desk staff who gave a gift to our child.

The hotel's overall environment is elegant, with a quiet and comfortable garden-style campus. It's suitable for both business trips and conferences, as well as family travel with children. Service response was prompt, and the staff were friendly. My overall stay was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. It's an excellent choice for accommodation in Xiong'an, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on future visits.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Baiyangdian Scenic Area, a few minutes drive away, saving the trouble of a long time. The courtyard is even more pleasant, the vegetation is lush, the flowers and plants can be seen everywhere, the air is fresh like a natural oxygen bar, and the walk is particularly comfortable. The most intimate thing is that it is equipped with charging piles, and there is no need to worry about filling energy problems when traveling by car. Breakfast exceeded expectations, rich and fresh, porridge, staple food, side dishes, fruit are all available, the taste is also very authentic, eat enough and drink enough to go to the scenic spot, full of energy all day. All aspects are satisfactory, next time you come to Baiyangdian, you will definitely choose here!

There are also treadmills and cycling equipment which are very convenient if needed. Value for money: Less than 300 yuan, I am quite satisfied with my stay. Parking: Park right in front of the hotel. It may not be due to the peak season, but there are spots available even after 7 or 8 pm. Location and transportation: It takes less than half an hour to drive from Rongcheng County. It is quite convenient and easy to find with the navigation. There is a small supermarket to the left when you go out of the hotel, and there are many places to eat a few hundred meters further.

The disadvantage is that the hotel is in a remote location and there are no shopping, entertainment or other places nearby. What I don’t understand is that the two bottles of water in the room are not enough. I asked the front desk for two more bottles and they were charged 4 yuan. This was the price I stayed in for half a month of this trip. The first of 8 or 9 hotels I’ve stayed in, rare!

Some of the breakfast dishes were not kept warm enough and became cold. Overall it's pretty good. I paid 200 yuan for it and I was quite amazed when I walked in. At this price, I can't expect too much.

When I came to Xiong'an, I was glad to choose Fisherman's Island Hotel. I was very satisfied. The hardware conditions and services were very good. The scenery outside the window was beautiful, the buffet breakfast was great, and it was very close to Baiyangdian. In short, it was a great experience

There is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. The room is large and the service is good. It is really very good. The location is very convenient for boating in Baiyangdian. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.
