"Very nice hotel, 5 minutes from the beach and street entertainment. Very nice room, very clean. Comfortable bedding.
On the other hand, there was no closet for clothes. For one night, it's not a problem, but for several nights, it could be annoying. There was no shelf in the bathroom, nowhere to put a toothbrush, razor, or deodorant. I had to put my toiletry bag on the floor, which isn't very practical when getting ready.
The included breakfast was quite limited, with very little choice."

Cons: The room design feels quite dated and traditional. The bathroom only has a shower curtain instead of a proper shower enclosure, which means the floor gets quite wet easily. Despite this, it was still clean and tidy."

GGuest UserOverall, it was decent. The service was very friendly and professional, and the room was spacious. The bedding was good, with a soft mattress. The location is truly convenient, perfect for a holiday. However, the bathroom facilities were a little dated.

RrussyauWe booked two rooms, and one room got upgraded to a corner suite upon check-in. Both rooms were very clean with a very nice ocean view.
The breakfast at the lounge and in the room was superb, excellent food.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bellmen at the entrance.
Will definitely return again next time in Busan.

GGuest UserLocation and view are amazing, unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews in relation to everything else. The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated. Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room.
The toilet flush didn’t work, the bathroom smelled strong of sewerage and the aircon also didn’t work at all. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range.

GGuest UserThe room has floor heating, which makes sleeping very comfortable at night. The bathtub is also very clean. The reception staff are also very nice. The TV is all in Korean, and I can't figure out how to cast the screen. It's really sad that I can't watch it on such a big TV.

JJP koreaThis hotel did not restock our tea bags, they did not provide big enough towels, only hand towels, they also did not want to allow our guest to even enter our room for some reason he had to wait downstairs when we went to put our bags away. Rediculous. Also they have weird rules about the spa and gym you cant use them seperately you have to use it together and you can't leave otherwise you have to pay again! So useless.

GGuest UserGreat customer service, room size, got a desk, and great location. The beds though. Lay a cm thick blanket over box springs and that's what you get. They rent out thin pads for 10k won. I made due with two. For the price, this is a good place. No laundry though.

- location, 2 min walk to ktx station and metro station.
- clean rooms
- 24 hour front desk, we left our luggage with them before we came back and checked in at night, we left our luggage with them after we checked out and came back to take the luggage in the afternoon. The front desk helped us with the hit water issue, one switch was not turned on
Not so good:
- there were mosquitoes, we killed the sole one before we went to sleep, so wr didn't get any bites
- the towels could be more and bigger

GGuest UserThe hotel is located opposite Busan Station, and it is only 10 meters from the exit of the subway station. It is said that it is HOTEL, it is better to say that it is MOTEL, it is similar to the domestic private couple small hotel. The room is not sunny, there is a smell, can't say it, it tastes like the insecticidal water. There is an adult channel on the TV, there is a PC computer, after the boot, the desktop has 2 icons, one is the browser, one is the adult movie. Said that it is impossible to bring children. But we brought it, and they didn't manage it, and they stayed alive for a night. More than 400 prices, not worth
