Beyond its size, it was clear and comfortable enough to watch for long periods without straining my eyes, a huge help in ending a tiring day of meetings and conferences. Furthermore, the hotel's excellent public transportation access, with subway and bus stops within walking distance, allowed me to efficiently manage my business trip without the stress of traveling in an unfamiliar city. This was a particularly important value for business travelers. GGuest UserThis was the perfect spot! It's close to Gwangalli Beach, with lots of entertainment options nearby, making it incredibly accessible. The ocean view floor-to-ceiling window brought so much joy to my partner and me. The complimentary Dyson hairdryer was fantastic, and the bed was so comfortable we both slept soundly. This is definitely a place I'd consider staying at again on my next visit to Busan!

GGuest UserOverall, it was a good stay. I had emailed beforehand to request a crib, and the hotel even provided an extra bed rail for backup, which was a nice touch. Our room was on the lowest floor, and since it wasn't a sea view room anyway, the floor level didn't make a difference. The bathroom was quite spacious and convenient. The facilities were decent, though there were a few minor issues with cleanliness details. It was very windy at the hotel lobby entrance, but the concierge service was excellent; they proactively greeted and welcomed guests from morning till night, which was great.

GGuest UserBoasting a prime location on Haeundae Beach with breathtaking ocean views, this hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests.
We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us.
A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. They are truly a class act!”

GGuest UserWe stayed at Paradise Hotel Busan with our young children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome.
The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening.
Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day.

JJenCaiIt’s such a beautiful hotel. Every view is aesthetic to the eyes. If one like to spend some time relaxing and have some quiet moments, here’s the place. It’s 20mins car ride to haeundae beach.
The breakfast is expensive so we didn’t try. There is a 24hours shop that sells cup noodles etc. if walk nearby there’s lots of eateries from 11am onwards. Or you can either walk out to lottee mart or premium outlets. (About 20mins walk or 5mins car ride)

AAnonymous UserOverall, a pretty mediocre hotel. First off, the location is good, but the room layout was very odd. The room we stayed in had no balcony, and the window looked out onto an equipment platform, making the room very stuffy and uncomfortable. Plus, the air conditioning was incredibly noisy; I needed earplugs to fall asleep. The male front desk staff member at check-in wasn't very welcoming, but the female staff member at check-out was quite friendly and helpful. Also, there's another hotel across the street, something like 'Benikea' too, which can easily confuse taxi drivers. All in all, I wouldn't really recommend staying here.

GGuest UserI was told check-in was from 6 PM, so I dropped off my suitcase and went out. It's behind the Lotte Hotel, and it wasn't dark even at night. The wall-mounted air conditioner's switch, whether on heat or off, seemed to only blow air, so the fan was always on. Apparently, it's a central control type operated by the front desk. I was worried about dryness and thought my throat might get sore, so I slept with a mask on. Since it was an ondol (heated floor) room, it wasn't cold when I slept. It was good that I could leave my suitcase even after check-out.

GGuest UserA wonderful new hotel with excellent service and a great location. We stayed in the Cosmos room, which was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable.
We also really appreciated the 24-hour access to the sauna with both hot and cold pools, as well as the complimentary traditional Korean noodles available in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.
