Amazing
LLigoumaologThis Ritz-Carlton is relatively new in Europe. The rooms are quite large, the facilities are quite new, and the decoration style makes people feel relaxed. The hotel also gave some small desserts when checking in, and they were replenished every day, which was very thoughtful. The staff was enthusiastic and proactive, and all kinds of services were worthy of the price. The breakfast was half buffet and half a la carte, very delicious, with a very rich variety, very satisfied!
GGuest UserWe booked 4 nights in this hotel. The service and the staff were really nice. Fresh orange juice service everyday ;)
The room was spacious and clean. A nice big shower and some free water was very nice.
The only minus was no air-conditioning. The room felt very warm on the 6th floor even though it was not that warm outside in May. The window could be opened but because the room was on the front the traffic was very loud in the night.
Had a lovely stay and would recommend to stay here. Maybe not in the warm months in Summer.
GGuest UserUnfortunately, the pool was closed and the sauna was required to login and the sauna area was able to use just 1 hour. The opening hours of the sauna from 14:00 to 20:00 on weekends are absolutely unacceptable for such a luxury hotel. We were very angry about it. When booking we have not received any information about the time in the spa is so regulated and it is completely closed in the pool area. At the reception, we received information that the pool was closed due to energy saving measures and also lacked staff. We believe that then the overnight prices must be adjusted accordingly if a significant part of the services cannot be provided. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy our stay as we intended!

Great
HHuaguduowaixingrenThe room was spacious, and the large bed was perfect for our baby and us. It was also kept very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the subway and S-Bahn. Overall, we were quite satisfied. However, we accidentally left our baby's sleeping bag at the hotel. When we called to inquire, the front desk had no record of it in their lost and found, which was quite puzzling. Aside from that, we were happy with almost everything. I'd rate it 4.5 stars.
GGuest UserThis is my top choice for business trips. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a park. It's clean and tidy, the breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the service is attentive. The pool and spa are paid amenities, and pets are allowed.
GGuest UserMy stay at the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof was simply outstanding. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel that special blend of elegance, tranquility, and warmth that immediately makes you feel at home.
The rooms are stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail – spacious, incredibly clean, and equipped with every comfort imaginable. I was particularly impressed by how quiet it was despite the central location – a true luxury in Berlin.
The staff deserves special praise: attentive, professional, and always genuinely friendly. You don't feel like just one guest among many, but truly welcome and valued.
The breakfast is a real highlight – a wide selection, excellent quality, and everything beautifully presented. The spa and pool area also invites relaxation and perfectly completes the overall experience.
The location couldn't be better: central yet pleasantly quiet, with short distances to many sights and shopping opportunities.
In short: A hotel that impresses in every way and makes the stay something special. I will definitely be back.
GGuest UserThe location is very good in the heart of Kudam ,close to the Zoo train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. The lobby, restaurant, bar ,swimming-pool are very nice and classy .Unfortunately ,the standard rooms are quite outdated ,especially bathroom,. The furniture's are looking really like from 1980 s,with wired mirrors at the entrance . I was feeling like in a changing room. Overall the stay was good in my room. I believe they may have updated rooms too.

Very Good
GGuest UserWonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good.
The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.
GGuest UserVery comfortable and clean in quiet area. Very good bed and good air cond. good service from front desk. Bus 200 convenient to go to the center. The only thing is that I booked the upper storey rooms via Trip.com but the property received the booking order from thrid party Hotels .com for a standard room in lower levels (at a lower price) so obviiously trip.com is taking inventories from ********** and get its margin by booking lower room cathegory. It was probably a connection problems between trip.com and ********** systems. Everything was solved on the next day.
