"My whole trip was ruined only for this shitty hotel. While check in they provided wrong room. Previous guest was already inside. Second room was full dirty and covered with long hair. Most importantly washroom. Commode was filled with water. After complaining, they called maintenance and the guy said not enough water pressure right now, later it will be fixed. Had to use washroom outside. Informed to reception to change room on next day, black indian lady receptionist said, it’s an old building, all commode was same. I have never seen washroom like this before. If you don’t wanna ruin your trip, better to avoid this one."

"The location was good and it's close to a lot restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and tidy with water dispenser and microwave. But the TV in my room was not working and I could not watch anything from the network. As the whole building was full of kind of Airbnb apartment rentals, it was very messy in the lobby, and it's extremely difficult to get into the elevator as they were always full. Many people hanging around at the reception lobby and no one is there to regulate the flow and ask those people to give some space for others to move around. There was clear noise from the street and you could also hear clearly the prayer and bell from nearby religious places. Walls are thin and immense noise from corridor and bathroom next door, you know exactly when the next door went to the bathroom. The property owner installed a CCTV directly opposite the door, which made me feel intruded. Not a pleasant stay at all."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. Housekeeping did a good job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff were courteous and professional, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future."

"Service is excellent. Swimming pool doesn’t look much but offers a very relaxing comfortable soak and decent lapses. Breakfast not great. Bathroom door knobs are tricky especially for people with dry hands it’s like trying to turn an egg, it takes skills and practice. Hotel has just one entrance so guests staying at corridor’s end need to walk the whole stretch. Walls and floors can be thicker. Air conditioning efficient and the bed is ultra comfortable. Very courteous, welcoming staff."

"An absolute disappointment. They gave me a room that has water leaks from the lighting switchboard, with stains clearly visible, which could only mean it has been leaking for a while. The management used guard wire to tie to the pipe of the shower head to prevent it from falling apart. What puzzle me though, there is no slippers and face towels! I notified the receptionist the next day, she promised to send someone to check on the leaks but to no avail. The leak is there when I am back in the late afternoon. Worst part is, no one clean up my room, slippers & face towel were not being delivered. I approached the reception again, this time he sent someone to clean my room immediately, perhaps sensing my frustration but the leak, well it still leaks and I pray I won't get electrocuted. The iron-board too is damaged. This is definitely the worst boutique hotel I have ever stayed. The only plus side is the room is clean. There are many hotels that are much better than this one, I won't come to stay in this hotel anymore."
