Here I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. Very special is this hotel very family friendly, the have connecting room for the family to stay in, for us, we can take care of our girls without open the door and go to another room. The daily housekeeping was very thorough. The female housekeeper responsible for our rooms 715 and 716 was particularly friendly, attentive, and responsible. My daughter accidentally spilled soy milk on the carpet and bed; I informed her, and she promised to handle it. When we returned to the room that evening, the carpet and bed were spotless, without any smell or stains. We were very satisfied with the hotel's service. We will stay in this hotel again when we go to Beijing again.

The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly. Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience: 1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch. 2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food). 3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep! The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

Overall, a five-star review – I really love this hotel. I'm a foreign tourist and I've traveled to over thirty provinces and ninety cities across China. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and have also recommended it to my friends and family. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent hygiene. The rooms are spotless, and the bathrooms are equipped with smart toilets, which as a foreigner, I particularly appreciate. I do have two issues I'd like to bring to the hotel's attention: First, the takeaway delivery policy. For food safety reasons, the hotel doesn't allow robots to deliver food to guest rooms, so I have to go downstairs to pick it up every time I order. Several times, by the time I get my food, it's already completely cold. Sometimes, it's really inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food right after showering. My suggestion to the hotel is this: You could prepare a food safety waiver. Guests who voluntarily sign it would acknowledge and accept the food safety risks themselves, allowing robots to deliver food to their rooms. This would both maintain the hotel's management requirements and be more convenient for guests. Second, the bathroom scale in my room is broken and inaccurate. I weigh 180 jin, but the scale showed only 40 jin – the numbers are completely off. Aside from these two minor issues, the hotel is five-star worthy in every other aspect. If these problems can be improved in the future, I will definitely bring my family back to stay here often.

We had such a fantastic time bringing our child to the Le Du Port Marriott this trip! My child was participating in a robotics competition, and after adding the hotel's butler, Skyller, on WeChat, they pre-checked us in so my child could rest during lunchtime. We learned it was also my child's birthday that day, and they even prepared balloons and a small cake, which made my child incredibly happy. Any requests were promptly addressed. Tucked away on the hillside, the air is fresh and quiet, with negative oxygen ions reaching 9000! The 12 forest hot springs create an amazing ambiance, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich, far surpassing the quality of a five-star hotel in the city. There’s also a huge kids’ play area, with facilities that cater to both adult relaxation and children's fun. This time it was just my partner and me enjoying a relaxing getaway, and we are completely smitten. We'll definitely bring our daughter and the whole family next time, and we'll certainly ask concierge Ethan to arrange our itinerary again! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short, relaxing getaway in the Beijing suburbs or a family trip. The front desk service was excellent. As soon as I walked in, the place felt incredibly clean and tidy. The sheets and bedding were freshly changed, with no unpleasant odors at all. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Took my child and dog for a three-day, two-night getaway during the Children's Day holiday. I'd pre-booked two nights in a pet-friendly room on Ctrip. 🏨 Every staff member I encountered at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful! This includes the front desk lady, the bellboy who helped me with my leash, the housekeeping lady who brought items to my room, the cleaner, and the chef at breakfast who made noodles and fried eggs on the first day and 'huoshao' (a type of baked flatbread) on the second. The pet-friendly room was clean, hygienic, and odor-free, with no bugs. They provided plenty of pet supplies. 🐶 The hotel has an outdoor area for walking dogs; it's not huge but feels quite safe. The outdoor children's playground, however, needs some renovation. It used to be functional, but now it feels a bit neglected. 🥣 The breakfast variety on holidays is only slightly more extensive than on weekdays. Since I stayed two days, I experienced both. Overall, the breakfast quality, compared to other resort-style Regencys, is quite a bit lower. The made-to-order items tasted good, but the pre-made, heated dishes were very ordinary. I hope they can increase the variety and improve the quality. 🎠 The Qibabu Paradise tickets were complimentary. For a six-and-a-half-year-old, it's a bit too childish. It would have been perfect when my child was around three years old. ♨️ You can access the hot spring directly from the hotel without going outdoors. The hot spring tickets were also complimentary. The cleanliness there was just so-so. Although staff members were cleaning, it felt superficial. It doesn't help if they don't change the water or clean the pools. There were many pools, but not all were open. Overall, the stay was quite good. Pet-friendly hotels in the Beijing suburbs are rare, and I hope they continue to be pet-friendly.

The hotel is located some 100m away from the Samatai Great Wall ticket entrance {RMB120] though the climb is rather challenging due to the uneven steps leading to the great wall [especially for night climbs can be challenging for older folks]. The hotel is clean but with very low occupancy [likely due to the price tag] next to the sauna house which I did not use. Gubei Water Town was pretty decent for this is a replica town build for tourist in 2013 if not mistaken. Night scene was great with laser and drone show illuminating the sky. Ample restaurant around but with very few patronages for most. Overall a pretty nice/decent place to visit if you have an extra day in Beijing to kill.
