Step 1: Check Your Membership Level
Log in to your Trip.com account on your mobile device to view your membership level.
Step 2: Unlock Trip.com VIP Lounge Access
Trip.com member tiers are decided by the number of valid booking that you made within the past 12 months. Trip.com will tell you the number of bookings you need to complete for reaching each tier.

Step 3: Using Trip.com VIP Lounge Access
- VIP lounge access is available only when there is an eligible lounge at your departure airport. You must make sure that your departure airport has a participating lounge.
- This benefit will be expired if your flight is cancelled. You must redeem this benefit before 23:59:59 on the day of your scheduled departure time. Be sure to use the benefit before this deadline to avoid losing it.
- When you decide to use this special benefit, the system will send you a QR code for lounge entry. You need to show this QR code to the lounge staff to access the lounge and enjoy all the exclusive amenities inside.
- VIP lounge access is not available for Flight + Hotel packages and can only be claimed through the Trip.com app or mobile website. Remember to use these platforms to access and redeem this benefit for your flights.
Member Tiers Validity
Beginning in April 2023, Trip.com started a new system to manage all membership levels. When users upgrade to a higher membership tier through bookings, this new tier status will be valid for one year starting from the date the upgrade happens. After a one year time frame, the membership tier will be rechecked and changed according to their booking activity within that year.
