Step 1: Check Your Membership Level

Log in to your Trip.com account on your mobile device to view your membership level. As a Platinum member, you are eligible for one complimentary VIP Lounge access, while Diamond can get 2 free access, Diamond+ can get 3 free access to Trip.com VIP Lounge.

Step 2: Unlock Trip.com VIP Lounge Access

Trip.com member tiers are based on the number of valid bookings made within the past 12 months. Here are the requirements for each membership level, detailing the number of bookings needed to achieve each tier:

Step 3: Using Trip.com VIP Lounge Access

• When booking flights through Trip.com, VIP lounge access is granted only if an eligible lounge is available at your departure airport. Ensure that the airport you are departing from has a participating lounge to benefit from this exclusive feature.
• This benefit becomes invalid if the flight is cancelled and must be redeemed by 23:59:59 on the day of your scheduled departure. Ensure to use the benefit before this deadline to avoid losing it.
• When you opt to use this benefit, you will receive a QR code for lounge entry. Present this QR code at the lounge to gain access and enjoy the exclusive amenities.
• VIP lounge access is not available for Flight + Hotel packages and can only be acquired through the Trip.com app or mobile website. Ensure you use these platforms to access and redeem this benefit for your flights.

Member Tiers Validity

Beginning in April 2023, Trip.com implemented a new system for managing membership levels. When users advance to a higher membership tier through their bookings, this upgraded status will be valid for one year from the date they achieve the new level. After this year concludes, their membership tier will be reassessed and adjusted according to their booking activity during that period.
