Guest UserThis is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

Guest UserThe hotel was Very clean and modern amid it is a restored old building. It is located on one-Çar-street alley just across the bridge.
Bringing heavy luggage from the station to the hotel is very energy-draining so we end up call a taxi when back to the station and cost us about 35euro.
The room are spacious, we are party of three and got a room with no view. During the Sunday night, we still can hear loud music from its neighbors (I think it’s a pub) until 11 o’clock. But never mind though we bring 3 years old that very sensitive to loud sound. We were dead tired already.
There is a kichenette in the room but strangely not included in the cleaned facilities. We should living the kitchennete cleaned or it will be fined (I forgot, may be 50 or 100 euros).
My biggest complain was the wifi. It didn’t worked at all. Saw the wifi router near to the eleveator was the old model (the newest one didn’t switched on), and I guess one floor one wifi router so in some rooms the signal was patchy. I found a spot that wifi worked, inside the toilet.
But it was nice stay. Bed is clean, pillow is too hard.

B7^B7I originally booked a hotel near the train station that was also convenient for the airport, thinking it would be cheap. However, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Not only was the service excellent, but the breakfast delivered to the room was delicious. The best part is they provide laundry facilities so you can wash and dry your clothes yourself. 😁 The room was incredibly spacious, with a kitchen and a storage room. The security system was also very good and reassuring.

It is very important to check in online. I never received the email to do so and was left waiting outside the apartment, with no way to contact the property, as the listed phone number didn’t work. Thankfully, the leather shop below the apartment had two really friendly guys that contacted the owner. This was the only bad experience. Otherwise, the apartment is really clean and spacious, probably too much for one person. The location is great, within walking distance to most major attractions, restaurants, cafes, and markets. The shower doesn’t leave much room to move around, but a minor inconvenience. This would be a great stay for a family or small group, but as stated before, not ideal for solo travelers. And I repeat, make sure you check in online! If, like me, you don’t receive the email, talk to the guys of De Nicola leather shop, they can help and have amazing leather jackets, too!

The location can't be better, go out is the mercenary promenade, walk 2 minutes to the Uffizi Art Museum, downstairs is the famous ice cream shop.
The room is very quiet, and the busy outside does not affect the quietness of the inside door.
The towels are very thick and thick, similar to a five-star hotel
The hot water in the bath is a gas tank, burn a little thing first, and then go to the hot water to take a bath is very hot.
Overall, it is suitable for backpackers, suitable for people who like to explore local culture and immersive tourism. The big suitcase has to be moved upstairs by itself, but for young people, it can be done. After all, the hand can't be carried out and can't walk out. It's too hard for yourself to travel. ,

문카스It was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front, and it is a bit far from tourist attractions, so the price is cheap. There was a large supermarket right next to the station, so it was great for shopping. The downside is that you have to take a tram for about 20 minutes to get to the tourist attractions, but it wasn't a big problem. Rather, it was nice that it was quiet. The room was spacious and I used the shampoo that was replenished every day. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to use it again next time I come to Florence.

Guest UserGood location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.
