The room is fully equipped with a washing machine, a small kitchen, and a microwave, which is super convenient and very clean. The staff are all wonderful ❤️. The location is also excellent, right next to Nankai Namba Station, making it incredibly easy to get to the airport. It's also super convenient for getting to Shinsaibashi and other areas. There are plenty of dining options nearby too: McDonald's, Ippudo, Marugame Seimen, 551... basically everything you could want, and the bustling downtown area is just a short walk away. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time.

Our whole family absolutely loved this hotel. It's a chain, and we saw them in many places around Osaka. First, the location: It's very close to both Daikokucho and Imamiya subway stations, about a five-minute walk from each. Namba Station is just one stop away, which is a major hub where you can catch various train lines, including the express train to Kansai International Airport. Next, the hotel facilities and service: The front desk staff were incredibly professional and service-oriented. Every time we passed by, they would stand up, bow, and greet us. Their English was also excellent, and check-in was seamless. Perhaps it's because the expensive and tiny hotels in Tokyo left a lasting impression on us, but when we first opened the door to our room here, we were all delighted. The room was bright and spacious, with a very practical design. Each room came with a washing machine, and a full set of pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, and a refrigerator were all provided. It's not far from the market and supermarket, making it very convenient to cook your own meals. They also provided plenty of bath towels and extra tissues. We booked a four-bed room, which is quite rare in our home country, and the children found it very exciting. There's also a small park with some children's playground equipment about 100-200 meters from the hotel. We're so grateful to this hotel and its staff for leaving us with such wonderful travel memories. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Although the space is compact, it felt surprisingly spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was well equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, TV, microwave, kitchen, and cooking utensils. We especially loved the balcony, as it was perfect for drying our clothes every day. What impressed us the most was the host's kindness and hospitality. We arrived in Osaka after a long flight, feeling exhausted and sleep-deprived, so we asked if an early check-in might be possible. The host kindly accommodated our request at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. Being able to rest before exploring Osaka made a huge difference to our trip. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Osaka and would happily stay here again!

The location is a great walking distance from Shin Osaka Station. The room is big enough to accommodate our family of 5. It's like a home away from home vibe, we were able to cook our own food during the days we were not able to roam around due to heavy rain. The only thing that needs improvement is the bed. The hardest bed that my back laid down and the bed spring almost protruded and almost touched my back. Over all it is good, the only downside is the bed.

I am really satisfied with this room. It's spacious and can accomodate more than 4-6 people except a small toilet. It's good for budget. Elevator card is designated so that others can not stop my floor and has no security problem. It takes 7 minutes from Shin-imamiya staion(JR) and 6 minutes from Ebyscho station. Mega DonKihote and Shinsekai takes 5-7 minutes by walking . I will stay again if I visit OSAKA.

I had a really great stay here and would definitely come back. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

The projector was a blast! There were dishes available, but the cups seemed to have some residue from a previous wash, so I'd recommend washing them again. We used it for a trip with friends, but we had a bit of trouble getting into the entrance at first, which was a struggle, haha.
