Good hotel. Conveniently located in the center, but in the courtyards, so it is quiet. Of the minuses, trip.com shows that it is located right next to the opera house, and the hotel is on Pushkin Street. Another minus is that the courtyard is closed with barriers on 3 sides and in order for the car to drive directly to the hotel, you need to call the reception. But if you do not have heavy bags, then it is not far. But it is very quiet. On Pushkin, life is in full swing all night. Pros - central location, everything is within walking distance. - quiet, clean, quite cozy. They clean and change towels every day. Breakfast - a buffet, modest, but varied. Enough for 5.

Kantar Hostel in Yerevan is an absolute gem, offering incredible value for money! Its location is superb – you can walk to Republic Square, yet it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms are spotless, the bunks have privacy curtains, and the individual password-protected lockers give you real peace of mind. The common areas are spacious, the WiFi is stable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast is fantastic, with a wide selection of hot food and fruit, honestly better than many hotels. The front desk staff are warm and patient, always ready to help with directions or store your luggage. Card access for the elevator ensures great security. This is definitely my top choice for backpackers; I'll be staying here again next time!

Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is a very good option within its segment, especially if you appreciate fresh, newly opened hotels. The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant. The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative. What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

The hotel is located well, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was quite good with a generous selection of eggs, meat, cheese and desserts. The only two inconveniences we had, was that the walls are super thin. We can hear the people next to us speak in their room. The Internet in incredibly unstable, the reception drops a lot. It was so bad that work calls was unsuccessful since the Internet drops and eventually doesn’t even exist to continue the call. Livestream platforms such as Amazon Prime and Disney couldn’t livestream. Do stay here if you want to be close to all amenities but not if you need good internet for work etc.

It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff.

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Do not expect the most modern style, at the end that is the least important. Breakfast was, for us, really good and tasty. Maybe for other people might be average, but it had all you need in a continental breakfast. Location is not the best. It is 40' from the airport, and another 20' from the city center. Trafic in Yerevan is chaotic and accidents happen on a regular basis, so keep that in mind if moving from or to the city. You can also go by walk to the city, but it is quite steep to come back. The pearl is the pool. We loved it. And they also have a restaurant, in case you feel lazy to go out or don't feel like ordering with Yandex.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights with your wife. They were very satisfied. The hotel is in the room. With breakfast, the Swedish table for any taste. On the first day there was no cashi, the request was reacted and for tomorrow was already on the menu. In addition, local foods and dishes are presented, which is very important when visiting the region. The pleasant music of Armenian composers sounds. In addition to the coffee machine, we were offered freshly cooked coffee (i.e. in the kitchen in the Turkish cooking) than I used for all days! Careful staff. The room was a bath better than a shower for me, because it was a lot of walking and it is a good opportunity to relax in the evening. The towel was changed every day. The only comment I asked to book a tour to the Ararat horse factory, but on the resepshen girl ordered a booking to the Noy factory. The good is that they are nearby. Budget friendly hotel; Amenities was provided and shared bathroom, which was not a problem; average breakfast. The location is not that convenient and approximately 35 mins walk to the center. However, you can opt to take a taxi (approx 4 mins away). Overall experience is okay and good for the price that we paid. And, the owner is friendly and helpful!

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
