"Excellent hotel, good location, responsive staff.
They went with a friend to Yerevan for 6 days, considered budget options, as the journey was spontaneous, and the budget was relatively limited accordingly. Stop on Menua.
The area at the hotel is not too picturesque, around the bus and construction shops, but there is a supermarket and pharmacy in the walk.
First we were settled in a room on the first floor, but as it was different from the room we booked on trip.com, we changed it to a room on the 3rd floor without problems.
The rooms are clean, there are all facilities, including sets with one-time toothbrushes, the only thing I didn't have - rubbish in the room.
There is an elevator in the hotel, which is important for those who like to walk on their two whole days :)
To the center by taxi to go about 7-10 min, if there is no traffic jams.
When leaving the hotel, we were asked to leave things in the room next to the receptors, which is very convenient given our late departure.
The hotel will suit people who do not seek luxury, consider a comfortable option on money and location. If you are important to the picturesque territory around and walking to the main streets with institutions, I would recommend looking at a less budget option.
If I go to Yerevan again, I will first consider this hotel, thank you ❤️"

"Great! We stayed at another hotel before, but we didn't like Aviatrans and decided to change the hotel. And we were right! The price is a little higher, but the staff is beyond praise! They asked a couple of times if everything was okay in our room.
The breakfast is good. The child slept through breakfast and we were allowed to take food with us to the room.
The room has wonderful robes and cosmetics. Enough of everything. Water, 2 coffee capsules, tea.
The nearest currency exchange office in the SAS store with a good rate is only 300 meters away.
The cafe makes great Armenian coffee.
We will probably be happy to return to this hotel again if we are in Yerevan."

Ani M.Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is a very good option within its segment, especially if you appreciate fresh, newly opened hotels.
The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant.
The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative.
What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable.
Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.

Guest UserA wonderful apartment hotel with a great central location! There's a Carrefour supermarket next door (where you can pay with a VTB Mir card), and also a currency exchange. The staff are lovely, always ready to help with any question, friendly and welcoming – thank you for the cozy stay! The room has a mini-kitchen (stove, microwave, washing machine), and coffee/tea/sugar for two. Overall, this is a fantastic place for exploring Yerevan on foot!

健仔KenKantar Hostel in Yerevan is an absolute gem, offering incredible value for money! Its location is superb – you can walk to Republic Square, yet it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms are spotless, the bunks have privacy curtains, and the individual password-protected lockers give you real peace of mind. The common areas are spacious, the WiFi is stable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast is fantastic, with a wide selection of hot food and fruit, honestly better than many hotels. The front desk staff are warm and patient, always ready to help with directions or store your luggage. Card access for the elevator ensures great security. This is definitely my top choice for backpackers; I'll be staying here again next time!

Guest UserGood hotel! The location is superb, and the room size is decent! The mattress is good, and the pillows are excellent! The staff handled all our requests quickly! We asked for a second blanket, no problem! The fridge stopped working, and they came and replaced it within 30 minutes! The room had more than enough lighting and outlets (including USB)! Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was quiet! There was some noise from the hallway, but that's common in most hotels! The pool, sauna, and hammam all worked perfectly! We didn't opt for breakfast. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, and currency exchange offices nearby! There's a VTB ATM at the hotel entrance (though it only worked 2 out of 5 times for us)! In summary, if the price is right, you can confidently book this hotel.

The hotel is located well, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was quite good with a generous selection of eggs, meat, cheese and desserts. The only two inconveniences we had, was that the walls are super thin. We can hear the people next to us speak in their room. The Internet in incredibly unstable, the reception drops a lot. It was so bad that work calls was unsuccessful since the Internet drops and eventually doesn’t even exist to continue the call. Livestream platforms such as Amazon Prime and Disney couldn’t livestream. Do stay here if you want to be close to all amenities but not if you need good internet for work etc.

MilenaamoreExcellent spot for a layover! I booked for one night, checked in at 10:30 PM and checked out at 12:00 PM. The staff were very kind, everything was clean, and the bedding was fresh. They even offered me a large bath towel completely free of charge! There's a separate shower and restroom for women. The kitchen is large and convenient. I highly recommend it! It's a great location, right in the city center. The bus stop is right by the road. I got here from the airport on the 201 bus for 300 local currency in just 25 minutes! Fantastic! There are banks and ASA stores nearby.
