"The room was fine (park side). The elevator always felt full. Advertise with a rich breakfast buffet. The things that are there are not labeled, I have no idea what the 5 things in the bowls are. But apart from that a very boring breakfast. Cheese, 3 types of sausage, 5 grain rolls between 100 normal ones, 4 jams but I have no idea which ones. It's similar with quark, I would say more if I knew what exactly it was."

"It is a small hotel, the service is thoughtful, the room is spacious because I live in a small hall with a balcony. Now no matter where you go, you have to find a room with a balcony to smoke, and the price is higher."

The hotel is very good and clean. The front desk staff are very nice and enthusiastic. I was given drinking water when I checked out. When I checked in, the front desk staff accompanied me upstairs to tell me how to unlock the door, because I had to do two circles and then two circles on the right. I went out for a walk and came back to find that there was a turndown service. They cleaned it again, put up curtains, and laid white towels beside the bed and in the bathroom. The only flaw was that when I arrived, there were fruits and chocolates on the table, probably for two people. A male waiter came in and gave me a fruit plate and macarons, gave me a card, and asked me if I had a card before. I replied no, and he took away my previous fruit plate and chocolates. I was a little confused. There were much less things on this fruit plate. Everything else was very satisfactory

지하철에서 가까운거리이나 가는길이 너무 어두워서 무서움.
바닥 카펫을 선호하지 않음.
1층 공사하고 있어서 호텔 들어서자마자 당황 스러움
가격이 비싸다고 생각되었음

We spent three days in Hamburg over Pentecost. The hotel is in a very good location in the middle of the Speicherstadt. There is a public parking garage right next door with direct access to the hotel. A bus stop with lines 2 and 6 is directly opposite the hotel, or about 150m away, from which you can go directly to the train station or in the other direction to the Landungsbrücken. The service staff were consistently very nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet is appropriate for a hotel of this standard and of good quality with a few special features. We have experienced much worse buffets, but also a few better ones. For our taste, there are some compromises with the bread and egg dishes, but that is and remains a matter of taste. Our rooms were cozy and stylishly furnished. But still intelligent, so that there is enough storage space and the bathroom area is perfectly integrated. All in all, a very successful stay, so we can recommend the hotel.

Daniela C*Very welcoming hotel. I like the location, it is close to S1 and in a calm area with lots of green. The food is of good quality and has many options. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated but do expect luxury or nice views. The carpet on the corridor is a a bit stained but overall and is clean.

The location is good and next to the Hagenbeck zoo, also the hotel guests can have 20% off for the zoo park ticket. The hotel is with different animals Theme and different continents for different floors.
Breakfast buffet is good with variety of choice.

Very modern and Skandinavian design rooms. Perfectly located in front of Hamburg Harburg train station. Shopping Mall and Cinemax are just a few minutes walk.
The only thing I disliked was very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, unfortunately this sometimes happens and the accommodation cannot do much to avoid it.
