GGuest UserFrom the moment I arrived it was such a great experience. The valet although being busy and taking longer than expected I was attended to well and when I left one of the valet members remembered my last name which was appreciated. The room was nice and roomy for a solo travel. I liked the balcony that came with my room. The only thing that irked me slightly was after the doors closed at midnight I was asked twice if I had my key card. I was also asked if I was a guest. I understand security reasons but I felt like it was quite unnecessary to be asked multiple times and it made me feel uncomfortable.

KKrystal MieleThe experience was lovely, customer service was perfect, and the location was great. However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though.

SSlick NicOverall a nice property. Great river walk location and lots of on-site food & beverage options.
Valet is $50/ night (probably standard rate).
I was able to receive a upgraded corner room on a high floor, because of my Hilton member status.
Accommodations were okay.
Power outlets didn’t work.
Fridge wasn’t working properly either.
Shower floor had a weird shower matt inside, wasn’t pleasant.

GGuest UserI drove myself to San Antonio and stayed at his house. The girl at the front desk was enthusiastic and patient with me despite my stuttering English. When I went downstairs and out the back door, I saw the Golden Waterfront Trail, which is built around a tributary of the river and integrates hotels, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. On the comprehensive landscape trail, we first visited the ancient church that survived the ”Last Battle” for nearly 200 years. After dark, the trail gradually became lively. I found a favorite restaurant next to the trail and sat down. There were sightseeing boats and shuttle carriers on the river from time to time. Then there was a Marvel character parade on the river, and then I went to watch the light show in front of the church...

VVacationsWithTWNTY7The Riverwalk Plaza is located near other bars and food places. It is great for families, in their lounge they have movies, chess and other family games. On the other side you will find the Gavel. Good bar and great atmosphere, did not try any food but their drinks were on point.

HHarnarine Christopher PhillipIf they had room service would have been perfect. My 4 year old loved the kiddie and regular pools. Breakfast was fine and lids under 5 ate for free. The Spur restaurant food and beer selection were great too and prices were decent. Great location to Sea World.

여여행♡인생♡새로 리모델링이 되었는지 마치 새로 오픈한 호텔처럼 정말 깨끗했어요. 리버워크와 연결되어 있어서 리버워크 산책하기도 좋았고, 조식도 맛있었어요. 호텔 내에 주차장이 없지만, 호텔 바로 앞에 주차할 수 있는 퍼블릭 주차장도 2곳이나 있어서 편리하게 이용할 수 있었어요. 다음번에 샌안토니오 방문할 때도 꼭 다시 이용할거에요

LLIRONGThe decoration of the room is simple, quiet and large enough. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and the hotel lobby is open. The service was super enthusiastic the day before yesterday. The riverside trail is only two minutes away from the hotel, which is convenient for morning walks and riverside dining. The price is reasonable in this area. It is worth staying.
