AAnonymous UserTo start with, this hotel far exceeded our expectations and created truly wonderful memories for our anniversary.
The staff were incredibly thoughtful; they decorated our room beautifully in advance and even gifted us fresh flowers 💐 – such touching attention to detail.
Every day during our stay, we received a fresh and abundant fruit platter. On the first night, they thoughtfully delivered a white fungus soup, and on the second, a red date soup. Both were perfectly sweet, smooth, and absolutely delicious.
Located within the Huaqing Palace scenic area, the hotel offers an elegant and tranquil environment that truly helps you relax and unwind.
The breakfast selection 🍳 was rich and tasty, and dinner was equally excellent. The overall dining experience was a big plus. (There's a shuttle service from the lobby to the restaurant and attractions within the park, though it's also a very short walk.)
The location is incredibly convenient. We could walk to see 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' in about 3 minutes, and Mount Li was also within walking distance.
Our room booking included access to the Huaqing Hot Springs, and the hot spring experience was fantastic, making our entire trip even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall, it's a high-quality hotel that excels in service, ambiance, and overall experience. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!

SSfontWe were a bit unsure at the beginning because the price was quite good, and the hotel seemed quite new, so we didn’t really know what to expect or if it would look the same as in the pictures. Sometimes places upload edited or outdated photos. But in this case, everything was exactly as shown, even better in person. The whole place felt really cute and cozy, and the lobby smelled incredibly good, which made a great first impression.
The lobby itself was beautiful, very clean, and had a minimal, modern style that we really liked.
The room was also great. Everything was super clean and well taken care of, and we especially loved the small tea area, which was a really nice touch. It made the room feel more special and cozy.
The service was very good. The staff didn’t speak fluent English, but using translation tools we were able to communicate easily, and they were always trying to help us as much as possible, which we really appreciated.
The amenities were nice overall. The gym is not very big and mostly has cardio equipment, so don’t expect heavy weights, but it’s enough for a quick cardio workout. They also have a laundry room that you can use yourself, and they provide everything you need, which is very convenient.
The location is very convenient. It’s right next to the city wall, so you can walk there easily. It took around 40–50 minutes by taxi from the airport, and about 40 minutes to get to the Terracotta Warriors, so everything is quite well connected.
As a final detail, when we checked out, they gave us a small gift bag with snacks and some skincare products, which was a really thoughtful touch.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Bell Tower Metro Station, with easy access to transportation. Downstairs, there are several eateries like Shaanxi Yida Mian, Wei Jia Liang Pi, and Chengdu Sichuan Cuisine. It's also close to Luomashi, where the night market is very lively. We originally booked a twin room, but upon arrival, the lovely front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge. The room was spacious and very clean, with complete facilities. They even provided cute yellow duck slippers and a children's toothbrush for the little one. During our two-day stay, the cleaning staff promptly tidied our room and proactively replaced slippers and toothbrushes, which was very thoughtful and attentive.

JJohnTingThis is more than a hotel. It is a sanctuary in the middle of bustling Xi'an.
We were always welcomed with a warm smile by the staff daily.
The hotel was tastefully designed and exuded warmth and calmness. The clever use of earthly colours and heavy accent on the usage of timber created an inviting atmosphere.
The usage of lightings to highlight certain objects while casting shadows around said objects created an impression of an art gallery.
One word to describe this hotel.... LOVELY!!!
The butler service in servicing breakfast, afternoon tea and supper was highly appreciated.
One added bonus for me was that I was able to photograph Bell Tower in peace and luxury at the top open deck.

❤️ The Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is right downstairs, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda feels like it's right by my bed. At night, I could even use the pagoda bells as a soothing white noise to fall asleep. No need to rush anywhere; while everyone else was bustling around in the afternoon, I was enjoying tea and watching the pagoda. As the sun set and the crowds thinned, I'd step out for a leisurely stroll, soaking in the beautiful scenery and taking my time with photos.
❤️ This hotel genuinely cares about its guests' well-being, especially when it comes to food. As soon as I checked in, the front desk offered me a warm jujube and ginger tea. In the afternoon, when I ordered coffee, it came with some delightful pastries. And after a day out, they even had a small bowl of tomato beef noodles ready as a late-night snack. It's like they knew what my stomach wanted even better than I did!
❤️ The hotel has one main entrance but several exits leading in different directions, which made me want to explore this little maze rather than just stay in my room. Each exit offered a different view and led to a different area. I felt just like Sophie in Howl's Moving Castle, stepping into a new, magical world.
❤️ Staying here included a personal butler who gave me a tour and introduction to Ci'en Temple and Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. No need to worry about buying tickets or hiring a guide. If I woke up early, I could even go light some incense and pray for my family and myself.

It is completely a replacement for a star hotel. The equipment, facilities and services are very good. The breakfast is nutritious, with milk bread porridge, side dishes, and Xi'an specialty noodles, The sour plum soup is frozen and so on. The taste is great. The tableware is also clean and tidy. It is bright and reassuring. It leaves a super impression. The Wifi signal is very good. The mattress is very comfortable. I slept well! Room scenery: The room decoration is very beautiful. It is very comfortable to come in this hotel. Service: warm and polite, the service should be praised, help the guests carry the luggage, and greet us very politely at any time. The equipment in the gym is very new. I like it very much, and I must praise it.

GGuest UserThe Moxy's public areas have a fantastic industrial vibe, incorporating local elements like Qinqiang opera and the Bell Tower. The neon lights, pool table, and open bar really foster a social atmosphere. For breakfast, there was an ample selection of fresh fruit and vegetable salads, which, along with the simple afternoon tea and cocktails, perfectly balanced out all the carbs and BBQ I'd been having in Xi'an. I felt like I was eating very healthily.
Room attendant Xiao Ge did an excellent job cleaning and even left a thoughtful handwritten note, which made my entire trip to Xi'an feel incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff, Xiao Liu and Xiao Lin, were efficient and enthusiastic, making for a great experience.
The only minor drawbacks were the limited number of washing machines, and it was a bit inconvenient to arrange luggage when I had a lot. Also, there were no Hanfu available to try on in the hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a very mixed review. On one hand, the location was good, right next to the wall and with a 10-minute walk to the metro, and maybe a 20-minute walk to the Drum and Bell Towers. There is also a fantastic park right on the other side of the wall from the hotel. The room was huge and had great facilities. However, the service was pretty bad. The room was kind of cleaned some days, but never properly done, there was no fridge or tea and coffee in the room (even though it is beneath a cafe), and the guy working the desk was either never around or totally disinterested - I think definitely a different person from the ones in other reviews. So parts of it we loved and would recommend, and parts of it were just, well, weird!

JJiuyuemeiIt's about a 10-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, and the subway station is close by, making it easy to explore and grab food without going out of your way. There's also a convenience store nearby. The room is cozy and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water work great. It really has a local feel! The owner sent check-in instructions in advance and warmly introduced local attractions upon arrival. They even helped me call a taxi when I checked out, just like a friendly acquaintance. Absolutely great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an immersive experience of the old city's vibrant atmosphere.

Eelement1672The room was much more spacious than it appeared in the photos. The memory foam mattress provided ideal comfort, being neither too soft nor too firm – I never wanted to leave the bed! As a light sleeper, I was truly impressed that I slept soundly until morning; the soundproofing is genuinely superb! The bathroom featured excellent wet/dry separation, and hot water was instant. Premium brand toiletries were provided (not generic ones); truly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The most pleasant surprise was the front desk staff, who proactively upgraded me to a room with a stunning city night view and even included a complimentary welcome fruit platter. When checking out, as I was in a rush, the front desk kindly arranged for my luggage to be stored. Later in the afternoon, when I collected it, they even reminded me to take an umbrella, as it was raining outside – their service was genuinely heartwarming.
