GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and wore traditional Tang Dynasty clothing inside the hotel. They also offered buggy services to the restaurant that served breakfast and gave us an emperor’s pass for free admission into Huaqing Palace. The hot bath in the room was very nice. They also offered free desserts at night and stocked our rooms with drinks and fruits every morning. They also offered a freeTang Dynasty photoshoot in the style of the famous Yang Guifei.
The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know how to use the AC. When the AC was set to auto with the snowflake icon, the room temperature went down below the set temperature, and with the sun icon and auto it went above the set temperature. With just the fan set to auto the room could not cool down.

HHaihai1314The room was spacious and well-arranged, conveniently located near the Bell Tower, with plenty of great food options right downstairs. My only complaint is that the air conditioning would switch to a 'health mode' in the middle of the night, and Xi'an can get quite hot. The hotel also has many spots where you can find 'Xi'an' written, perfect for photo ops.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent. It's a one-minute walk to Metro Line 2 and a three-minute walk to Impression City and the night market street, making it a great choice for tourists.
The staff were professional and thoughtful. I made a mistake when booking my room, and the staff called me before check-in to help sort it out, which I really appreciated.
The stay was very comfortable. The room was quiet, and with the air conditioning set to the lowest fan speed, there was hardly any noise, so even my noise-sensitive family members slept very well. The bedding quality was also top-notch.
If I visit Xi'an again, I would definitely choose Sheraton North City.

BBulizhefuenwanggongI have to commend the staff at Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel, especially the front desk and the parking attendant. They were so patient and attentive. I drove past the parking entrance, and an employee actually jogged over to help me park – I'm really grateful for that. The front desk staff were also excellent, very efficient, and gave me great recommendations for local Xi'an food and sightseeing routes, even pointing out some fantastic 'hole-in-the-wall' eateries. They were incredibly enthusiastic! As for the hotel's amenities, the lobby has transport guides for all of Xi'an's attractions, with little cards you can just pick up. All in all, everything was great. Lastly, parking is conveniently located downstairs, and you can take the elevator directly to your room. The hotel is also right next to a subway station, which makes it incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserClock Tower Hotel: What a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, right next to the Clock Tower scenic area, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The cleanliness was top-notch; the room was spotless and bright, making for a very comfortable stay. The facilities were comprehensive and practical, with brand new appliances that worked perfectly, enhancing the overall living experience. The food selection was rich and diverse, with authentic flavors that I thoroughly enjoyed. I especially want to commend the service; the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always helping immediately with any request. They were both meticulous and heartwarming. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This will be my first choice when visiting Xi'an, and I'll definitely be staying here again!

JJuujuuHuRight near the metro station, you find yourself behind with the bell tower both beaming day and night time. Although the hostel is located inbetween Chinese phone stores, it's still a nice location. Going places were convenient, bus stops are close by, metros are near, food and drinks are close with underground walkways that were confusing, but you get the hang of it. Exit 9 leads you to the food street if interested.
First time after being very interested in it appearing in many locations. Strict check in only appearing at 2pm and after. Many dorm rooms. 1 floor dedicated to female only, and can only be entered via key card. Upon arrival they give you a pair of slippers, but many don't wear them, but I do like the change of slippers in shoe cabinet.
Chose the 12-bed dorm, room was extremely spacious, didn't felt clustered. Everyone had a small locker enough to fit your small backpack as there were a shelf in it. Bed was comfy and firm. Pillow - I rate it 2/5 for me, it's low and too soft, not my ideal.
I love the bathroom a lot, there's 2 bathrooms according to the floor map. Each with many shower and toilets (all seated). Shower cubicle is big, hooks are at good height for 165cm, as in I've seen some that the hooks are like so tall up, curtains to separate the door to the water to keep your stuff dry.
There is a set of washing machine and dryer in the female bathroom. Amenities of shower cap, cotton ear buds and toner pads are offered when you need them. Blowdryers are strong.
Didn't go to the common level, where you have the bar, lounge, laundry, game, reading, movie rooms. For someone who was out everyday to night, I didn't get a chance to see. They have activities you can do.
Definitely an extroverted dreamworld, a place where you can meet with people. People were friendly, both speaking Chinese and English.
Conclusion: Definitely solo traveling in Xi'an again I would stay here, has everything you need, and super clean.

GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, right down to the odor-free bathroom with plenty of stable hot water. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always happy to help with a kind attitude. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation. I slept really well, and I highly recommend this place!

JJiuyuemeiIt's about a 10-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, and the subway station is close by, making it easy to explore and grab food without going out of your way. There's also a convenience store nearby. The room is cozy and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water work great. It really has a local feel! The owner sent check-in instructions in advance and warmly introduced local attractions upon arrival. They even helped me call a taxi when I checked out, just like a friendly acquaintance. Absolutely great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an immersive experience of the old city's vibrant atmosphere.

It's an oasis of calm in the midst of the hustle and bustle, incredibly peaceful within the busy city. Room service for breakfast was excellent 🍞. Getting around for food and sightseeing was a breeze, no need for constant taxis. The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xi'an.
