JJieyicaoThis hotel offers great value for money! The service was excellent, from the front desk and doormen to the restaurant staff. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is located in the city center, so the immediate surroundings are a bit average. However, it's within walking distance to Braga Street. They also offer very reasonably priced dinner buffet and room service packages. Considering that outside restaurants might not be very hygienic, we chose to have all three meals at the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay!

SSilvia AliI always chose this hotel for each of my visits to Bandung. The location is the best, right in the heart of the city. Bed was comfy and wide. Pillows were comfortable. Staff were excellent. We needed a cake for friend who's staying at the hotel and celebrating her birthday and the hotel set up a pretty complimentary cake. Such a nice and sweet gesture.

GGuest UserOur room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay! The highlight was receiving a free upgrade to an Executive Room on a high floor, which made the experience even more special.
The room was very cozy, though soundproofing could be slightly improved as I could hear some outside noise.
The breakfast is a must try so many options and very high quality. Just be prepared for crowds since there are no set breakfast times.
The gym and sauna facilities are excellent, and despite the pool being small, it’s still very enjoyable. Overall, fantastic service!

GGuest UserThis is an international chain hotel, and I've stayed at this brand in several countries before. The rooms are clean and tidy, and its downtown location makes getting around really convenient. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly. I'd stayed at this hotel brand in other cities before, so I wasn't sure how to delete the old Wi-Fi settings, but the front desk attendant was very patient and helped me get connected.

GGuest UserThis hotel meets the standards of a high-end Chinese 'home away from home' type of accommodation. It's conveniently located right on Braga Street, just 30 meters from the historic Bandung Conference site, making it perfect for independent travelers. The hotel staff are very polite! Prices in Bandung are about 80% of what you'd find in Shenyang, so the value for money is incredibly high (especially if you're traveling independently). Highly recommended!

GGuest UserService was excellent as expected. Breakfast buffet were all good. Location I think not too far from most tourist attractions although we didn't really explore them as much.
The only downside was one of the toilet in our rooms happened to be those wheelchair/elderly friendly type, the shower chair was quite dirty.

GGuest UserTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.
