Amazing
MMike MCYSI had another wonderful stay at Hilton Bandung. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The hotel is consistently well-maintained, and the housekeeping standards are excellent.
One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international options. As a Hilton Gold member, I always feel welcomed and appreciated, which makes each stay even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit, providing excellent service with a smile.
Overall, Hilton Bandung continues to be one of my preferred hotels in Bandung, offering a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning again.

JjetlaggerCrowne Plaza Bandung was a pleasant stay for few nights. Room was ok, but felt rather noisy with the ubiquitous noisy motorcycle mufflers filtering into the room all night. Double glazing/noise reduction glass appears to be lacking. Windows need a thorough clean as well as the room carpets looking rather dirty in parts.
On a positive note, bed is comfortable, location is favourable and all hotel staff interactions were friendly, helpful and polite.
Special mention to the restaurant manager whom graciously assisted in offering and delivering a special delicious healthy juice to my table at breakfast over several days. Breakfast in the restaurant had a fresh and extensive variety of delicious local Indonesian dishes as well as the usual western staples.
Our room was conveniently located on the Executive Lounge floor which was a spacious and relatively quiet to enjoy the evening canapés and drinks. Another special mention to Faisal for his kind assistance with our train tickets and all of the obliging staff in the Lounge fulfilling my multiple coffee and drinks requests. Pool on level 5 was inviting for a swim with a pleasant view over city and towards mountains.
All of the concierge and door attendants were very helpful as well as the special service assisting to cross the busy road outside hotel was appreciated.

AAnonymous UserIt's a very great hotel with a very great location. Superb. Love the vibe and love the overall design. Love how it's funky yet still minimal.. When we checked in, there was complimentary drinks for us at the lobby and it was yummy. Upon booking we had requested some complimentary servings for us to celebrate our anniversary, and YES. We got it upon entering the room. It was very tasty and pretty. Apart from that the room was spacious enough for us couple + 2 toddlers. We got the baby cot as per request. Just a few downside that I think can be improved, first is the room door that is so easily opened by our children. There were no door stopper at the door or extra safety lock, it was quite inconvinienf for us cuz our kids were so curious and keep wanting to open the door. Then, the dustbins had no plastic and the toilet has no hose bidet, but a built-in bidet. That's all. Other than that, perfecto, especially the variety delicious breakfast buffet. There were literally almost everything we missed about Indonesia in the breakfast buffet, undescribable! Unforgettable. Would definitely come again in the future insyaAllah

GGuest UserI've stayed here before, but this time I had a rather unpleasant experience. My child, after taking a shower, wasn't wearing slippers and suddenly screamed that their foot hurt and was bleeding. It turned out there was a piece of broken glass in the room (near the carpet). Although it was small, it's still dangerous. Luckily, the glass didn't penetrate their skin. Perhaps a glass or bottle broke previously, and the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. I reported it to the receptionist, and all they said was sorry.
Aside from that, there were no other issues; they also provided the complimentary anniversary amenities I requested.

We stayed for few days with family. Prior departure we request room at the same level. The breakfast at 17th floor was wonderful. Housekeeping staff are excellent. One time we left our place in a mess in the evening and one of the staff offer to clean our room which make us very happy after long day at work. Have no chance to try the gym, pool was too cold when we came. I also have a good experience with front office who helped me store my breastmilk, make my life less worried when travel with baby. The fact that it is close with government building, any big events will affect the hotel in a good an bad way. The rose garden is awesome.

SSov1sticatedOver the past 6 months, every time I've visited Bandung, I've chosen to stay at Harris, and this is my third time. Each visit, I notice an improvement in their service. When we first stayed, we had to buy bottled water and bring it to the hotel. A few months later, on our next visit, they had already installed a water dispenser, so buying water was no longer necessary. The location is fantastic, directly connected to a mall, and we even get free gym access at AF. Truly the best! I'll definitely be staying here again.

RRani indah ayuThis was our first time staying at the Aston Hotel, and the service was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with welcome drinks. Check-in was simple and hassle-free, and the receptionist was beautiful, very friendly, and extremely helpful.
The breakfast was equally delicious with a wide variety of options that tasted great. All the staff, from the chefs to the waiters, were very proactive in serving and refilling items. All in all, it's highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Bandung area, especially with its proximity to a mall, culinary spots, souvenir shops, and travel agencies.
Please improve the AC temperature as it wasn't cool enough, but overall, Hotel Aston Pasteur is the best!

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.
