TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

GGuest UserOur stay in Bandung was overall a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to Pascal 23 and conveniently near the Whoosh High-Speed Rail, which made getting around very easy.
The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, making it easy to rest after a full day out.
That said, there is room for improvement in the breakfast spread. Compared to other hotels in Bandung, the variety felt limited. I was hoping for a wider selection including Western, Indonesian, and Chinese options. I also always look forward to a good jamu selection when in Indonesia, but unfortunately the jamu and juices here were quite diluted.
Service during breakfast could also be more attentive—we had to remind staff a few times about our latte, as it was missed on two occasions.
However, despite these minor points, the overall service and experience were still very good.
I would like to specially mention Ms. Ayu from the guest relations team. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and truly went the extra mile. She assisted us with spa reservations for two days and even personally followed up via message to remind us and check if everything went well after our treatments.
As someone working in banking, I genuinely appreciate this level of personalized service—it truly creates a “wow” experience for the customer.

GGuest UserOur room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserWe had a truly fantastic experience staying at this hotel. Its location in the heart of Bandung is unbeatable—it is the perfect base for anyone looking to go on a culinary exploration, with so many iconic food spots just a stone's throw away.
The facilities were another highlight of our trip:
Kid-Friendly: The hotel is very well-equipped for children, offering great activities and spaces that kept the little ones entertained throughout our stay.
Modern Perks: A huge bonus for us was the free electric vehicle (EV) charging. It is rare to find such a convenient and complimentary service, and it made our trip much smoother.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Between the strategic location, the family-oriented atmosphere, and the modern amenities, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

The service was excellent—staff were friendly, may pleasure to got the services form front office especially the names is Ms. Wulan. attentive, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also really enjoyed the food. There was a good variety of options, and the quality and taste exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh and well prepared. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. I would be happy to return again in the future.

GGuest UserThis is an international chain hotel, and I've stayed at this brand in several countries before. The rooms are clean and tidy, and its downtown location makes getting around really convenient. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly. I'd stayed at this hotel brand in other cities before, so I wasn't sure how to delete the old Wi-Fi settings, but the front desk attendant was very patient and helped me get connected.

GGuest UserThis hotel meets the standards of a high-end Chinese 'home away from home' type of accommodation. It's conveniently located right on Braga Street, just 30 meters from the historic Bandung Conference site, making it perfect for independent travelers. The hotel staff are very polite! Prices in Bandung are about 80% of what you'd find in Shenyang, so the value for money is incredibly high (especially if you're traveling independently). Highly recommended!

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.
