The room was clean, but the temperature was too cold, and I caught a cold. The complimentary coffee in the evening wasn't very good.

Having a refrigerator and kitchenette in the room was convenient, but the room was generally small.

There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient for getting around.

The location is very good, there is a subway station at the door, the order taker is warm and thoughtful, and provides maps, etc. The breakfast is rich, and you can choose cheese and bread freely. It is highly recommended if you are traveling as a family.

Well located 10 minutes from the main train station. The hotel does not look like a hotel at all. Very dirty carpets in the corridors, visible vents, bathroom door with water damage, etc. The impression when you leave the main lobby which is rather nice is Oh my God, where am I?

I've been going there for more than a year when I passed on Lyon, but this time we stayed for a week. I didn't like it. The room was very clean and the room was very clean and the room was very clean. At the level of household women, I know the profession, my mother is household woman. Some, when they are asked to change towels, they send us back to the reception and others give us them. Even under the hair board there were hair. Very disappointed. I think there's something to leave. At first it wasn't like that. Very to see again.

Easy access to almost everywhere , beach , shops and all 🫡 words can’t express how happy i am with the service. Kitchen is fully equipped .

Accueil agréable.  Propre et facile. Trés bien pour une ou deux nuits.

The rooms are well equipped, but there was a dirty smell of humidity.

This hotel is located in the city center, with a restaurant street downstairs. The hotel facilities are very complete and you can cook. The main attractions of Nantes are all within walking distance. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is the best I have had in France for more than a week.

Convenient transportation, moderate price, good

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. 
The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. 
There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person.
On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky.
In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. 
If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.
