Arrived in the middle of the night on the first night, the shuttle bus to the airport has been off work and taken a taxi to the hotel. The first impression felt cheated, because the compfort inn has been closed for renovation and was pointed to the country inn next to it. But after staying for two nights, I feel OK, at least it is worth the money to transfer near the airport. The American breakfast has gone, the service is OK, although some reception staff are very polite, some are general, different people are on duty every day.

Good location, there is a convenience store next to it, it is safe to go out at 11 pm to buy a nightingale, take a taxi to the ADO station starting price of about 50. The room has disposable slippers, 3 large, medium and small towels, etc., hand-held showers, girls take a bath convenient. Stay for 3 days, 3 large bottles of mineral water. There's also a coffee maker, but I'm useless.

Breakfast is great, it must be specially explained, the first day to participate in the group early in the morning, but unfortunately did not eat, the next 2 days to eat full.

The only minor drawback is that the sink space is small, the washbasin is not well drained, and it is easy to accumulate water. The room needs to be cleaned and cleared.

When staying here, the front desk was very polite, thank you. When I checked out, someone called at 11 o'clock. At that time, I was busy packing things and didn't answer the phone. As a result, the phone rang for 10 seconds, and knocked directly on the door and pushed the door open. Fortunately, there was an anti-theft bolt. . . This. . It's too much.

The location of the hotel is particularly good. It takes less than 6 or 7 minutes to drive to Rice U; there are many restaurants around the hotel, Jack in the box across the window, a BBQ restaurant is next door, just a few steps away there is panda express, you can also meet the needs of Chinese food, buy There is a Fiesta supermarket next to the fruit and food, and you can buy daily necessities for the children who are in school. Target is across the road. In addition, there are Bank of America, Tmobile and Verizon across the road. It is extremely convenient. Much more convenient than the hotel next to Rice. Breakfast is simple, but not bad. I stayed for a week without getting bored. Bagels, croissants, cupcake, waffle, milk yogurt, cream cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, meatloaf, bacon, etc., plus fruits, various drinks , Very healthy and balanced. The hotel is also very clean, the entire hotel is non-smoking, so don't worry about the smell of smoke.

Every stay in Houston is here, the hotel is in a good location, very close to Chinatown. The hotel room is very large, the sofa can also pull out a bed, the bed is very large and comfortable, breakfast is a typical American breakfast, it is more suitable for home travel, business trip. Very good value for money, living here is a good choice!

The price is average, more than 600 one night, the room is generally like, the location is OK, go to the city center is very close, there seems to be nothing to eat around. The location is relatively remote, there is no convenience or shopping malls around, it is to the city center.

This was a nice clean place and we loved the way they made us feel THANK YOU SO MUCH

Overall, it's not bad. The room is quite big with a sofa. Although the equipment is not very new, the cleaning is quite clean. There is an outdoor swimming pool downstairs, which is okay and the children are very happy. I think the price and location are really good. It was during our stay that they said that there was a power outage in Houston, so the elevator could not be used and we had to carry our luggage by ourselves. I feel quite satisfied. Ctrip is really good, and you can use the reservation program very well abroad. If you want to give Ctrip a big thumbs up, it's very easy to book and check in directly.

Location is good for transit passengers who need free shuttle service from and to the airport. The suite room was clean and spacious. It  has bedroom and living room. All good except breakfast. They had no coffee. Guess someone forgot they had run out of coffee. At 6am, when breakfast started, food was rolling out.  Breakfast was not fully ready. But I have to say, I enjoyed breakfast - minus coffee. Waffles, yogurt, pastries, bananas, sausages 5*, bread, bagels, OJ, scrambled eggs. I have no problem using this hotel again. The price was right. The breakfast just needed fixing.

If you want to shop, this is a first-class hotel with a good location because it is located on the edge of the city. You can go to the city center or arrive in San Marcos early. There are also restaurants nearby, 7 gas stations, and the airport. Approximately no more than 10 meters, the bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious, I strongly recommend families to stay

The unpleasant smell of the room, room in need of a deep cleaning, and a live roach in the bathroom. Evening front desk staff is not customer  oriented/ friendly.

The hotel looks more run down than the photos portrayed.  Homeless people just around the corner, and that made us a little uneasy... but they seemed to keep to themselves and posed no immediate threat. Wallpaper peeling in multiple places, shower curtain torn at 2 places where attached to the shower rod, wires under AC exposed and could pose a tripping hazard.  The room is dark, with 4 lamps and one wall light by the door. The lamps just lit the room somewhat. The bathroom lights were also dull.

Beds were comfy. Shower was nice, needed a slip mat though. View out the back windows was awful. 

And on Thursday nights and maybe the weekend, there's an outdoor band playing right next door, loud enough to keep you awake into early hours. 

Only 1 of the 2 elevators was operating,  and it broke down twice on two different days. The staff was very quick at getting it fixed, and it seems this is a common occurrence with a note on the wall giving a warning. 

Breakfast was good, but bacon would have been nice. 

The staff was amazing, sweet, and considerate of our needs. If you don't mind ”not new”, then this hotel would be nice for you.

This was a great place to stay enjoyed the staff and how one they were . I loved the room they were extremely comfortable

Nothing special about this place. The room was comfortable, the elevator worked, and it was generally quiet. There was sufficient parking and it was close to the venue we were attending. Breakfast left a bit to be desired as we got some sort of dried out egg until fresh came out after wards. The diced potatoes were also a bit dry but it is buffet-style so it was what it was. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and the weekly report facilities are convenient

We had very noisy neighbors and after listening to them fight until 2am I called the front desk. Front desk person did nothing to help with this situation. At 2:30am I got out of bed and went and asked them to quiet down. Should not have been my responsibility. Also my husband stepped on a piece of glass that was on the floor in our room.

The hotel is close to the airport, and there is a free car to pick up and drop off the airport. Clean and tidy, and the room is quite big. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, as well as gas stations, parking is free, it is recommended to stay
