From the moment I walked in until check-out, my entire stay was delightful. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and both check-in and check-out were handled very efficiently. Any requests I had were met promptly.

The room's cleanliness was exceptional; not a speck of dust could be found, even in the corners. The separate wet and dry areas of the bathroom were spotless and refreshing, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a TV with screen casting, which was a nice touch. Safety features like smoke detectors and temperature controls were well-maintained, and the in-room provisions were of high quality.

All staff members were polite and discreet, providing attentive service without being overbearing, truly making me feel at home. This hotel is perfectly suited for both business trips and short stays.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 20-meter walk from Xiepulu Station on Metro Line 14. In the evening, you can take a five-minute stroll to the riverside and enjoy the night view of Yangpu Bridge. Dining options and convenience stores are also easily accessible. The front desk staff are really welcoming and always greet you warmly whenever you pass by. The room was clean and well-maintained, no issues there. For Shanghai, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and patient throughout, and someone was always available to help, 24/7. It's super close to Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk from the subway. There's a Japanese restaurant downstairs. The room had a smart toilet and smart temperature control, plus a delivery robot for takeaways. The lobby offers free coffee, and there's a complimentary laundry room. It's truly got everything you need for your trip.

This hotel was surprisingly good! I booked it a week in advance for a short trip to a nearby city, honestly not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect, right next to a shopping district and just a five-minute walk to the subway, making it super convenient for getting to attractions and finding restaurants without wasting time on detours.

Check-in was quick and efficient; the front desk staff didn't make me wait and even proactively reminded me about breakfast times and elevator instructions. They were very friendly and welcoming. Stepping into the room, my first impression was how clean it was. No dust on the surfaces or floor, and no odd smells in the bathroom. The bedding felt crisp and soft, and there was plenty of natural light by the window. I dropped my bags and relaxed comfortably for half an hour, and all the travel fatigue just melted away.

For the area, the price was very reasonable, and the amenities were comprehensive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and have already recommended it to friends planning to visit.

The amenities were quite comprehensive, and it's relatively close to Meilan Lake Metro Station. Great value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip.

The environment is serene, with a small river and a jogging path right outside. My parents felt very safe and comfortable, and it was absolutely quiet at night, allowing them to rest well, which was a huge plus. The room was super spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. It had great natural light and ventilation, was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The attention to detail was excellent. The kids were thrilled as soon as they entered the room; the overall decor was cozy and comfortable, and the surrounding area was perfect for walks and play, making our trip completely stress-free. The front desk staff and other employees were all very friendly and attentive, responding promptly to our requests with thoughtful and thorough service. Overall, it offers great value for money. My parents found it quiet and comfortable, the kids had a blast, and we adults felt relaxed. We'll definitely prioritize staying here for future trips and sincerely recommend it to families traveling with seniors and children!

The most satisfying thing about this trip is the hotel. I fell in love with this window when I entered the room. I stood by the window and looked at the swaying branches and leaves outside. The bright sunshine, my heart followed and quieted down. I just could blow the cool wind outside the window when I lay on the bed. It was very pleasant; The bedding is clean, refreshing and comfortable, the room facilities are complete and clean; the surrounding transportation is convenient, the garden, the Slender West Lake can be reached on foot, the taxi to the popular attractions is also very cheap, and the bus stop is two minutes walk from the left hand side of the hotel; the front desk staff is friendly and polite.

Service attitude is particularly good! In the evening, we called the hotel's exclusive parking lot after we arrived at the parking lot. After hanging up the phone, we stopped in and were still taking the luggage. The front desk staff had already walked out to pick us up, and helped to take things into the hotel to check in (it seems to be the surname Zhou, I didn't ask) The service really made me unable to help but give praise. I like 👍 The hotel environment is also very good, clean and hygienic, the room also helped us upgrade, breakfast was not purchased because the end time was earlier and I couldn't get up. The room has a smart guest control small speaker and it is very convenient.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a really exquisite decor. The 1.5m and 1.2m beds were super comfy, perfect for a family of three. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient. For breakfast, they even had freshly made noodles, wontons, and dumplings. I also used the treadmill on the second floor. There's a shopping complex right opposite, making it easy to find food and entertainment. I forgot to take photos, but I hope to visit Zhangjiagang again in a month and I'll definitely stay here.

The bedding was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the location; it's very close to Hanshan Temple, just like in the poem, ”From Hanshan Temple, outside Gusu City, at midnight, the sound of the bell reaches the passenger boat.” The room also came equipped with a smart assistant, Xiaodu, which was incredibly convenient to use! Just wake up Xiaodu, and you can easily control the room's devices. The service was excellent too!

The room facilities are very new and clean. The front desk lady is very good at serving. At that time, there were a lot of people who checked in, but she patiently answered one by one and helped us upgrade the room type. But to make a special complaint is that the front desk lobby is not allowed to turn on the air conditioner (it has been confirmed that the air conditioner is not broken), it is difficult to understand, the guests are sweating, the front desk staff is also, in this environment they are still very patient to serve the guests, not easy. As a hotel management party, providing employees with a comfortable working environment, but also providing guests with a good living environment, I hope the management can see this comment and improve it, thank you.

We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk lady upgraded us to a family room because we had a child. The room was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms, two air-conditioning units, and separate bathrooms. It was fully equipped and clean.

The ambiance was stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of Suzhou's iconic buildings. Transportation was very convenient, and the service was excellent. The toilet was heated! It also had Xiaodu, allowing for screen mirroring for nighttime viewing. Highly recommended! I'd definitely stay here again next time.
