The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

The hotel is beautiful and its location is excellent. The Moroccan staff are incredibly cooperative and kind.

Exceptional Hostmanship at NH Collection Gran Vía

From the moment we arrived, our stay at NH Collection Gran Vía became memorable. Check-in started a bit “stiff,” but that quickly changed thanks to Veronica from Guest Relations. She handled the situation with true professionalism and kindness – a perfect example of genuine hostmanship.

On the evening of our arrival, Nouria (Guest Relations, at Veronica’s request) guided us personally to the Picalagartos Sky Bar. What an unforgettable evening – breathtaking views, great vibes, and impeccable service. The next morning, Veronica even remembered to ask us how our evening went – a small detail that makes a huge difference.

The hotel’s location on Gran Vía is unbeatable: perfect for strolling through the city and discovering the beauty of Madrid step by step.

We can only recommend this hotel – not just for its prime location, but for the people who truly care. Thank you Veronica and Nouria for making our stay so special.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is very convenient to tourist attractions. What we are most satisfied with is that the hotel can store luggage for free after check-out until you come back to check in. It is very convenient to leave large luggage and luggage that you don't need to carry in the hotel when you are traveling in Madrid and visiting surrounding cities, and then travel to Barcelona and other places. Very good experience.

Room was a bit stuffy as we were the top floor, but overall the hotel was super nice and the service was top notch. The rooms facing inward have a cool view of the glass ceiling that lets light in with two glass elevators. Clean rooms and prime location for sightseeing in Madrid.

Very good hotel, the hotel I stayed in when I came to Madrid, Spain in 2018. It was really fate this time. Ctrip travel chose this hotel again. I revisited the old place. The breakfast was very exquisite. There are many delicious foods around the Retiro Park and Puerta del Sol. In short, I like it very much

Great location, in a nice neighborhood, close to the main shopping street and Retiro Park. We have been here for 25 years and the room has recently been renovated. Maybe it's not my taste, but it's all good. Zero point is based on my partner's hair dryer. Contrary to what is said on the website, it is certainly not of the highest quality. It takes ten minutes to walk to the direct bus to the airport.

The hotel is close to the Ninth Park and the surrounding area is quite lively. The room is large, but the balcony is connected to the next room. When we did not open the balcony door, the waiter actually opened the door when we were out. He kept saying that Bogota's security is average, so I was a little scared! Everything else is OK, but there is a subway being built next to it, which is a bit noisy

The best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️

On the other hand the steam room is super!

The room condition was very clean and tidy, and it was convenient because it was directly connected to the shopping mall.

The room is very clean and the service is good. The front desk can speak English. The breakfast is OK. The transportation is convenient. There is a large supermarket nearby. It is my second stay. The experience is good.

Stayed here many times. The location is very good. It is close to shopping malls and many entertainment venues. Safety is also guaranteed. It is really a wealthy area.

The room was very large and spacious. The hotel offers a wide variety of food options suitable for travelers with different tastes. The biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, making it perfect for travelers with long layovers.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

The four-star hotel is generally satisfactory.
The location is very, very good. Turn right and you will reach Constitution Square and the National Palace. You can walk to many scenic spots.
The breakfast is quite rich, with unlimited supply of fruits, vegetables, juices and tacos.
Although some rooms face the street, it is very quiet at night because it is in the city.

Disadvantages:
The water pressure in the bathroom is low, the water output is small, and the shower is not very pleasant.

This hotel should be the right price near Santa Fe. There is water in the lobby and breakfast bread can be taken away. If you catch an early flight, it is especially recommended. But this hotel has to charge a city tax, which is a bit pitted. Everything else is fine
