You can expect that the room is a bit noisy as it is at the city centre, also can clearly hear that someone is cleaning up the room next to yours. Overall the room is clean and tidy and perfect location!

The location of this hotel is very good. All facilities and services are in place. But there is one problem, which may be an individual problem, that is the noise problem. We lived on the fifth floor. Although the windows were thick and closed tightly, we could still vaguely hear the sound of the top floor bar when we went to bed at 12 o'clock in the evening. I hope it will be improved!

The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location and is very convenient to tourist attractions. What we are most satisfied with is that the hotel can store luggage for free after check-out until you come back to check in. It is very convenient to leave large luggage and luggage that you don't need to carry in the hotel when you are traveling in Madrid and visiting surrounding cities, and then travel to Barcelona and other places. I was on a business trip to Barcelona and came to Madrid. It was my first time in Madrid and I found a hotel with high reviews and recommendations. It was good. It was in the downtown area. It was convenient for sightseeing.

Room was a bit stuffy as we were the top floor, but overall the hotel was super nice and the service was top notch. The rooms facing inward have a cool view of the glass ceiling that lets light in with two glass elevators. Clean rooms and prime location for sightseeing in Madrid.

Overall it's good. The hotel front desk is very welcoming. There is a large public area where you can meet clients. It is very spacious and many people discuss things or hold meetings there.

The best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️

Stayed here many times. The location is very good. It is close to shopping malls and many entertainment venues. Safety is also guaranteed. It is really a wealthy area.

The wine room is clean and spacious. There is a convenience store, supermarket, pharmacy nearby. It is very convenient. Every staff member is very friendly. The breakfast is the Taipa.

Location is good as it’s just at the airport itself. A little expensive for the type of room though. We had to ask for the maintenance guy as the hot shower is not working.

The hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

The breakfast at the hotel is great, delicious and has hot dishes. The breakfast on the first day coincided with Mother's Day in Mexico. The hotel also gave us a rose 🌹, and the chef gave us two freshly made tacos. The cheese tart is delicious. Although the hotel accommodation is average, the breakfast is really delicious. It is relatively not far from the hotel to go shopping and eat.
