It is conveniently located opposite Atocha station.

2 pax to a room max however a nice feel for small family. Housekeeping is excellent and staff are friendly.

Being near a train station means lots of walkable amenities around you.

Just next to McDonald’s, great local eateries and halal establishments. Also easy to walk to Plaza Mayor and St Miguel. Great for first timer to Spain. 

You won’t starve if you are lazy to go far especially I’m winter period ! And many more, check them out!

The hotel location is absolutely perfect, in the center of Madrid, close to bus stops and subway lines that can take you pretty much anywhere, and with a great offer of shops, convenient stores and restaurants in the surroundings. 
The rooms have plenty of space and are correctly decorated, from what I could see the first floor had more modern decoration than the third at least in the bathroom. The amenities seem to be scarce, but the staff of the reception are very helpful and will provide whatever you need.
The gym area is quite decent, enough for a good workout. The breakfast was good, with plenty of fruit, cold cuts, and a couple of varieties of olive oil.

The location is very close to Atocha train station and convenient for travelers. The facilities need improvement as the air conditioner controller cannot work and the sink of bath tub is broken too.

Staying in the hotel coz it’s close to my business meeting. However, it’s takes sound 15 min by car or 45 min by public transportation to the city center. There are also limited food options around the hotel. I do enjoy the hotel breakfast and the staff had made efforts for me to enjoy my stay. I would still recommend the hotel. It’s price for value.

Just stay a night for the early flight. The room is clean. But the staff was not very pleasant. Requested a quiet room away from the noise but they gave me the room on the first floor right in front of the road.

Facilities: It is a 4-star hotel with a long history. The lobby, elevator and dining room are very old-fashioned hotel style. Hygiene: It is very clean. There is free water in the room and the mini bar is also free. Environment: There are Carrefour supermarkets and other places around. It is convenient for eating and shopping. There is a bus when you go out.

The hotel is near the bullring and surrounded by residential areas. The facilities are good, the room, bed, shower, light are all very good. The buffet in the restaurant is also good. The view outside the window is beautiful.

The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast spread was incredibly generous. It's very quiet, and not far from the attractions.

The room was very clean and tidy, the linen was updated every day, the only downside was that the bath in the room failed on the third day, but the room was changed in time. 5 minutes walk from the subway station, there are good bars and restaurants around, and a delicious pizza, recommended!

Nice location but very basic small room, Ibis budget like.
Very expensive breakfast , not worth the money

Hotel is near Van Gogh museum and rijksmuseum within walking distance. The view from the room was nice as we can see the canal.
When we check in, front desk staff King was super friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight of my stay there.
Unfortunately on the first night of my stay, we were starving and too tired to go out. I called to the front desk and ask if there’s any room service or restaurant in the hotel, the reply I got was “no no no, we don’t have” and hung up, like I was disturbing her. I was so surprised I got that response as people in Amsterdam are very nice in general. She definitely should learn hospitality from King.

1. Location and Transportation

2. Room Configuration and Selection (Suite Test)

Space Specifications: The tested suite has a total area of ​​approximately 27 square meters. While this is considered compact compared to other hotels in the same price range in China, it is spacious and comfortable within the typical 15-20 square meter accommodations in Europe, without feeling cramped.

Functional Zoning: The room is a single-room layout, with a small relaxation area defined only by a sofa in the corner. There is no separate bedroom or living room, suitable for travelers who prioritize basic space and don't mind an open layout.

Amenities: Basic toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion are provided. A Dyson hairdryer is not provided; travelers who prefer it are advised to bring their own. A capsule coffee machine is available in the room for daily coffee needs.

Additional Services: A handwritten welcome card is provided upon check-in. One bottle of drinking water is provided daily, along with 3-5 coffee capsules (mostly classic Italian flavors), eliminating the need for additional purchases and reducing daily expenses.

3. Dining and Services

Breakfast Details: Bread, cold cuts, eggs, coffee/tea, and seasonal fruit are provided. The selection is fixed with no extra dishes. Served from 7:00 to 10:00, the breakfast is standard and adequate.


Service characteristics: Service performance is polarized. During off-peak hours, staff respond relatively quickly; however, service efficiency drops significantly during peak hours. After calling, it often takes more than half an hour to get a response, and there is no 24-hour room service. Nighttime requests need to be communicated in advance. Overall, the service experience needs improvement.

HMy stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, starting with its excellent environment that made me feel relaxed right away. What stood out most was the thoughtful shuttle service—after getting off the ferry to the opposite bank, we could simply contact the hotel, and the shuttle would come to pick us up, which was incredibly convenient.

As we don’t speak English well, we initially failed to understand what the front desk staff was saying. We want to give a big thank-you to a kind and beautiful front desk lady—she was so patient with us, never showing any annoyance even when we couldn’t follow her.

Our second thanks go to Zaki, the shuttle driver. He went out of his way to find us, driving around three times when we got lost, but he still came to pick us up with a warm smile the whole time. He even helped us carry our luggage, which made us feel really cared for.

Last but not least, we appreciate the male front desk staff on duty the night of September 4th. He proactively asked how our day was going. When we told him our luggage was broken, he recommended the best store nearby, and we successfully bought a suitable new suitcase thanks to his suggestion.

We sincerely hope the hotel can help us convey our gratitude to these three staff members mentioned above. Being in a foreign country, their kindness made us feel a great deal of warmth, which we will always remember.

Stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. From the first step in, the staff were warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and the view from the window was beautiful. Breakfast had a variety of choices and tasted good. The location was convenient, close to shops and various tourist attractions. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely come back again.

The hotel was extremely well located, easy access to many attractions and places of interest. Well serviced with bars and restaurants around the adjoining square. The hotel was clean and comfortable with it's own bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All of these factors made this hotel good value for money. All in all a very pleasant stay. 

We stayed at NH Amsterdam Zuid and had an overall very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Schiphol Airport, which makes it ideal for travellers on a stopover. While it is a bit further out from the city centre, the hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood, offering a nice break from the hustle and bustle.

There is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, and the nearest tram stop is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Amsterdam Zuid is the closest train station and can be reached directly from the airport. It also offers quick and easy access to the city.

We had both a twin room and a king room. Both were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and offered a good variety of options. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay.

Housekeeping, including towel changes and room cleaning, is available on request, which suited us well. A lovely touch was when the team noticed it was my dad’s birthday and surprised him with some chocolates and a birthday greeting. It was a very thoughtful gesture.

Overall, this was a great stay. I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quieter location that still has convenient transport links to the city and the airport, along with good value for money.

I was upgraded as ‘customer of the day’ to their suite. Fantastic service from the hotel and room was huge with the added bonus of a terrace. Great hotel close to main attractions.

By far the nicest stay we have had this trip, clean, a bit far away from the city but it is near camp Nou for any barca fans. Spacious and bed was amazing

Great location, right next to the big stadium which is super convenient. There's also a large supermarket nearby, making shopping very easy. The freshly squeezed juice inside is really delicious. This hotel is quite good overall.

We arrived early and Daniel of the front desk kindly marked  down all the places that we would like to visit on the map. To help us get the best experience he even wrote a lovely list of authentic food. He speaks fluent English and helped us a lot. The hotel is very close to major intersections and interest points (almost next to Arc de Triomf and 600m from the Palau de la Música Catalana) but is surprisingly quiet. All the staffs are very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel itself is great, clean, and has everything you need in the room. 

The area is residential, which comes with a few drawbacks: there aren't many shops or cafes around. The beach is a bit far, about a 15-20 minute walk if you take your time (it's hard to rush in the heat). On the plus side, the walk to the beach is entirely shaded. It's a safe neighborhood, being a residential area with upscale housing. The metro is close by, making it convenient to visit attractions – you just need to familiarize yourself with the system. Taxis are also plentiful and can be easily hailed from the street. 

Overall, I have no complaints about the hotel itself, though the location isn't ideal. However, closer to the beach, hotels are naturally more expensive.

Very convenient. Located next to the main station Sants. Good program - to offer free drinks for those who support room cleaning only if required.
