The Serhs Rivoli Ramblas hotel is very clean and pleasant. 

The service is excellent, reception open 24 hours a day. 

The room is big, the beds are comfortable, the shower is amazing. 

Breakfast is great.

Serhs Carlit Boutique Hotel is a very clean and modern hotel that delivers 4-star quality despite being rated 3 stars. Breakfast was fantastic and exactly as shown in the photos. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to all our enquiries. The hotel is located in a pleasant residential area away from heavy crowds, yet still within a 15-minute walk to Sagrada Família. A complimentary bottle of red wine was also provided, which was a lovely gesture. Highly recommended.

A Week in Barcelona — Staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port (Early February)

Spending a week in Barcelona in early February felt relaxed and unhurried, and staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port played a big part in that. Overall, it was a comfortable base with a few details that really stood out—both good and not so good.

I was very lucky with my room placement. My room faced the patio, which meant it stayed wonderfully quiet. The window didn’t look out onto the main street or neighboring buildings, and that made a big difference—especially at night. After long days out in the city, coming back to that calm felt like a small luxury.

The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was good and varied, with both cold and warm dishes, pastries, and a fresh orange juice extractor that felt especially fitting for Spain. It was easy to start the day well-fed without needing to think too much about it.

I also really appreciated the coworking space. It was pleasant and functional, and I found myself using it often. Having a comfortable place to sit and work without retreating to the room made the stay feel more balanced and productive.

The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were consistently friendly and helpful. Interactions felt natural and unforced, which always makes a hotel feel more welcoming.

Location-wise, the hotel was very convenient. La Rambla was only about a 4–5 minute walk away, close enough to be easily accessible but far enough to avoid the constant noise. The surrounding area was lively in a good way, filled with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, making daily life simple and flexible.

That said, there was one downside that was hard to ignore: the walls were thin. I could clearly hear the snoring/ coughing of the gentleman in the neighboring room, which definitely broke the illusion of privacy on some nights.

All in all, Hotel Serhs Del Port offered a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches and friendly service. A quieter room placement made a big difference—but thinner walls are something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

The hotel's strong point is certainly the food. Sensational! of all restaurants. The staff's friendliness is great! The reasonable efficiency, I expected more than 5 stars. Room did not meet my expectations, smell of unpleasant mto mopho, we complained, made a maintenance in ozone air conditioned, but did not solve. We had a discharge in the bathroom, which delayed us to watch ai magic show, we ended up losing ... Prima swimming pools, but could have some air conditioning, the heated pool was for adult, my 4-year-old son couldn't enjoy. Finally, mto hotel is good, but for the value we paid was expected more, mainly from accommodation.
