This was my second stay, and overall it was excellent. The place is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It's especially convenient due to its close proximity to the subway station, making transportation a breeze. Great value for money, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

The front desk staff spoke pretty good English and explained everything in detail. Make sure to pay attention to the extra sheet of important information they give you. You only get one room key, so don't forget to take it with you when you leave. The hotel lobby is spacious and has a microwave, so you can heat up convenience store food and bring it back to your room. There are also two self-service drink machines, but for sodas, they only have Coke; the rest are mostly teas and energy drinks. The restaurant is on the B1 floor, offering Japanese and Western cuisine. Last order for dinner is at 10:00 PM.

Location is perfect, less than 5 mins of walk away from JR and subway station.
You get a free small bottle of water everyday(I remember it is 280ml)
As they are still using a physical key instead of key card, you have to return the key to front desk everytime you go out and take it back when you return, which is a bit inconvenience. But it is not a big problem.

Quite a dated system that uses a physical key instead of a keycard. The stay was very comfortable and you are only about a 5 minutes walk away from the nearest Metro station. There were also quite a lot of food options around the hotel so you would never get hungry.
The best part about this place was their washing facilities. They had a total of 2 washers and 2 dryers (which doesn't seem like a lot), but they were so efficient and cheap. Really value for my money.

Second time staying at this hotel, super close to Shinkoiwa station and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.

If you’re coming from Narita Airport it’s one train ride all the way and super convenient to reach here. From Haneda, it is one train transfer. Both airports take about 1 hour to reach. Shinkoiwa has direct trains to major stations like Shinagawa, Shinbashi, Akihabara, Kinshicho, Funabashi and Chiba.

My only complaint is the reliability of the wifi in the hotel, cuts abruptly often and seems to consistently work in one spot in the room (Off the bed and in front of the bathroom door). It can work on the desk but to varying degrees of success. For the price per night in the hotel, it’s a small inconvenience but mildly annoying for me personally.

Otherwise, good stay like my first time and has everything you will need in the room. Recommended if you’re the type to just need a place to sleep. Staff is super friendly and accommodating too. Amenities you would need are readily available at their front desk and by the lifts on the first floor.

Thank you again for the stay Smile Hotel!

Room is slightly bigger than other hotels. Location is only good if you are going to Haneda airport, other than that it is quite far from other place. (When we were there the train somehow have long delay during peak hour which increase travel time further from the central…..). This hotel is situation in exit A4 and only few minutes walk which is convient also. Lobby have coffee machine and breakfast is opposite the hotel just few mins walk.

This hotel is incredibly well-located, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making getting around super easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was really comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted good, leaving me satisfied every morning. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. My overall experience was excellent, and I'd definitely consider staying here again if I return to this city.

Extremely close to the subway station, and the surrounding area is super convenient. I was a bit worried about transportation when I booked here, but it turns out everything is covered. There are convenience stores, 24-hour supermarkets, and even a greengrocer. To get to the airport, you can take one subway stop to Kasai Station, and across the street, there's an airport shuttle for 1800 yen per person. Getting to the city center is just a transfer on the Tozai Line. Most importantly, the room is super spacious and comfortable, though the mattress is a bit firm. Plus, there's breakfast every day: one day it's Japanese rice balls, and the other it's Western-style toast and sausage. All in all, it's definitely worth staying here.

Good price and sooooooo GOOD LOCATION not to far from train station, walk around 3-5 minutes from station. And it easily to take the train to Shinjuku because you haven’t change the train line. The room is small but not the problem but i can’t find the way to close the heaters and open the air conditioner, so i had to open the window at night for the cold weather for good sleeping. 👍🏻 the hotel will be remain in my list for next trip if i’d have plan to visiting Tokyo.

The location is very convenient, with Lawson and FamilyMart nearby. It's about a 3-minute walk to the subway station, which is very close. The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel staff are nice and patient. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Daimaru and Shinsaibashi, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. The location is easy to find and super convenient for Shinsaibashi. There are tons of convenience stores, ramen shops, and various other stores, including many breakfast places and dessert shops nearby, so you'll never go hungry. I'll definitely be back next time! It's excellent value for money, I truly love this place, and the room was bigger than I expected.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **10/10 – Fantastic Stay in Osaka, Highly Recommended!**
I had a wonderful stay at **Smile Hotel Osaka Yotsubashi**. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it an excellent choice for exploring Osaka.
The location is fantastic, with the subway station just a short walk away, providing easy access to popular attractions such as Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Osaka Castle. There are also plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafés nearby.
The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always happy to assist with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, combining a convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable hotel.
**10/10 – Great location, excellent service, comfortable rooms, and amazing value. Highly recommended!**

The room and facilities might look old and dusty but the toliet is very clean and mould free. Staffs are 24/7 at the reception area. Very polite.

1 station away from namba, 15mins walk to Kyocera Dome, 20mins walk to airport bus. Theres great coffee and bakery around the area too

Extremely satisfied! It's super close to the subway, and there's a Matsuya restaurant just 50 meters away – a true paradise for introverts like me! Plus, there's a noodle shop 30 meters away that's open until 3 AM, which is amazing! What really impressed me was that the air conditioning stays on even after you remove the key card. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying here, and this time it was a solo trip, which I really enjoyed! The room is small, but perfectly adequate for one person. I'd highly recommend it for solo female travelers – the surrounding area feels very safe, and there's even a Sugi Pharmacy along the street if you want to browse. I'd definitely come back to stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel is located in Nakanoshima, and it's a bit of a walk from Higobashi subway station. When I arrived, I walked through an underground passage after exiting the subway, and then emerged from the basement of a building to find myself already in Nakanoshima. It was another short walk from there to the hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Their English wasn't perfect, but simple communication was manageable.

The room was a bit small, but the window faced directly onto the Tosabori River, and there was no noise, which was great.

The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the restaurant staff were very nice.

The hotel is on an island and is very close to Watanabebashi Station on the Keihan Nakanoshima Line, making it incredibly convenient to get to Kyoto by Keihan train.

When I left, I walked along the riverside directly to Higobashi subway station, which took about 10 minutes. The view was much more open than in the underground passage, and it didn't feel too far at all.

Overall, my stay was quite good. The location is excellent, and there's private parking. However, the facilities are a bit lacking. I was in a newly built section with no elevator, so I had to climb stairs, which would be inconvenient with luggage. Also, the room didn't provide toothbrushes. Despite that, the overall value for money is great, and I would book again.

Overall, the room was satisfactory. The service during check-in and check-out was excellent. I stayed here for work purposes. However, the room was a bit warm, perhaps due to the air conditioning needing maintenance. Next time, I would repeat my stay if I have work in KL again.

I highly advise against staying at this hotel. The maintenance and hygiene are unacceptable. The door handle was broken, the walls had mold, and the mattress sank down significantly. To make matters worse, I woke up with my body feeling itchy after a single night's stay. I genuinely do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Ad breakfast free, segala yang dlm gmbr mmg sebiji dgn bilik hotel. Bleh tgok critakt tv. But, mostly kna byr. Still there's a free one. N not necessary but hospital n kedai makan dekat sgt. So, kalo lapar or rsa xsihat, jln kaki pn bleh. So convenient

Nice hotel for a short stay. Room was clean when I arrived and everything was okay. The staff at reception were friendly too. Location is good, easy to find and not difficult to get food nearby.
