Great
GGuest UserThe hotel was decent, but Trip.com's service is absolutely terrible. Once again, I had to get the invoice from the hotel. Sometimes they make you get it from Trip.com, and now it's back to getting it from the hotel. It's so frustrating!
GGuest UserFacilities: We booked a king suite, and it was very spacious. The living room even had an extra single bed, which I'd estimate could comfortably fit three people. The bathroom featured two sinks, a separate shower and bathtub, and a smart toilet.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and tidied daily.
Environment: It's in the city center. While not as close to Sukhbaatar Square as the Blue Sky Hotel, you can pretty much walk to most places within 10 minutes.
Service: The service was excellent.
Drawbacks: The toilet wasn't in a separate cubicle, which meant the large bathroom felt a bit wasted when someone was using it.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, heard it’s one of the best in the city. There are many selections of breakfast, staff were very responsive to any needs and questions I had, location is great close to convenience stores and Gobi store and other stores. Taking a taxi is not easy in Mongolia, but staff can call it for you.
Also they have a good restaurant called Grill in the building with live music on at night maybe around 9/10pm, it was great experience overall.
MMotalaMy stay at the Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace Ulaanbaatar was fantastic! I stayed in a Deluxe King Room from November 11th to 18th, and it exceeded my expectations. Regarding hygiene and environment, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities were brand new, and the window offered an expansive view. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they paid close attention to details. The facilities were comprehensive, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The automatic sensor light in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, as were the daily complimentary welcome fruits and six bottles of mineral water. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and the taste was excellent – great value for money. The location is superb, with specialty shops and restaurants right outside, making travel convenient. Overall, the hotel excels in hygiene, service, and facilities, making it an ideal choice for business travel. I highly recommend staying here.
DDuerjiaThe hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and its location is great. Many city attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was decent, and the views were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel had a separate breakfast area exclusively for Korean guests, and others weren't allowed in. I would have really liked to try it.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean. Downstairs, there are restaurants and a mall, making dining very convenient. There's also a large shopping plaza nearby, and it's an easy walk to Chinggis Khaan Square, the National Museum of Mongolia, Gandan Monastery, and Blue Sky Tower.
ZZhangdayueThe room was lovely. Just a heads-up, Ulaanbaatar traffic can be very bad, so make sure to allow plenty of extra time when heading to the airport.
ППельменьThe spa on the second floor is not fully operational (i.e. the sauna is turned off, probably to save money), the spa on the seventh floor is empty. You can't get a manicure or pedicure, a massage, or take your place in line. No one speaks Russian, although the hotel states that there is a Russian speaker.
GGuest UserFive people stayed, and the facilities were clean and had all the necessary utensils in the living room and kitchen, so it was great! It was nice that there weren't many people because it was new. The desk staff were also friendly.
