Guest UserFirst off, the complimentary club lounge access at NUSTAR is a huge plus. The room condition was excellent, and the butler service was great too. I'd definitely consider staying again.

DrôleThe room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped, even with a scale, which is great for those who need to weigh themselves daily. The parking lot 🅿️ is shared with the mall's garage, and while the hotel has designated spots, you need to speak with the security guard inside. Check-in is on the third floor. The pool and gym are both on the top floor, and there's even a bar by the pool. It wasn't too crowded, and the rooftop offers great photo opportunities 🤳. The only minor drawback is a door in the room which, looking at the floor plan, seems to connect to the next room. Although it can't be opened, if a woman were staying alone, it might feel a bit unsettling 😔.

Hotel is in a fairly good location, close to 7/11, and various food places. It’s around 7 minute walk to mango street. They didn’t have a double bed so I got two singles which were actually quite big also.
The hotel was pretty good and accommodating however I didn’t like the way they tried to charge me 1,750 pesos for a 2 hour late checkout, which was pretty much the price for one night! which really didn’t affect them that much either way ast I would have checked out by 2 and their check in doesn’t start until 3.
The pool was great however cold as there is no sunlight hitting the water directly. The elevators has a really bad smell in there which made me gag everytime I had to enter in it.
The staff were pretty friendly and very cooperative. I loved that they used WhatsApp as a contact method for absolutely anything and were pretty fast at responding.
So overall pretty good 😊

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

Guest UserThe hotel was very clean, and the service quality was excellent, making for a comfortable trip ✈️. Even when waiting for a taxi outside the hotel, the staff waited with us and chatted with us with a smile. As it was my first international trip, it created wonderful memories! The morning buffet was also a lot of fun, and everything was delicious!

First time staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful in resolving any issues we had. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, and spa. Overall, the facilities are excellent. There are many options for breakfast, so you can choose freely. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Anonymous UserWe like the room it is so clean, water is good. The service is okay but at the pool area it says it will close at 9pm so we went there fast so that we can swim for a little bit of time but when we went there it was already close and the attendant was not so nice. The other staff told us it was still open but in our dismay it was not they should at least have the same information so that we will expect that we could swim so that we could really enjoy our stay. We just went to the gym and the attendant also did not inform that he is going to run of the light 😔. But overall it still okay. Thanks to the other staff attended our needs.

Pretty old hotel. The lobby is clean and tidy overall, but the check in is slow.We arrived 5 mins early and it took 20 mins for the reception to check us in.On the other hand ,the room and the bathroom is not well furnished.Cracks,Stains and watermarks are conspicuous.Wouldn’t recommend anyone who has over 50usd budget to stay in here.I would recommend paying 20 dollars more to get better service ,as well as better room environments .

The hotel is a 5-minute walk to Ayala shopping mall which is good. The hotel itself is so nice and clean and the room is so spacious with huge bed. the buffet breakfast is ok with variety of food. Yet, they do not serve ”Puto” (sticky rice) which i long so much. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Anonymouse KittyThis is my first time booking this hotel and I thought I will never have a chance to stay here. Before my wedding, I booked this hotel since it’s near the church location. We enjoyed the stay. It’s just that we did not get to enjoy the TV because YouTube or other apps won’t work. All throughout the stay we weren’t able to use the TV. Also I called the lobby 5x to ask for a replacement for the 2 mugs for coffee before someone actually gets there to replace it AT THE MORNING.
Haven’t also had the time to enjoy pool because we check in late.
But their service is good. The hotel is nice.
I will surely book again if their TV is already fixed lol.
Also two key cards for room and elevator is really hassle on our part. It should’ve been 1 key card, all access, 2pcs since we’re 2 adults.
I really appreciate the hotel staff for catering my entourage, we were able to prepare before my wedding and took some pictures at the lobby and pool. Thank you!
