It’s a new facility, so it’s clean and it feels like everything has been well thought out — they even have bidet toilets. There are money operated laundry machines in the basement, which were handy, just be sure to put your money in after you’ve loaded the washer, because the timer starts counting down as soon as you put it in. If you have a bigger suitcase it won’t fit in the locker, but there’s plenty of storage space and CCTV everywhere. The people who work there are very helpful and patient. Self check-in and check-out was a plus, it’s also well located (only a few stops from Busan station). Breakfast is quite simple (cereal, juices, coffee, bread), but sufficient. The capsules are quite soacious and have fans inside, which is a plus.

The transportation is very convenient, only more than 200 meters away from the MRT station. If you rent a car, you also provide free parking service. The service attitude is good. You can store your luggage before and after check-in. The environment is clean and the overall is comfortable.

Families, who understands this feeling? Right outside the hotel, a beach instantly melts away all your worries, giving you that relaxed vibe. Right across the street are all sorts of pubs, BBQ joints, cafes, and more – super convenient! Since I was traveling alone, I chose a small, semi-ocean view room. Though small, it had everything I needed, kind of like a guesthouse. The balcony next to the bed, when you open the door, offers a direct view of Gwangalli Bridge. At night, you can even capture beautiful nightscapes, watching people stroll on the beach – very therapeutic. The room provides toiletries, so no worries there! However, remember to bring a travel adapter for your plugs.

The place was a bit dirty when we arrived, hair in the bathroom in the sink and some stains on the walls as well. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear people outside of your room and your neighbors enjoying their night. For the price I paid, I’m not going to complain. However, the workers were extremely nice, if you don’t mind the transportation time, I would recommend.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Elephant in Busan, and overall, it was a memorable experience. Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character. Check-in & First Impressions: Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. Amenities & Services: While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

It was easy to understand the location because it was close to Exit 2. There were olive young, mega coffee, GS25, etc. nearby, so it is convenient for shopping. Two bottles of water and towels were replenished every day while I was out. Recently, there are many hotels with amenities that do not have toothbrushes, but it was in this hotel. There was no shower curtain, but if you were careful, the toilet wouldn't get wet and the floor was dry the next day, so it wasn't bad.

We were a group of four agricultural professionals from Japan, visiting Busan for a food exhibition at BEXCO (as sellers) and some sightseeing. We stayed at the Billy Hotel for 4 nights, and it was the perfect accommodation, making our Busan exhibition and trip a huge success! Event excursions, especially when preparing for the display and sale of agricultural products, often involve a lot of luggage and can be quite tiring. However, from the moment we booked, the owner meticulously and very kindly confirmed everything from the number of guests to our preferences for heating and cooling. We were deeply impressed by their professional and warm consideration even before check-in. The moment we opened the door to our room, we were all thrilled by the simple, stylish, clean, and sophisticated interior! It was an incredibly comfortable and relaxing space, perfect for preparing for the exhibition and organizing our business negotiations for the next day. Furthermore, the hotel had implemented a state-of-the-art smart system that allowed us to intuitively control in-room facilities like air conditioning and lighting with just a smartphone app. This was surprisingly convenient and a true blessing for our tired bodies after a long day of standing. Throughout our 4-night stay, the owner not only promptly replenished consumables like towels but also provided quick and kind support on everything from access to the BEXCO venue and nearby transportation to recommendations for delicious restaurants where we could unwind after a day's work. This gave us a great sense of security while participating in business in a foreign country. The location was also excellent, making travel to BEXCO and Busan's tourist attractions very smooth, allowing us to stick to our schedule without any time loss. The warm hospitality, the latest smart facilities, and the clean and comfortable environment were all perfect. I wholeheartedly and strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning an exhibition, business trip, or sightseeing in Busan! Thank you very much!

The location is convenient, close to Nampo-dong and Jagalchi Market. The entrance is a bit hard to find. For the price, the facilities were great and I had a comfortable stay. If I visit Busan again, I'd definitely consider staying here next time.

I stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.

I stayed here for an extended period with my wife and our 3- and 4-year-old children. There's a convenience store, a tonkatsu restaurant, and a pizza place nearby, so it was great for the kids. My family and I walked to the laundromat to do our laundry. It's a little far, but it's a good place to stop by on your way out for dinner.
