"This is my second stay; I didn't write a review for the first one. I was quite satisfied with the hotel's environment and facilities, such as the free sightseeing bus ride within the scenic area. However, the hotel service was relatively lacking. The first time, I called the front desk in advance to ask them to reserve a room with good lighting, but upon check-in, I found they hadn't done so at all; only the last standard room on the first floor was available. Now, let's talk about this stay. This time, I booked a tatami room. Because I had two children with me, I called ahead to ask the housekeeping department to clean it thoroughly, as my child has allergies. What's outrageous is that after checking in, I found the round table next to the bed covered in dust and curly hair. It was unbearable; I had to give it a bad review. This drastically lowered the value for money of the hotel, no wonder its rating is low."
