Ll****The hotel was spotless and well-appointed, even offering complimentary tea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even invited us to connect on WeChat, making it easy to communicate any issues at any time. Its location near the beach is fantastic, surrounded by numerous restaurants and a 7-Eleven. The area feels vibrant and is very convenient. Our family suite was incredibly spacious, complete with a sofa and a round table – a really nice setup.

The only thing is that the rooms facing the road are noisy even if you close everything, but it does not bother us.
If you like real silence, ask for a room on the other side of the hotel, when booking on booking or trip.com, indicate this in the comments, but in high season, like now, you will get a free room, because the hotels in Phuket are now overcrowded.

TTanya Atan 17I had a fantastic 4-night stay in Machima House 👍 The room was spacious, super clean, well-cooled, daily 2 bottles of water and toilet paper. The owners are such sweethearts, they genuinely care about their guests’ satisfaction. Very good location next to Clock Tower Circle in Old Phuket Town.Next door is a 7-Eleven supermarket, not very well stocked, but another one perfectly stocked is within walking distance across MacDonalds (check it on Google Maps). I loved my stay and highly recommended Machima House!

There is a restaurant on the first floor. The chef is good at foreign and Thai food. It is very delicious. You must try it. You can also get a discount. Opposite is 711. There is a fruit stand every morning. You can eat five kinds of fruits at 100 plants. There is a Thai snack in the evening. Many people line up. It is very convenient to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There are several Thai waitresses who are always smiling and enthusiastic when they see people. The British boss is friendly and handsome. You can ask him for help with any questions. Five-star recommendation

FFarzin MirzaieThe owner was very welcoming and kind, which made the check-in experience nice. The room itself was okay, though a bit old, and the bed was a little noisy. There’s a large balcony with chairs and a table, but unfortunately no real view since it’s blocked by the building next door.
The biggest issue was the water, It had a very strong odor, and every time we opened the bathroom door the smell spread into the room, which was unpleasant. On the positive side, the guesthouse is close to the beach, so the location is convenient.
Overall, it was an okay stay, but considering the water issue and the condition of the room, I think you can probably find a better place for the same price nearby.

AAchraf AboubakerIt was very clean and good service provided. They even have a swimming pool and sauna but I didn’t use them. The only thing I would say is it was a bit difficult finding the hotel as you have to go to karon cafe to check in then walk back to the hotel. Even the locals weren’t sure 😂

LLIMINGMainly to go to Xiaolong Island, the plane was here for a transition. The hotel room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, there are disposable items, and the air conditioner is strong. Domestic Express Hotel standard, go out and turn right for 5 minutes with 7-11. There is also a very welcoming store, simple English can communicate. They can use their home breakfast at the door restaurant or they can be delivered to the room. The most important can be sent to bangrong pier for free. If you are going to the island of Long Island, you can consider the transition of the plane here, quiet and clean.

GGuest UserYou get what you pay for as usual. Bathroom had some major issues. The sink faucet had a leak when turned on and would spray onto the mirror and then onto the counter. The shower had no curtain so water would get onto the bathroom floor. There was no floor towel so you would have to be very careful stepping onto the tile. Room didn't have a sign on the door to tell staff to clean the room, in which you had to tell them on your way out.

AAnton NWe enjoyed our stay. The room is clean, there is a kettle and a fridge. The air conditioning is good. It is quiet and cozy in the evening. It is a five-minute walk to the Seven, 20 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to the night market. It is a 20-25-minute walk from the airport. We will be happy to come back here.
