"This hotel deserves a five-star rating for its overall experience. It's located right opposite the Paifang Street entrance and has its own rare private parking lot. The new Chinese-style decor is classic and grand, and the guest rooms are spotlessly clean and bright. All facilities are well-maintained and fully equipped. The entire staff provides warm and attentive service. There are also various complimentary self-service teas available in the lobby. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Chaozhou! 💯"

"Giving a five-star review overall. My three-day, two-night stay, including breakfast, was largely satisfactory. There was a minor incident during my stay, but it was promptly and appropriately handled thanks to the timely communication and intervention of the staff, especially the duty manager, Wendy. Her handling of the situation demonstrated excellent customer service professionalism: strong service awareness, great communication skills, clear direction, promptness, decisiveness, and genuine sincerity. Highly commendable! The hotel's hardware, particularly the carpet style, makes it feel a bit dated. Overall, I'm satisfied!"

"This hotel is located in the city center, very close to major attractions. It's about a 10-minute walk to Kaiyuan Temple and Paifang Street. There are electric scooter rentals right outside the hotel, and plenty of restaurants as soon as you step out. When you come to Chaozhou, you absolutely must try all the local delicacies: beef, claypot porridge, Chaozhou raw腌 (marinated seafood), braised goose meat – so many delicious options, haha! The hotel rooms aren't huge, but they are very quiet and have an elegant feel. I had some concerns after seeing reviews about noise issues, but I didn't experience any problems during my stay. The staff were also very friendly. I also noticed that people in Chaozhou speak very softly and gently. The lobby staff even helped us with attraction recommendations and directions. Overall, I think this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Chaozhou."

"Our stay here was fantastic overall. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The front desk staff were very thoughtful and polite, patiently answering all our questions. The surrounding area has excellent amenities and is very convenient for getting around. The bed was soft and comfortable, the environment was quiet, and it offered great value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone. Although it's near an elevated highway, the soundproofing is excellent, so unless you're extremely sensitive, you won't really notice any noise. The hotel is also very close to several intangible cultural heritage food spots, such as Sunan Qinji's braised goose main branch, Chaoludao Braised Hotpot, and even Dongshi Kaixing Congee – super convenient! The hotel's robot delivery for takeout was also very quick. Highly recommended!"

"The environment is super cozy. The hotel is on the second floor, and the young man at the front desk was very helpful with carrying luggage. Downstairs there are popular photo spots, and the Liu Bu goose meat restaurant right outside the entrance is delicious. The staff truly deserve praise! They were enthusiastic, recommended a lot of local food, and even thoughtfully gave us a Chaozhou-themed fridge magnet. This is a must-stay hotel for a trip to Chaozhou."

"The past few days in Chaozhou have been scorching, with temperatures at 36°C and a 'feels like' temperature of 43°C – absolutely sweltering! The hotel thoughtfully provided an extra power card, so every time I returned drenched in sweat from exploring, the best part was being greeted by a blast of cold air and a chilled bottled water from the mini-fridge – pure bliss! The reception area also had a fridge stocked with plenty of complimentary bottled water, which was a very nice touch. Inside the room, there were some local Chaoshan snacks, which were quite tasty. When I inquired where to buy them, the hotel even had an auntie bring us more to sample – I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is only about 100 meters from Kaiyuan Temple, making it incredibly convenient to walk to attractions like the Ancient City, Guangji Bridge, and Xima Road. I even walked to Guangji Bridge three times in one day and didn't feel tired. There are also plenty of food options and souvenir shops nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, and the pillows were very comfortable. The lovely ladies at reception and the cleaning aunties were all very warm and provided excellent service. Because the heat was so unbearable, I decided last minute to have lunch at the snack shop right next door. I ordered Chaozhou braised platter rice and pig offal kway teow, and to my surprise, they were incredibly delicious – tasting just like traditional home-cooked Chaozhou food. The pig offal kway teow had a light flavor, and for only 15 yuan, it was packed with ingredients; adding black vinegar elevated the taste even further. This hotel is definitely worth recommending!"

It comes with a standard home living bar, featuring a freezer-equipped refrigerator, microwave, sink, and capsule coffee machine. This means you can easily heat up takeout food, wash fruit, and stock up on snacks and fresh milk without any issues when you're out. The sofa can be pulled out into a bed, making it more convenient for multiple guests. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and details like the vanity mirror, wireless charging, and multi-socket power outlets are well-executed. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The housekeeping is meticulous; there's no dust in the corners, and the entire room is clean and odor-free. The front desk staff, B.B., provided warm, friendly, and attentive service. Overall, everything was excellent."

The homestay is in the hometown of Phoenix Dancong Tea. Pushing the window is the creek passing by, surrounded by picturesque mountains. The most amazing thing is that you can see the golden sunset slowly sinking into the mountains when you lie on the bed. At that moment, I really understood what is called ”Season 5” - the healing time and space beyond the four seasons. The name of the room is also super poetic, I live in ”Milan Season”, push Opening the window is full of tea mountains, and the air is full of honey orchid fragrance. The homestay has done enough articles around the word ”tea”, from tasting tea to learning tea art, and immersive experience the Phoenix single-cong culture. The boss said that the 12 rooms are named after the ”season”: the honey Lan season, the eight immortal season, the mountain season, the Woxia season...Each name hides a mountain residence poetic. The point is here! Three months before the opening, the public area is free! The location is superb, within a ten-minute walk to Paifang Street and Guangji Bridge. It's a quiet haven away from the bustling streets of the ancient city. The room was spacious and clean, with smart home devices throughout, and the double-layered soundproofing was very effective. The bedding was soft, ensuring a peaceful rest for the children. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactively recommended local delicacies. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the freshly cooked Chaoshan Guotiao (rice noodles) were authentic and delicious. It also features free parking and a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for families traveling with kids. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. This is our top choice for exploring Chaozhou's food and sights, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!"
