Hygiene: The room was very clean. Ambiance: The decor was lovely and cozy. There was some street noise from cars at night, but they thoughtfully provided two pairs of earplugs. We're good sleepers so we didn't need them, but it's great for those who aren't – the host really thought of everything. Facilities: The facilities were comprehensive, with both a bathtub and a shower. In addition to earplugs, they also provided sanitary pads, hair clips, hair ties, disposable toilet seat covers, and bathtub liners, so no need to worry about hygiene. These small details really show how much the host cares. Service: The front desk service was excellent. If we had any questions, we just messaged them on WeChat, and they provided very detailed answers. When we arrived, they helped with our luggage and gave us a guide to local food and attractions. We wanted authentic Chaoshan beef hotpot, and they recommended Pan Ji Beef, which was indeed very authentic. On our first day, it rained heavily, and they even messaged us proactively to be careful. Location: It's a five or six-minute walk to Han Wen Gong Temple, and Guangji Bridge is directly opposite the temple. We specifically chose a place close to Guangji Bridge to easily watch the light show at night. During the day, you can walk from Guangji Bridge into the ancient city. It's better value than staying inside the ancient city. When we checked out, the host even gave us a small gift box of Chaozhou San Bao. Overall, we were very satisfied; it was a pleasant two days.

The hotel's location is excellent, right within the ancient city walls. You step out directly onto Paifang Street, and it's very close to Guangji Bridge and Kaiyuan Temple. The hotel staff are warm, attentive, and provide meticulous service. 👍 The hotel environment is great—clean, stylish, and has a lovely atmosphere. 👍 If you have any questions about sightseeing, you can ask the hotel; the staff are always eager to help. The hotel even offers a shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient. Breakfast is served as a set meal, offering options like congee or kway teow, with a variety of dim sum that rarely repeats. It's quite filling.

We had a truly lovely stay at this Airbnb. The place has a spectacular view that made every morning and evening a joy — whether it was watching the sunrise or simply relaxing with the scenery, it added something really special to our time there. The host is incredibly friendly, warm, and approachable. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. They were always happy to share recommendations for good food around the area, and their local tips helped us discover some really great places we might otherwise have missed. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was spending time with the host over tea, singing together, and chatting in the Teochew dialect. It was such a unique and heartfelt experience that made the stay feel much more personal and meaningful, like staying with family rather than just in an Airbnb. The location is also very convenient and accessible, with many good food options nearby, so it was easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood without any hassle. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily come back again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay with a great view and a lovely host.

This apartment, located in the same building as a hotel, sits right on the Han River. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, offering unparalleled views. Watching the Guangji Bridge light show from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room was truly breathtaking. Its location is super convenient, providing a quiet retreat despite being centrally located. Parking is also a breeze, with a free ground-level lot available. Moreover, it's not far from many tourist attractions.

The included breakfast is decent (a bit short) and the staff are generally nice. It may be more affordable to book via WeChat. Just be aware that they may not make your bed or fulfill your request for new sheets. Location is pretty good and next door to a bubble tea shop and nearby a market. At the time of this review, like many other China hotels, they do not have shower chairs with a back, but you can buy or ask for a stool. The small ramp to the entrance is off to the side and may be partially blocked by decorations. There is a step to the elevator area with a small ramp added with a gap, and as a result there is a significant tripping hazard. On the plus side, each room has sanitized cups and bowl for gong fu tea, and it is very close to the museum and other attractions.

I also booked this hotel for my friends when they came to Chaozhou. I have booked it at least four or five times. It is only a few minutes away from the scenic spots and the rooms are very unique. I like this room with a flowing water view very much. I sit in the room and drink tea and watch. The movie stays. It feels very comfortable and the service is responsive. The customer service and the boss will help you solve the problem. The main thing is that there is a snack street downstairs that is very lively at night. The customer service also recommended that you can go for a walk at the local night market and also went to the nearby Taifo Temple, which is 900 meters away. I hope the boss can become bigger and stronger!

I changed hotels three times in one day when I came to Chaozhou for tourism, but this hotel was the only one that gave me a very satisfactory stay experience. It was very cost-effective. I went to Chaozhou for a trip and stayed at Buyue Inn. The experience was amazing and I must recommend it to everyone! As soon as you arrive at the hotel, the clean and tidy environment will make you feel more favorable, and every corner reveals care and meticulousness. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and also introduced surrounding travel tips. The service attitude was impeccable. The hotel is in an excellent location, facing the West Lake. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains as soon as you open the window. It is also very convenient to visit the ancient city, which saves a lot of time on the road and allows you to have more energy to explore the charm of the ancient city. Friends who drive themselves don’t have to worry about parking problems at all. The hotel has convenient parking and a spacious parking area, making it easy to park and pick up the car. The B&B is located on the archway street in the ancient city, near the bamboo and wooden door, and is only about 5 minutes' walk from Guangji Bridge and Zhenhai Tower. It is very convenient. The B&B rooms are clean and hygienic. The rooms have not only showers but also bathtubs, and the toilets are smart toilets. The rooms are paved with floors. The B&B service is also very good, and they will help with luggage. The B&B also has its own Tang suits for rent. High cost performance, a satisfactory accommodation experience.
