"Honestly, the hotel service felt poorly trained, especially compared to other five-star hotels. The difference was significant. In the breakfast restaurant, at 9:30 AM, we were told quite bluntly that breakfast was almost over, which was uncomfortable. We rushed through our meal, and when they closed up at 10 AM, there was no warm reminder like you'd get at other five-star hotels, suggesting we could grab more food if we wanted. This process was completely missing, yet other five-star hotels always do this. It really felt like the service training was inadequate! The customer experience was poor, and I won't be booking again! Also, the room had a musty smell, as if no one had stayed there in ages! My husband developed a lot of rashes on his face overnight. The next day, at checkout, they only seemed interested in getting a good review and asked how our stay was. I said 'average,' and then they just went silent. It felt like they only wanted positive feedback and had no interest in asking why it was just 'average' or what we were unhappy with, showing no desire for improvement. I won't stay here again. And the underground parking was a mess."

"The room was spacious and very clean. From the window, I had a lovely view of Tianjing Lake. The TV offered a wide selection of international channels, including CCTV. As a guest, I had complimentary access to the gym and pool, with extra towels provided at the pool. I swam twice and went for a run during my stay. It wasn't crowded, and the lifeguard was always on duty, making for a very enjoyable swim! The package I booked included a complimentary mini-bar refill and a double buffet dinner. The buffet dinner that night had a fantastic Southeast Asian theme, with most dishes being from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand – a really creative buffet experience. Tianjing Lake is just across the road from the hotel, and there's a shopping mall and restaurants right next door, so all the amenities for entertainment and dining are very convenient. After having lunch with my mother at the mall, we went to Tianjing Lake and tried out a tandem kayak, which was reasonably priced and a lot of fun. Overall, staying at Pullman offers excellent value for money. Even if you're not going skiing at Alpine World, the nearby facilities provide plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment!"

"This hotel is located in the Rothenburg-style street of Haiyunti. From its exterior architecture to its interior furnishings, it's brimming with German charm. The staff are all very nice and meticulous in their work, especially Tang Fengqing, the night shift attendant, who was incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast offers both Western and Chinese options, and the taste is quite good."

"We stayed at Home Inn Business Hotel during our family trip, and its excellent laundry service and parking made our journey much more convenient and comfortable. The hotel's laundry service was a lifesaver for families traveling together. The laundry room was spacious and well-laid out, with several washing machines and dryers operating simultaneously, so there was no need to worry about waiting in line. Moreover, considering the diverse laundry needs of families, it also provided washing machines of different sizes. My children have a lot of clothes, and the large-capacity washing machine was able to wash them all at once. The laundry room also had a children's play area, where the kids could play while waiting for their clothes to be washed, preventing them from getting bored. The washed clothes were clean, soft, and had a light lavender scent, which was very pleasant. Parking is crucial for those of us traveling by car, and Home Inn Business Hotel excelled in this aspect. The hotel has a large open-air parking lot with ample spaces, ensuring there are always parking spots available even during peak tourist season. Tall trees provide shade around the parking lot, preventing vehicles from getting uncomfortably hot even under the scorching sun. A smooth pedestrian walkway with streetlights runs from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, making it very safe to walk at night. Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip."

"We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean, spacious, carpeted, and quiet. The bedding was neat, and there was even a round table, perfect for situations like mine where I had to work overtime. The view was excellent, and we slept very well at night. They even provided a children's toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers – a thoughtful touch. The room overlooked the city park, and the hotel's location was superb, surrounded by Wanda Plaza, museums, and art galleries. It was conveniently located within walking distance. The breakfast was also extremely satisfying – a plentiful and delicious buffet with both Chinese and American options. Our child didn't want to stay longer and insisted on checking out until the very last minute. The value for money was unbeatable. Both adults and children were very satisfied with our trip to Taicang. We will definitely come back when the weather cools down. No one asked for a good review; the hotel's cleanliness, service, sleep quality, and location were all impeccable. A good review is a must, and it truly deserves it. I hope the hotel continues to improve, and I will definitely stay here again next time."
