The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful sea view and is relatively quiet despite being in a busy area. However, the road leading to the hotel is very noisy and the traffic is quite bad. Also, the sea view from the family room is angled rather than a direct, front-facing view.
The facilities are fairly standard, but the ice machine experience was terrible. After using it on the first day, we found that the remaining ice cubes contained a lot of black impurities and some unidentified debris, which was quite disgusting. Even after trying again, the issue persisted.
The hotel pool was not very clean, and there is no jacuzzi. There are only two massage jet switches inside the pool.
The breakfast quality was average. The cold cuts were not very tasty, and most of the fruit seemed artificially ripened and didn’t taste good. There were limited options that were actually enjoyable. Local specialty snacks often seemed to have been reheated multiple times and were tough to chew, indicating poor quality control. The omelette was only well made on one day, when the chef prepared it properly in a half-moon shape. On the other days, it was more like a plate of scrambled eggs mixed with various vegetables, which felt quite perfunctory. After a few days, there was very little left worth eating.
However, I was very happy to see the sunrise on the last day—it was absolutely beautiful.

100% satisfied with this hotel! The staff were all in great spirits and very responsive 👍. Even more surprising was that we had an early flight yesterday, and when we checked out, the front desk attendant said: 'Our kitchen colleagues are preparing breakfast for you to take with you!' 👍👍👍 (We did book a room with breakfast, but I never expected them to proactively pack it for us when we couldn't eat it on the day of departure. I didn't even mention that we wouldn't be able to have breakfast that day).

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. The location is excellent, close to the main road but surprisingly quiet. There's a large shopping mall, KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Starbucks, and Costa nearby, as well as local supermarket chains and brunch spots. It's also very close to the airport shuttle bus stop, and there's a Wenzhou supermarket near the bus stop. Overall, a good experience. When paying the city tax at check-in, try to use a card, as cash payments might not leave a digital record, and you might be asked to pay again at check-out. Ordering a Bolt from the hotel was also accurate and convenient. Overall, not bad.

I specifically requested a quiet room, and they immediately accommodated it! And with the ocean view, waking up every morning put me in a great mood :)
The towels folded cutely on the bed were also adorable.
Everything was perfect, except for the dim lighting in the room. The chair was too old; if it were replaced, the room would feel much more luxurious. Of course, it was still functional.
Housekeeping came to clean the room at 11 AM, but I declined and instead received fresh towels and toiletries. The housekeeper was very kind, and so was the person at the lobby.
The bathroom was clean and spacious. However, the showerhead was dirty and wouldn't stay in place, falling off every time I turned on the water. It seemed many others had dropped it too, as there were many signs of breakage, and the next morning I found it had fallen off and broken. Still, when I mentioned it, they replaced it right away.
Oh, and at night, the lights suddenly went out, which surprised me. A staff member came to reset the circuit breaker for us.
The kitchen room on the reception floor was incredibly well-equipped, so I was able to cook. It had an induction hob, oven, microwave, and beyond just pots, there were also frying pans, various utensils, dishes, and plates, plus a separate dishwashing area. It was all very well-maintained and clean. There was also a water dispenser and a coffee machine, so I enjoyed cappuccinos, espressos, and hot chocolates every morning. It was fantastic!

riiiiiicoThe location is fantastic! It's right in the heart of St. Julian's, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a Burger King next door and a supermarket open late just a minute's walk away, plus the sea is close by. Breakfast had a great variety and was very comfortable and peaceful. The only issue was the shower curtain was too short, causing the toilet area to get soaked, which made showering difficult. Despite that, I'd still want to stay here again on my next trip.

Anonymous UserThe cleanliness of the room was very good; everything was tidy and well-maintained. I also want to give a shout-out to the lady at the front desk: since I don't have a credit card, she went out of her way to find a solution for the deposit, even though this wasn't clearly communicated beforehand.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives, making the stay very stressful:
* **Poor Soundproofing due to Connecting Door:** There was a connecting door between my room and the neighboring room. I could hear every word my neighbors said – privacy was unfortunately non-existent.
* **Misleading Air Conditioning:** The central air conditioning didn't work and was also very complicated to operate. After I complained, I was promised that someone would look into it. The fact that they simply put a fan in my room instead felt disrespectful, as I explicitly booked and paid for a room with air conditioning.
* **Incomprehensible Balcony Rule:** The room has a balcony, but smoking is prohibited on it. You have to go all the way to the 8th floor to the reception area to smoke. This is illogical and extremely inconvenient.
* **Lack of Information Regarding Deposit:** Although I had already paid everything in advance via Trip.com, a deposit (credit card or €100 cash) was required upon arrival. There was no prior information about this, which led to unnecessary stress during check-in.

Guest UserI was looking for a hotel close to Malta's evening/nightlife, and there's no better choice than this one, it's right in the heart of the action.
Of course, noise from the street can be a bit bothersome, but knowing that, I requested a high floor (they also provide earplugs). Even though I'm a light sleeper, I slept well, thanks to a very comfortable bed and busy days.
Upon check-in, you'll be asked to pay an additional €55 (we were two people) if you've already paid for your stay, where €50 is a deposit and €5 is for tourist tax.
In the room, you'll find various snacks and drinks in the minibar (chargeable) and two half-liter bottles of water (complimentary welcome gift).
After two days, breakfast becomes a bit monotonous, but you can still find both sweet and savory options.
All the staff are courteous and smiling, from the always-staffed lobby to the breakfast room and the cleaning staff.
The property is very modern and welcoming.
I still hate duvet covers because they don't keep me at a constant temperature.
Ultimately, if I were to return to Malta, this would be a top choice.

makeitcountWe stayed for 4 nights in Room 101. Unfortunately, there was a water leakage issue in the shower. We contacted the night shift staff, and they offered to arrange a room change the following afternoon.
The next day, we spoke again with the Thai staff member at check-in regarding the issue. He responded very professionally, immediately arranged for us to view a replacement room, and even upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi. We truly appreciated his excellent service and helpful attitude.
The hotel facilities are very good. Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are free for guests to use, which was a great benefit. The sauna facilities were also excellent, especially after a workout.
However, the breakfast selection could be improved. The hot dishes remained the same every day, and watermelon was only available on one occasion during our stay.
The catering staff were polite and efficient, despite also having to support the kitchen operations.
One of the front desk ladies appeared to be a new staff member. She did not greet guests proactively and seemed to require reminders from her colleagues to complete certain tasks.
Overall, for a 4-star hotel in Malta, the hotel has good facilities and service, but there is still room for improvement, particularly in the catering and breakfast experience.

nanhuaThis hotel offers good value for money in Malta. The rooms are quite spacious, and breakfast is decent. The service at the luggage storage and breakfast restaurant was friendly on several occasions. Other services were pretty standard, and the front desk staff seemed a bit robotic and their attitude was just average.

Well to be honest i don't know where to start. This hotel, location, staff, food was all excellent. Although there is some building work going on it did not affect our holiday at all. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic breakfast was great aswell because not only was the breakfast great but you had the Marina / bay to look at aswell on the terrace. We would love to go back to this hotel again when we return.
