Spa hotels in St Julian's

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean. However, the bathroom was outdated and needs improvement, especially the toilet flush button. It required a lot of force to press each time. The sink tap got similar problem.

100% satisfied with this hotel! The staff were all in great spirits and very responsive 👍. Even more surprising was that we had an early flight yesterday, and when we checked out, the front desk attendant said: 'Our kitchen colleagues are preparing breakfast for you to take with you!' 👍👍👍 (We did book a room with breakfast, but I never expected them to proactively pack it for us when we couldn't eat it on the day of departure. I didn't even mention that we wouldn't be able to have breakfast that day).

The staff was very friendly and helpful but breakfast hardly selected then rooms have spiced after distant fat and food in the morning. The pool was small but acceptable Elevator disaster has taken too long to have used the stairs was very obsolete Location was mostly expensive with Uber and Bolt The beach is away from the hotel.

Overall it was good There was a good selection for breakfast but the hot food was always cold. Spa facilities were good but on the day we are the jacuzzi didn’t appear to working on subsequent days some groups seem to stay in the jacuzzi for long periods of time even though it stated it should be used for 15 minutes when we brought this to staff attention nothing was done on our last morning there was constant drilling noise from early in morning not what you expect in a 5 star hotel

I stayed at Hugo’s Hotel with my girlfriend and overall, we had a great experience. The room was clean, and the service throughout the hotel was friendly and professional. The receptionist and staff were welcoming, and we especially enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. That said, the hotel is located right in the heart of Paceville, so if you’re a light sleeper, be aware that the nightlife can get quite loud between 11 PM and 4 AM. Some soundproofing improvements to the windows would definitely help. The pool area was nice, but the water could have been cleaner. Despite these minor issues, we still had a very pleasant stay. I’d rate it 4.5 stars.

Nice location but construction on road so no vehicle access at the moment.

The sea view is nice, but that's all. The price is 200 euros a night, the room is average, the breakfast is generally okay but not very tasty and messy. The service is almost non-existent, and the front desk service attitude is average. But all hotels abroad are like this, so I can give it a 4 point overall

Well to be honest i don't know where to start. This hotel, location, staff, food was all excellent. Although there is some building work going on it did not affect our holiday at all. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic breakfast was great aswell because not only was the breakfast great but you had the Marina / bay to look at aswell on the terrace. We would love to go back to this hotel again when we return.
