SSH.twYou can park at the door, the overall environment is comfortable and clean, the boss and the proprietress are very kind, there are welcome afternoon teas and unlimited bottled drinks 👍 The location of the homestay is also very close to the Dongshan Night Market, quiet and not noisy at night.
The small disadvantage is that the curtains in the room are not shaded, they will be awakened in the morning, and the mirror only has a sink. It is a bit inconvenient to make up when the lighting is insufficient. Others really don't have to be picky 👍👍

WWes NienThe boss and his wife are very enthusiastic and carefully decorated the homestay. The environment is elegant and there are quite a lot of plants planted. The breakfast is rich and delicious. There is a friendly cat, which is very nice. It is worth coming again.

LLa布布My stay at Hotel Royal Chiaohsi was exceptional, leaving a lasting impression with its impeccable service and environment. The buffet at Yun Tian offered an exquisite and diverse selection of dishes that truly satisfied my palate. Soaking in the open-air hot spring while gazing at the beautiful Lanyang Plain was incredibly relaxing for both my body and mind.
What truly stood out was the staff's professional yet warm demeanor; every detail reflected the hospitality spirit of a top-tier hotel. Both the facilities and the service are first-class, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. It's definitely a place worth revisiting multiple times!

HHank ChuangGreat hotel. I highly recommend everyone to stay when visiting Yilan. The environment is quiet, the housekeeper service is great, the hotel dog is super cute, the breakfast is delicious, a good place to relax, and a great place to stay.

EEva TravelerThe outdoor facilities are great for kids; mine loved the paddle boats and trampolines. Right next door, there's a small animal petting zoo with meerkats, capybaras, giant tortoises, alpacas, and more. They're absolutely adorable! You can get up close to pet and feed them. The capybara-themed shaved ice and chocolate egg waffles at the snack bar were also super cute and delicious.
However, there were a few downsides. The bathroom in our room was spacious but didn't have a door, which felt a bit odd. The soundproofing wasn't great; we could clearly hear people talking loudly outside. Additionally, one of the bed frames creaked whenever we moved, and the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. It would be much better if these issues were addressed.
On a positive note, breakfast was pretty good, and it was served as individual portions.

You can connect with the turf without shoes. The vegetable garden is rich in fruit trees. The indoor hall is bright and rare. The room has a large floor and clean windows. The small balcony in the agarous room is very suitable for small gatherings. The bathroom is suitable for dry and wet separation. The breakfast is local and self-grown ingredients. The delicious breakfast dishes highlight the owner's intentions. Check out the natural teak sachet. The return journey has a fragrance and the return journey is comfortable.

AAnonymous UserThis time, I chose the Lanyang Wushih Harbor Sea View Hotel, which offers a more upscale experience. It’s a boutique hotel, small but exquisitely charming. The staff were friendly and warm, making us feel right at home with their welcoming reception and guidance. The reservations team thoughtfully arranged for our family to be on the same floor (we booked two double rooms, which are usually on different floors), which was a delightful and considerate surprise. This made it much easier for us to look after other family members traveling with us. For our elderly relatives' room, they even kindly provided a shower chair, ensuring they could enjoy a comfortable and safe shower.
However, regarding breakfast, while there was a wide variety, a slight drawback was the lack of freshly prepared, custom-made dishes. There wasn't even a chef to make omelets or fried eggs. For a four-star hotel, this aspect of the dining was a bit disappointing, and I offer this as feedback for the restaurant. Overall though, we had a very pleasant stay! 😘

PpochisirThis hotel is the hotel we stayed in for the second part of our first trip to Yilan. The overall facilities of the hotel are quite good, so that guests can experience many activities. The layout of the rooms is also very comfortable. The environment and scenery are refreshing!

GGuest UserThis time because I saw the hotel photos quite attractive to try, but feel that the picture is not quite in line with a little disappointed soundproofing poor I live on the 2nd floor, upstairs the sound of boiling water can hear 😔 downstairs someone talking and heard breakfast included but can not go It's better to sleep a little longer, the location is not good and there is nothing around. Even the taxi driver does not know where it is😣

BBobpetersHappy to have had the hotel save me from cycling another 2 hours through the dark. Easy to find, many rooms available. Nice receipt from the owner and happy they had cloths washing and drying fascilities. Stored my bicycle in the room which wasn’t appreciated by the owner as he was worried for making his bed sheets dirty. As he couldn’t reach out to me he switched off the A/C. That’s a complete no-go and totally against any hospitality rules. I stay 209+ days a year in hotels and never ever have I had such a treatment. Anyways, was dissolved quickly but hope the owner can change his attitude to other travellers. Apart from that the bed is hard and the A/C works good. Loads of blouse form the neighbour on the next morning.
