"This was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable stay we had during our trip to Guiyang. The location is super convenient, really close to the airport, and just a stone's throw from Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Market, making it easy to explore and find great food. The rooms are spotless, and you can choose between a street-facing room with views of old buildings or a quieter room on the north side. What really stood out was the incredible service; every staff member at the hotel was so warm and friendly. We stayed for three nights during our trip, with one night in Xiuwen in between, so we actually made a point to come back to Banshan Hotel. We had a street-facing room the first night and then a quieter room on the back side for our second stay, which ensured a great night's sleep! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guiyang. The two photos below are ones I took of the street view opposite the hotel, but I don't have any photos of the room itself."

"Choosing this hotel after our wedding photos in Guiyang was such a wise decision! The decor is simple yet elegant, the facilities are complete and brand new, and the hot water in the bathroom is plentiful. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff were responsive, and they paid attention to every detail. We were very satisfied with everything. We stayed for two nights, and the room's smart features were very convenient. The staff even upgraded our bed, and we slept very comfortably!"

"My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Guiyang Fountains was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, and I just have to rave about it! The biggest surprise was the hotel's breakfast buffet – the variety and quality of the dishes completely exceeded my expectations! The hot food section had a great balance of meat and vegetables; the seasonal greens, meatballs, stir-fried noodles, and other items were fresh, hot, and tasted wonderfully authentic to local flavors. There was also a made-to-order noodle bar where you could customize your bowl with cilantro, chili oil, and other condiments – a truly satisfying and warming meal."

"The hotel's environment is exceptionally quiet, and its location is very convenient. It's truly a great spot, close to plenty of dining options and most major attractions. The hygiene is impeccable. I particularly want to commend the staff; they basically helped solve all the issues that came up during our trip, even helping with laundry and finally mailing items for us. The room facilities are comprehensive, with smart devices and the TV being very responsive, and a rich selection of movies and shows. It was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, a five-star experience, highly recommended!"

"I had originally booked a train to Guiyang for the evening, but the conditions at 'Qixi Huajian Tingyu B&B' in Baili Azaleas were so terrible that I willingly forfeited my pre-purchased high-speed train ticket and left that astounding B&B first thing in the morning. 1) On my way to the high-speed train station, I received a call from 'Yinxu Oriental B&B' in Guiyang, informing me that they offered free pick-up service from the airport or station at any time. When I exited the station, 'Yinxu's' business van was already waiting at the pick-up point. Very thoughtful and much appreciated! 2) The room I originally booked happened to have a wall view. The front desk told us they could upgrade us for free to a panoramic, unobstructed view bathtub king room and even showed us the room in person. Due to our unexpectedly early arrival, the staff quickly cleaned a newly vacated room and arranged for us to enjoy afternoon tea at the scenic bar. Very cozy and thank you! 3) 'Yinxu' is located right next to the city center, just a short walk from the White House. Although it's labeled as a B&B, its 33rd-floor panoramic view offers an excellent experience. The room's equipment and facilities are not only modern and stylish but also embody principles of human health. 4) 'Yinxu B&B's' complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast were visually appealing and richly flavorful... Life is truly like this; just when you're feeling disappointed by the 'Qixi Huajian Tingyu B&B' in Baili Azaleas, Guiyang's 'Yinxu Oriental' instantly brightens your mood. Thank you, 'Yinxu Oriental', I will recommend this place to all my family, friends, classmates, and colleagues..."

"The bed was super comfortable and the bedsheets were very clean. The room was spacious, and the good set of TV added to the comfort and relaxation. The location is ideal, just a short walk from high speed Railway Station as well as MRT station. The reception staff were outstanding — friendly, approachable, and empowered to accommodate reasonable guest requests instantly. It really showed the hotel’s excellent training and commitment to guest comfort. Highly recommended! We were also given a beautiful gift upon checkout."

"The front desk service was warm and the check-in was fast. I was unwilling to wait. Seeing that we had children, we also upgraded our family room. Added the hotel WeChat to recommend the delicious and fun surroundings. Also sent a warm reminder to stay at the hotel. Walk 5 minutes to the subway. It is more convenient to take a taxi. There is a row of taxis at the door, and you can go on and off!"

"This is my favorite house in Atouri I have stayed in, although I have a short night. From check-in to departure, every staff member provides professional and high-quality service. Even if there are many guests at check-in, the front desk lady is not in a hurry and gentle and decent, clearly explaining every precaution, and also presented welcome fruit. Regarding the guest rooms, there is no smell, the facilities are complete and the layout is simple, there are all, there is no snake to add feet, the room attendant will also greet the guests warmly, but it does not seem to disturb. The exquisite fruit was delivered again that night. There must be a few words about the two fruits, very fresh, and different kinds of fruits are carefully selected for the same size, the color coordination can be seen. The breakfast is rich and light, the restaurant is small but there are various types of choices, and the seats are enough. I hope that all Atours who stay in the future will be of such standards, and how many surprises will it bring to the journey."

"This upscale hotel truly lives up to its reputation. While a bit pricier than average, the experience is significantly better. It's safe, comfortable, conveniently located, and the service is incredibly warm. I'll definitely be sticking with this brand for future stays. Plus, the food street downstairs has such a wide variety of snacks that you can't possibly try them all, and it's not far from Qingyun Market, where you can find all sorts of interesting trinkets."
