"Facilities: This seems to be a new hotel, opened in August, so the decor and facilities are very new. Trip.com showed that the hotel has electric vehicle charging stations, but when I asked, they said no – all charging stations were public ones at varying distances away. There are also three sets of washing machines and dryers. Initially, neither the rooms nor the laundry room provided bags for guests' clothes, but by the second day, the laundry room had plenty of paper bags.
Cleanliness: Being a new hotel and part of a chain, the hygiene was quite good.
Ambiance: The Song-style decor was quite elegant. Breakfast was just average, similar to the standard at an Atour Hotel.
Service: The worst aspect was the service awareness and standard. When we first arrived, around 11:50 AM, the front desk told us our room wasn't ready yet. That was fine, as we were early. With no room, we checked our luggage and went out for lunch. When leaving the parking lot, after only about ten minutes, we found we had to pay 4 yuan. Trip.com said it was free parking, so I called the front desk. They said they had a small private parking lot, and only exiting from there was free. I was speechless – no one at the front desk reminded us when we dropped off our luggage to go out. Anyway, it was only 4 yuan. After lunch, at 1:17 PM, I wanted to go back to the hotel. Worried the room still wasn't ready, I called the front desk again to ask if we could check in. The front desk staff verified my booking name and then told me, ”The room just checked out and hasn't been cleaned yet.” I asked, ”How long does cleaning take?” The reply was, ”It will take 30-40 minutes. I'll immediately tell housekeeping to prioritize cleaning your room.” So I thought, I might as well go visit another attraction first and give them more time. Around 2:40 PM, we went back to the hotel, and the front desk said, ”No room available, guests just checked out at 2 PM, and it hasn't been cleaned yet.” I was furious and asked them, ”I called your front desk at 1:17 PM, and you didn't say that...” Then I had to push them to hurry up the room, and we ended up waiting for over half an hour. Meanwhile, another family with kids was also sitting in the hotel lobby, waiting for their room for a long time.
For this new hotel, either come during the off-season, or wait six months to a year until the service standards improve before choosing to stay here."
