"We are a family of three from Singapore. This is our first time visiting Riyue Bay in Haikou. We love surfing and saw an advertisement for UECHAO Surfing Resort online, which looked very interesting. So we decided to visit and experience this only artificial wave pool in China during our May holiday. Our first impression of the hotel was that they were friendly, provided professional service, and were always responsive to guests' requests. The hotel's decor was novel and unique; we especially loved the coffee table designed with surfboard elements, which perfectly matched the surfing theme. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The food offered at the hotel was delicious and varied, giving us many choices. In addition, the hotel provided complimentary laundry service, which we found particularly thoughtful. Absolutely love it. ❤️ Here, I must say that this first artificial wave pool in China truly deserves its reputation as a world-class wave pool. The strength of the artificial waves is comparable to that of real ocean waves. We especially love its Malibu waves, which make us feel as if we are surfing in the sea of Malibu. This surfing experience brought us many surprises and a lot of joy. Turely enjoyable. The hotel is also about a 5-minute walk from Riyue Bay Beach. The Riyue Bay business street has lots of local restaurants and cafes, and there are street dance performances at night, making it very lively. I highly recommend UECHAO Surfing Resort to everyone.👍🏻"

"Wanning Riyuewan Treasure B&B, the experience far exceeded expectations, really recommend! The courtyard design is advanced and healing, white walls and green plants, courtyard swimming pool, one step at a time, and the shooting is blockbuster. The public area is clean and elegant, private, quiet in the middle of noisy, and the living is particularly comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the facilities are complete and clean, the bathroom is easy to use, the lighting is sufficient, and the details are everywhere. Health is in place, no smell, no dead ends, and live in peace of mind. The service is warm and intimate, the butler responds quickly and is responsive, provides free pick-up and drop-off to the beach, convenient parking, and patiently recommends food and play guides, and feels at home. "Facilities: The hotel is pretty much on par with a 4-star-plus standard. The room's bedding is very comfortable, and the swimming pool is quite large with good amenities. Hygiene: There was a minor incident with the room's cleanliness, which was actively resolved on the spot, so I won't dwell on it. I hope the hotel takes it seriously. Environment: It's close to the sea, within walking distance from the hotel. Nearby, there are small restaurants, a Lawson convenience store, and food delivery options, which is very convenient. The bar outside on the beach is excellent and worth experiencing. Service: The front desk check-in process still needs better training, but the restaurant staff were incredibly nice. They heard it was my child's birthday, found birthday candles, and even voluntarily made birthday noodles, which was very touching! This ultimately saved my overall experience at this hotel! Sincerity is always very moving. Thanks to the handsome guys and beautiful ladies at the restaurant, even though I didn't catch their names, they deserve high praise!"

"Awesome homestay experience! highly recommended! This stay is really a surprise! First of all, you must praise the environment of the homestay, and you will be amazed as soon as you enter the door! The overall design is super stylish, and the beige building is matched with a unique arc arch, and it is beyond the film at any time. The courtyard is lush with green plants, palm trees stretching branches and leaves, and there is a super healing blue swimming pool. The lounge chairs are arranged scatteredly. The area under the thatched sun shed is comfortable and relaxing. It instantly relieves fatigue, as if you are in a tropical island, the atmosphere is directly full! The service is nothing to say, the store manager and the front desk staff are super enthusiastic, from check-in to itinerary recommendation, the whole process is intimate and thoughtful, any needs are responded to the first time, patient and meticulous. "This is a really great hotel! I absolutely love the modern and youthful decor. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made beef noodles with generous chunks of beef. The front desk staff were also wonderful and very enthusiastic. The hotel was clean, and I'll definitely be back. "We stayed at this home hotel and it was amazing days! The hosts were very hospitality: the girls met us and helped carry a large amount of luggage. The hotel itself we really liked everything clean and stylish. The room is spacious and cozy, chic pool and delicious breakfasts. We would like to thank the whole team separately: it was a feeling that we had been in our family all caring and attentive. We were treated with delicious fruits and coconuts from our own garden. Thank you very much for helping with the delivery of parcels from local marketplaces. I'm used to delivering them directly to the hotel, but on the island everything turned out otherwise the parcels came to the delivery points in 4–6 km. The girl on the resepshen several times went for them and brought us. Thank you for such a warm and hospitality reception! These were the best days of our stay on the island. We will definitely recommend your home to friends and will be happy to come again! 🖤 We spent a very unforgettable few days at this homestay! The boss and staff are super enthusiastic. When we checked in, several young ladies took the initiative to help us carry a lot of luggage. Thank you so much. "Newly opened treasure homestay! Stayed super comfortable The first time I came to Riyue Bay, I blindly chose this newly opened Junlang Surfing B&B. I didn't expect the experience to be full! The homestay has just opened, the facilities and equipment are very new, the room is modern and simple home style, the bedding is soft, the bathroom is dry and wet, and even the toiletries are of quality. Every day, I come back as relaxed as I go home. What touched me most was the boss's customer service, which was more intimate than the family! Not only did I take the initiative to drive us to the beach, I didn't have to find the way to wait for the bus, but also helped us recommend the surrounding niche punching points and authentic food. Even the small eDonkey helped to contact, so I didn't have to worry about the itinerary. The whole yard is a shared garden, sitting on a wicker chair at night to blow the stars, privacy is good, and will not be disturbed by the outside world. The sanitary details are also in place, the room is cleaned every day, the corners are spotless, and the towels and drinking water are replaced and replenished every day. As a newly opened homestay, I can feel the boss's intentions and sincerity. Whether it is hardware facilities or service experience, it has exceeded my expectations! "Facilities: As it's a newly opened B&B hotel, the facilities are very comprehensive. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. All the bedding is of excellent quality and feel, and all the disposable amenities are also quite good quality. Ambiance: It has a very South of France-inspired B&B vibe. The colorful umbrellas, the swimming pool 🏊🏻‍♂️, and the wall colors all combine beautifully, giving it a strong summer feel. Service: I'm not sure if it's because they just opened, but the butler service is fantastic. If they can maintain this level, it will be the best hotel near Wanning. They are on call 24 hours. My friends and I had tea and a fruit platter in the evenings, and everyone was incredibly warm and friendly, like old friends. The owner is also super attentive in greeting guests and handling any issues. There's also a highly recommended old coffee and tea restaurant nearby. (Just a small note: Because it's newly opened, the rooms might have a slight smell from the wood装修. However, I expect it to disappear after about a month. If you stay soon, you can just use a fan to air it out.)"
