"Highly recommend the Xinyuan People's Square Licheng Hotel! We specifically chose this hotel after driving through the Duku Highway, and it was the most comfortable stop on our entire Yili loop trip. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to People's Square. Downstairs, you'll find supermarkets, night markets, and restaurants, making it super convenient for a late-night snack. They have a free parking lot, perfect for SUVs, which is a huge plus for road trippers. The hotel opened in 2026, so everything is brand new. The entire room is equipped with XiaoDu smart controls, so you can control the lights and curtains with your voice. It also has a smart toilet, and the high-floor rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offer distant mountain views. The cleanliness is impeccable; there's no dust even in the corners, the bedding is soft and clean, and the soundproofing is excellent. Our street-facing room was completely quiet at night, allowing us to get a wonderfully restful sleep after our long journey. The amenities are top-notch: a self-service laundry room with a dryer, perfect for getting dirty clothes clean and dry after mountain drives; a 24-hour gym; and robot delivery service. Even arriving late at night, check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were gentle and attentive. They even proactively offered tips for touring Nalat Grassland. Breakfast features Xinjiang specialties, including milk tea, baursak, hot dishes, and pastries – perfect for a hearty meal before heading out to explore the grasslands. The hotel can also host group meals and conferences, making it suitable for family trips, self-driving groups, or business travelers. It's definitely the top choice when visiting Xinyuan!"

"Cloud Spruce Hidden Residence is hands down the best place to stay in Narat! The butler service was incredibly attentive and warm; they patiently answered all our questions about getting around and things to do. The room facilities were high-end and complete, and the Dyson hairdryer was a fantastic touch. For breakfast, fresh milk paired with freshly baked naan bread offered an authentic Xinjiang flavor. Stepping out, you're greeted by vast grasslands and a superb view. The hotel can even help with self-driving tickets. In the evening, the live band created a wonderful atmosphere. It truly offers a one-stop experience for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. Helping us secure self-driving tickets for the Narat scenic area was a huge bonus! As everyone knows, getting those self-driving tickets for Narat Grassland is a massive win; if you can't get them, you're stuck waiting for shuttle buses, which is a major downgrade."

"The most satisfying hotel in Xinjiang tourism, the environment is super good, clean, comfortable bedding, there is a terrace behind, you can see the grassland scenery, the service is super good, help with luggage, upgrade the room type when checking in, and also send a mask gift box, After check-in, the younger brother and sister at the front desk came over and sent a fruit snack plate. After visiting Nalati on the same day, I went to Duku the next day. When I checked out, I also sent milk fruit and ham sausage. I said that I didn’t buy food on Duku. It’s really intimate."

The coffee bar was meticulously organized and spotless, even though there were quite a few guests during my two-day stay. This cleanliness really shows how attentive and careful each staff member is. My room was bright and absolutely spotless, and the bed was neatly made with no strange odors. Xinjiang is truly wonderful, and I feel so lucky to have stayed at this hotel. "I chose this very cost-effective store in Xinyuan. The location is close to the night market, and there is a delicious Wudaoquan ramen next to it. It is very convenient. The front desk lady is gentle and attentive. Because there are elderly children, people have a room to help us upgrade the room. Very good, five-star praise"

From the way before check-in, parking guidelines, to the food recommendations, all patiently explain, the message reply is super fast, no matter the size of the problem, there are questions and answers, the details service is particularly thoughtful and intimate. "Environmental services and health are very online, and it is very surprising that Xinjiang travel season can be booked at such a price to such a hotel is really pleasant. Arriving at the hotel is already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and the front desk and the young lady are really dedicated on duty. After the quick check-in, I was really shocked to enter the room. The room was large and the environment was good. There are welcome fruits. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. In Xinjiang, there have been barbecue chickens these days. The breakfast at the hotel can replenish enough vegetables. The chef's craftsmanship is also good, but it feels like two chefs, because the taste of the 3-day dish feels different. (Our family likes the 5th and 7th the most. I don't know if it's the same chef, haha). The only bad 0.5 score is to stay for two days at a time. On the first day, the room card can be swiped but it is understandable that the door cannot be entered. But the next day I will come back and I can’t figure it out. Fortunately, the front desk lady quickly and efficiently helped me make a new room card. In short, the flaws are not concealed. This hotel is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Xinjiang."
