"The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Giza Pyramids, and you can enjoy meals with a view of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant. The room facilities are good and very clean. There are a few parking spaces available downstairs. The front desk staff are helpful and proactive in resolving issues. However, the common areas are very dirty and the facilities are poorly maintained. The surrounding environment is also quite messy and unkempt. Breakfast service can be slow, and you often need to remind them."

"A beautiful boutique hotel in Arabic style, chosen by design to feel the color of the country. Without extra payments, they settled at 7 a.m., immediately served welcome drinks (carcade), wet hand towels and nuts inside. Then we went up to the terrace to see the view and served us coffee and tea with delicious flavors, although we had breakfast only the next day. The room was brought a fruit plate as a compliment. The room cost includes hammam, jacuzzi and a pool. The room is clean, there are bathrooms, coats, slippers. Beautiful interior design. Service at level! Breakfast is huge, omlet, phallafels, fruits, cuts, buckets, bread basket, orange juice, drinks. We had side view pyramids."

"This hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care. There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient. Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds. Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay."

"It's a pretty good hotel, even though the street it's on isn't the prettiest, but I liked the hotel, rooms, and service. The interior is modern, everything works, and it's clean. Slippers, towels, toiletries, and other disposable amenities are provided. There's a kettle, fridge, and water, tea, and coffee are provided. The view of the pyramids deserves special praise. 🥰 Breakfast is included in the stay; it's not very good, but you can choose from a variety of options. There's also a shop and cafe nearby. The hotel staff is very committed to ensuring guests have a comfortable and safe stay, thank you very much."

"The hotel is clean, neat, and well-maintained. Their services are excellent, and the staff are friendly and caring. One of their staff members, Mayada, arranged a wonderful and very well-organized tour of many places for me. The chef at the restaurant, Abdullah, was always smiling and welcoming. I had a great time staying at the hotel."
