"We chose to stay at this hotel because the location is quite strategic and close to Kota Kasablanca. The hotel is relatively new, and the room was very clean. The bed size was quite spacious, and we were able to sleep soundly."

"Location is 7 minutes walking from big mall. I’ve got one breakfast here - it’s fine, but nothing special. Gym in the same room as a laundry, not very big. Laundry seems like permanently occupied, especially dryer machine. Rooms very clean and fresh, only one strange thing - pressure in hygienic shower was super strong, maybe it’s only my room."

"This was our first staycation here, and overall, everything was actually pretty good, but unfortunately, there's no playground for kids. They only have one on weekends, and it's just a seesaw, a rocking horse, and some dolls. Maybe they could add a permanent playground to make the facilities more complete for children. As for the room, it was decent, but there were so many mosquitoes that it made sleeping uncomfortable and difficult 😢. Other than that, everything else was good, and the breakfast had a decent variety."

"Definitely avoid the hotel's spa service, but otherwise, the reception staff were quite friendly. The room wasn't particularly large but was generally clean. The masseuse simply couldn't massage. She even carelessly threw my duvet onto the window seat, and it ended up trailing on the floor. All she did was randomly push and pinch, with no real pressure. She massaged both the left and right sides of my body while standing on the same side, resulting in extremely uneven pressure. When she massaged my head, she sat where I was lying, leaning against my pillow. Her left hand was scratching my head, doing god knows what, while her right hand was on her phone??? When she massaged my face, she didn't hit any acupoints; she just rubbed it all over. Before we started, I asked if I needed to remove my makeup, and she said no. As a result, she didn't help remove my makeup or wash my face, and by the end, my makeup was completely smudged, leaving my face feeling dirty and uncomfortable. Midway through, she used my room's toilet for a bowel movement. I understand that people can feel unwell sometimes, so I didn't mind. However, after washing her hands, she left my bathroom floor completely wet, and after she left, I discovered she hadn't flushed properly.... I had originally booked a 120-minute massage, but when it ended, I saw that only 90 minutes had passed, and that even included the time she spent in the toilet. This 'beyond expectation' service made me truly unwilling to pay. In the end, the front desk only charged me for 90 minutes. Honestly, I didn't even want to pay a single cent, but I figured I had already taken up her time, so I paid. There won't be a second time. The pictures show the floor the masseuse wet and my duvet, which I needed for the night, thrown onto the floor. I'm truly sorry I had to ask hotel staff to come at 10 PM to change the sheets and mop the floor again. After everything was tidied up, I gave the housekeeping staff an additional tip."

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The surprise anniversary for my wife is so so.. decorations only the tv screen for the wishes and the towel swan. I hope they can do better than this. Most other hotels have their own way to surprise their guests like welcome cakes or some dessert for the anniversary celebration. But I don't see this hotel having that. Only the couple for the welcome drink at the infinity bar which the time from 4pm to 10pm which I don't have that time to get to explore. I have been traveling around from the hotel to another hotel. To explore their beautiful scenery hotel. So this hotel is about 4/10. Staffs friendly and helpful."

"I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers from China. The cleanliness is comparable to a five-star hotel back home. The service is excellent, and they even provide complimentary fruit. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making it very clean and hygienic. They offer airport shuttle service, but it comes with a fee. There's also a complimentary fruit platter."

"We stayed for two days and had no major complaints. Given that it's an older hotel, we did notice some minor scratches on the furniture and peeling paint in places, but considering the price, this was perfectly acceptable. I'm sure this isn't unique to this hotel, but there were a few small gnats in the room. If that's something that bothers you, I'd recommend bringing some kind of deterrent."

"The breakfast is so bad, it's better to skip it. The room itself is decent, clean and tidy. The main advantage is its proximity to PIK, which is convenient for errands. However, every staff member I encountered had an excellent attitude, so full marks to all of them!"

"Close to town/city and mall, hotel is well tucked in from the bustling street good for people who love some quite time, and 3 mins to toll for those who plan to go out of town. Amazing room and location would come back"

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and every staff member is incredibly warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk, Mia, Rieke, Anne, and Jessica, are all lovely and patient. I even received flowers and a small gift because it was International Women's Day. I spent a week in Jakarta and loved it so much that I didn't want to switch hotels. The location is also excellent and very quiet. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever return to Jakarta."
