"Had such a fantastic time in Semporna with my friends, and choosing this hotel was definitely the biggest plus! The room was very spacious, plenty of room even with two suitcases open. The lady at the front desk was super reliable, helping us plan our itinerary and book island hopping tours! In the evenings, my friends and I enjoyed chilling on the rooftop, sipping beer and chatting with the sea breeze – the atmosphere was amazing. The facilities were clean, the AC worked great, and there was always hot water for a shower after our island trips. Full marks for the experience, I honestly recommend this to anyone traveling with friends!"

"The front desk staff speaks Chinese and provides excellent service! The hotel itself is very new, and the location is great and convenient. It's right near the seafood market, just a two-minute walk away, where you'll also find restaurants. There are convenience stores nearby as well. The price is very reasonable, and the hotel's decor is all very new. There's even a water dispenser available. This is simply a charming little guesthouse!"

"I'd always heard my friends rave about Semporna, so I decided to take my family there during the holidays to experience this emerging tourist spot and this new hotel. The hotel is brand new, with very modern facilities and uniquely designed rooms that resemble yurts – very distinctive. The room environment was excellent: a powerful air conditioner, a large sofa, fully automatic double-layered curtains, and a spacious balcony offering incredible views. It was truly comfortable and relaxing. The Wi-Fi quality was also good, with basic full coverage, allowing for seamless video streaming. The most impressive feature was the massive swimming pool; the water was crystal clear, and because the hotel is located halfway up the mountain, the views were superb, making for fantastic photos. The service was top-notch, with a dedicated butler providing private car transfers to various locations. Not only did they offer airport transfers, but they also took us to the seafood market to select our seafood, and the quality there was truly eye-opening. They even helped us prepare the seafood back at the hotel, and the taste was excellent. They also took us snorkeling. Even though it was my first time, seeing the corals up close was incredibly satisfying. I heard the underwater scenery is even more beautiful when diving, so if I get the chance, I definitely want to come back for a deep-sea dive. One time, I accidentally left my room key inside the room, but the front desk promptly issued a new access card without hesitation. After returning from snorkeling, we requested more towels and toiletries, and the front desk was happy to provide them. We were very satisfied!"

"Seriously clean! Other hotels I've stayed in might look okay at first glance, but I wouldn't dare examine them too closely. This one, however, is spotless, both overall and in every detail. Plus, the landlady is incredibly nice. We arrived early, and as soon as the previous guests checked out, she got us checked in and even upgraded our room! This isn't a paid review or anything; I honestly didn't have high expectations for Semporna's accommodation, but this place was a truly pleasant surprise. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town."

"The environment and quality of Semporna town definitely can't compare to back home, but thankfully it has everything you need. It's also not far from the supermarket, restaurants, and the jetty for island hopping. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is very convenient for showering after a day out at sea. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly, and complimentary mineral water is provided in the room."

The butler and all staff members were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication in Chinese was seamless, making us feel like family. "The B&B is very close to the tourist center, making island hopping day trips and more convenient. There's a seafood market nearby, making it easy to find food and drinks. Watsons and a convenience store are also nearby, so you can find anything you need. The facilities are a bit dated, with a leaky shower and a broken toilet seat, but the price is reasonable, which is acceptable. There's also a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient after island hopping! Hanging clothes out to dry all day makes them feel fresh and clean. Highly recommended! Otherwise, they'd get rotten and smell unpleasant."

"We arrived close to 10 PM, and to our surprise, not only was the front desk waiting, but Ah Qiang, the head of housekeeping, and Ah Zhong, the restaurant chef, were also still up. Ah Qiang helped us with our luggage to the room and even turned on the hallway lights for us. Ah Zhong, late at night, fired up the stove and made us fried rice noodles as a late-night snack. On the third day, it was my sister's birthday, and after a day of fun, we returned to the hotel for dinner when we realized we should celebrate with a cake. It was already 7:30 PM and pitch black outside. Without a word, Ah Qiang drove me straight to a cake shop in town. We rushed in just before they closed and I managed to get the birthday cake I wanted. When everyone praised my thoughtfulness, I knew I should be thanking Ah Qiang! What's more, the hotel's chef, Ah Zhong from Foshan, is an extraordinary cook. From simple fried rice noodles and fried rice to more elaborate dishes like pipa shrimp sashimi, baked lobster, and stonefish gourd soup, every dish amazed us, and even the plating was meticulous. Every day, we bought seafood and enjoyed fantastic meals at the hotel restaurant. A big thank you to Ah Zhong and his kitchen team! The hotel's bathroom facilities were also excellent. The shower faucet had a temperature display, allowing for precise water temperature adjustment, and the vanity mirror was fog-free."

"Moments of pure bliss. Watching the sunset from the Doris lobby, the fiery clouds were absolutely stunning. I felt completely at ease, truly relaxed. I even thought to myself, 'I can truly enjoy myself here.' Despite that, my dedicated attendant still approached to ask if I was bored, then stayed to watch the sunset with me and even serenaded me with Chinese songs. All the staff here are young men, and I estimated their number to be double that of the guests. No matter where you choose to sit, they'll readily pick up a guitar and sing for you. Butler Tan arranged a special service for me. Their genuine smiles will forever remain etched in my memory. An unparalleled experience – it's like a more affordable Maldives, and truly the best Semporna has to offer."
