This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. "We had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful and friendly staff member, Z. She had the patience of a saint, was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us with all our questions, both inside and outside the hotel. The hotel was very clean and pleasant. It's also very close to the mosque, especially the women's entrance, which is conveniently within walking distance."

"A really good choice for its price, no major problems, the reception responds immediately and is extremely helpful and respectful, we did face slight problems but they try to fix them within minutes, therefore i will not include them. general cleanness is good, bathrooms are very clean, and the hotel is new so everything seems well put. The location is not that bad, around 7-10 minutes to reach The masjid’s doors when walking, although it might be difficult for older people and in the summer’s heat, Going for dhuhr and asr was tiring, you need to cover your head as there is a big portion without shade. "I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making the overall stay very relaxing. One of the biggest advantages is its location—it’s conveniently close to the airport and the Haramain High-Speed Railway station, which makes travel and transfers extremely easy. It’s also directly connected to a shopping mall, which is a great added convenience. While it’s not right next to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, it’s about a 15-minute drive, and the hotel provides shuttle service that makes getting there quite easy. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is calm and بعيد from the busy central area, which is perfect if you’re looking for a more peaceful stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended, especially for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and easy access to transportation."

"Absolutely excellent, Masha'Allah! The cleanliness and tidiness were superb, and even the amenities provided made it feel like a five-star hotel. They've thought of everything you might need, from toothbrushes and cloth slippers to an iron and ironing board, in addition to the usual towels and shampoo. Truly outstanding! The staff were quick and professional in their service. It's definitely worth experiencing, though the location is a bit far from the Haram, about a 30-minute walk. By car, it's close, and they mentioned having a bus, but I didn't try it personally. Overall, an excellent experience and worth trying again if they maintain their high standards."
