SSam_heWe stayed here as a group of 4 and had a really nice, easy stay. The room was spacious, cozy, and well set up â staying together felt comfortable and not cramped at all.
The housekeeper was very thoughtful. They added us on WeChat about two weeks before the trip, checked in with us, and shared local weather updates, which was really helpful. On check-in day, someone was there to welcome us and patiently walk us through how everything in the house worked.
What we loved most was how genuinely caring the host was. Every day, they shared local food recommendations (some of which we actually tried and enjoyed). They also checked if we wanted the room cleaned that day, and whenever it was cleaned, it felt fresh again â like coming back to a new room.
Overall, it felt more like staying at a home than just another place to sleep. Weâd happily come back if we visit again đŤśđť

HHASKKI checked into the Regent Chongqing on Christmas Eve and experienced the festive romance brought by what I consider the pinnacle of Chongqing hotels.
đ¨ Hotel Environment:
My stay at the Regent coincided with Christmas Eve, and the hotel was absolutely brimming with Christmas cheer, much livelier than my previous non-holiday visits. They had set up numerous Christmas trees, with the large ones in the lobby and various restaurants being particularly beautiful and photo-worthy. During dinner, there were even interactions with LinaBell and Santa Claus, creating a truly festive atmosphere.
Inside the room, a delicate Christmas cake and a greeting card were prepared. The next morning, I found a Christmas stocking filled with candies and cookies hanging on my door â the hotel truly put in a lot of thought with these small Christmas surprises.

I stayed in a Luxury River View King Room. Although the hotel has been open for quite some years, the room facilities are still well-maintained. The separate double vanity, river view bathtub, 2-meter king bed, full set of Le Labo toiletries, and Dyson hairdryer all made for a great experience. The river view was quite expansive; downstairs was Jiangbeizui Diamond Square, directly opposite was Yuzhong District, and from a side angle, I could glimpse Hongyadong, though it was quite a distance away.
đ Highlights:
Beyond the hotel environment, the Regent's service is largely the best in Chongqing. The day before check-in, the butler proactively called to inquire about my arrival time and needs. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel and its benefits (even though I booked through Ctrip, they recognized my IHG Diamond status and offered a member gift, a Le Labo lotion, though room upgrades and lounge access were not included). Since I was traveling with a child, the hotel also prepared a full set of children's toiletries in advance, which was very thoughtful. Additionally, the hotel offers services like 3 pieces of free laundry per person per day, a choice of bubble, petal, or lemon baths, complimentary mini-bar on the first day, and a butler closet, making for an extremely comfortable stay.
This stay also included two complimentary drinks vouchers for the Two Rivers Bar, which could be redeemed for cocktails, beer, soft drinks, etc., allowing me to experience the Christmas ambiance of the bar.
The hotel's dining options are also excellent. Breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the noodle station, which offers a variety of choices like Chongqing noodles and laksa. Robbins Grill on the 2nd floor is also considered one of Chongqing's top steakhouses, and the Two Rivers Bar on the 7th floor is a great spot for a relaxed drink. All in all, the hotel can cater to various dining needs during your stay.

The hotel is located in the Jiangbeizui area of Chongqing, on the banks of the Jialing River, close to Qiansimen Bridge. It's separated from tourist attractions like Jiefangbei and Hongyadong in Yuzhong District by just one river, boasting a superior geographical location. It's a 30-minute drive to the airport and a 15-minute drive to Jiefangbei without traffic. Nearby, you can access Metro Line 6 and Line 5. You can also walk across Qiansimen Bridge to Hongyadong, making transportation very convenient.

GGLbaoAmazing experience at this high-rise hotel! It's located in the same building as the 'Eye of the Clouds' observation deck, so you're right at the heart of the scenic views as soon as you step out of the elevator. The panoramic views from the high floor are absolutely breathtaking; just open the curtains to an incredible city skyline, and the night view is especially soothing. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with plenty of hot water â every detail was perfect. The front desk service was warm and efficient, making check-in super smooth. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping and transportation downstairs. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!

My accommodation experience for this trip was absolutely fantastic, so I definitely have to give this hotel a five-star review! The location is a huge plus â it's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and all the sights. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. When it was raining outside, the hotel even had umbrellas available for guests to borrow, which was a really nice touch. Overall, everything was excellent.

The location is absolutely fantastic â it's just a 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei, and about a 1km stroll to Shibaudi and Baixiangju, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a suite for such a great price. The breakfast was good too, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

SShironamiThanks for the wonderful five-day stay! I had such a comfortable and restful time. Every evening, the hotel would bring us various traditional sweet soups they brewed themselves, which was a lovely touch. Getting around was super convenient too; we just called for the shuttle service and they responded very quickly. I also tried the singing bowl healing session, which was a truly relaxing and peaceful experience. I loved waking up each morning, drawing the curtains, and being greeted by the healing view of the mountains and wild nature.
The third floor was relatively quiet, and we weren't disturbed by people soaking in the wild springs by the river, so privacy was well-protected.
Booking the complimentary travel photography service was quick and easy as well, and some of the fixed shooting spots produced really great photos.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic. It's right above Jiefangbei and Delicious Street, and not far from the subway station. There's a foot massage place on the 6th floor, perfect for relaxing after a long day. When I checked in, Xiao Zhou gave me a drink voucher for the rooftop, saying I could go up, enjoy a drink, sit down, and experience the revolving restaurant with its views of the city below.

It's located right above Hongyadong, and for a tourist attraction hotel, the hygiene, environment, and facilities offer good value for money. The hotel boasts convenient transportation, perfectly avoiding the traffic restrictions of the bustling downtown area. The room itself is very spacious, and the washer/dryer combo along with the kitchen facilities are excellent. The breakfast is quite varied. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

It's located in the heart of the central business district, within walking distance of the subway station, and right next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The lobby, with its red and black color scheme and artistic decor, is grand and picturesque. The guest rooms are spacious with high ceilings. You can often snag a large room for just over 400 RMB, and during peak season, they frequently have surprising packages, with consecutive stays even including dining vouchers and experience benefits. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent soundproofing. The double vanity design was super practical, and the bedding was so soft it made you want to just stay in bed. The facilities are comprehensive, with a heated swimming pool at a comfortable temperature and a well-equipped gym. The free parking also alleviated any travel concerns. The biggest surprise was the dining; the 99 RMB Chinese buffet offered dozens of dishes like spicy rabbit and crispy shrimp. The seafood was fresh, and the desserts were outstanding, completely exceeding expectations. The location is superb, with the subway entrance practically at your doorstep, making it easy to get to attractions and shopping areas. The service is warm but not intrusive. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
