Johor Bahru Hotels with Parking

Very new and nicely decorated hotel. Great value for a family of four at this price. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. One thing we really appreciated was the thoughtful bathroom layout. The toilet, shower area, and wash basin are separated, which allowed all four of us to use them at the same time. This was especially convenient for a family. They also provide some complimentary light snacks, coffee, and orange juice. There is even a Coway water dispenser available for guests, which was a nice touch. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended for families!

This is my third time staying here, and once again, I had a great experience. This time, I chose a different room, and I was happy to find that it was still very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The apartment is great for a short-term stay, with complete facilities for cooking, washing clothes, and other daily needs, making it feel just like home. The jungle-themed concept is also really unique, creating a cozy, relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere. The customer service and admin team at Nest Home are always helpful and responsive. They respond quickly to questions and are willing to assist whenever needed, which makes the whole stay smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciate the consistency of the stay, especially since this is already my third time here. Different room, but still the same level of comfort and spaciousness. Definitely a place I would come back to again. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place Iskandar Puteri. The 3-bedroom serviced apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the location. Marina Walk is just nearby, with Hard Rock Cafe and other dining and leisure options within walking distance. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the area, especially in the evenings. It was nice to have everything so accessible while still having a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Space Residency JB. The unit was clean, new, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the facilities provided were good. The overall environment was comfortable and everything felt relatively new. The only downside was the entry and exit process. Each time we entered or left the residence, we had to provide the unit number and wait for the security personnel to verify the details and take a photo. While I understand this is part of the security procedure, it can be a little inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when you are in a hurry. Other than that, it was a good and comfortable stay overall.

The location is a short walk from rnf mall however if you have elderly, it may not be convenient as you need to cross the road on 1st day to check in. Saw the overhead bridge but the guard said need access card first. Since we hadn't got access card, need to walk across and along a stretch of road to reach the block. After that, we took grab all the time as elderly may not be able to walk too long and on slopes. Condo was nice, but rubbish area may need to be more clean. We could smell it along the corridor. The door chain lock was spoilt. 2 doors at front entrance, inside the unit was quite clean and meet our needs. Can do light cooking saw pan. Microwave, kettle and cutlery etc. Rooms were quite clean but toilets had some smell, brought toilet spray. Mosquitoes are common, pls bring insect repellent too even in unit. Every room has aircon so it's OK. Living room is nice with nice view from balcony seeing the sea and boats! Overall gd experience but don't expect it to be like hotel. It's Airbnb. Swimming was noisy with kids, gym was busy too. We didn't swim or use gym but we walked around on viewing deck to watch boats.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

The residence is above Paradigm Mall. The counter has its operating hours. Staffs are helpful and check in out are simple. Very good for groups or family stay. There are shops, restaurants and services in the mall. Thus, no need to travel far and out. You can stay at the same venue for your overnight stay.

Airbnb style rented thru Trip Platform. Doesn’t have your daily housekeeping. Drinking/Mineral water also not provided. You have to purchase yourself, no water filter/cooler in the room. Suggest buy from nearby KK Mart. Car park was damn crazy, stayed at Level 25 but allocated a guest parking lot at Level 11. The speed ramp is confusing for ppl at first. “Resident” carpark start at level 5. Every level of parking is actually two floors

The location is very convenient, but the facilities really need more careful maintenance. The TV doesn't work, the sink light is broken, the toothbrush bristles are falling out, there are no disposable slippers, so you have to go barefoot. The receptionist didn't even bother to say ”Good morning” during check-out.

Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.
